This is by far my fav gomart, (but then again it IS only 1 of 2 gas stations in this tiny town, so idk? 🤷 But this is the best gomart of the whole chain of stores they have around WV in my personal opinion & I've been in most of them a time or two.I'd like to mention one thing I have noticed the 10+ yrs Ive lived here is that they must have a decent manager w/ this particular district bc the employee turnover rate is pretty low in most of the gomarts near me as well. I like seeing the same friendly faces when I go in so they must be doing something right. I get a fountain drink every time I go in & the self serving stations are always clean. I've never once had to wait for ice to be filled or cups to be refilled where the customers can get access to them. Best fresh coffee too anytime of the day! They maintain this store very well! Good job guys..

This Go-Mart is the worst Go -Mart I have ever had to visit. They seem to not know how to do anything that other stores can do . This go mart is also very nosey example when go art gave out the tickets you had to scratch you ticket right in front of them when other stores let you take your ticket and scratch where you want.

Our Burger King in Craigsville is located inside of Go Mart in town incase you need to know.I have got to hand it to the people that work here. They do a really good job and if they mess up they don't argue they fix it no big deal. So A BIG Thumbs up to the workers. Im not crazy about the prices when they take a sandwich or a burger and change the name of it so they can say it's new and add a couple more dollars to it. BOOO! A BIG Thumbs down to the Burger King Corp for that. There are cheaper places to eat with a wider variety of food in the small town of Craigsville WV. If you're in a hurry though Burger King is the place you wanna go.

Half the anymore burger king isn't open n when they are it takes longer than it should to get your food. I've worked ff n convenient stores enough to say that. Other than that it's a regular gas station

Employees need a better incentive to stay here. They have qhard time keeping enough employees to keep the burger king open and this is very frustrating for the customers and patrons.

An Oasis when heading to Richwood! Older store but well maintained, staff is friendly, gas is priced within a few cents of anywhere else, easy in and out. Restrooms have been clean the few times we've used them, what more can you say.

I like most of the employees. However, there is one fella there who is ALWAYS rude to me and my family. Any time we see him working in there, we will most usually turn around and go to USave or the gomart near our house. Unless, of course we absolutely have to stop.

Nothing but a bunch of rude, sloppy, slow, drug addicts there. The candy is always stale along with everything else. As well as overpriced. Highly not suggest going here unless you're desperate.

I used to go to GoMart in Craigsville a lot but some of the people they have working there have been short tempered and snippy w me for no reason at all. Tonight it was because I asked if they were still making pizza. Wow. They really need to practice manners.
