I must be shopping here at the wrong times of the week or something, but every time I go here there is never hardly any of the products I need and as of late the air conditioning has been down causing them to close early. Which isn't good for the employees safety or pay because it's making people go to Family Dollar or another Dollar General entirely. It makes me sad for the store as a whole because i used to really enjoy this store.

Very well organized clean store. the shelves are always neat clean no disorder to them whatsoever, it's well stocked. Employees, all of them are very helpfu,l very friendly and they concentrate on their customers. They are always busy working ,not loafing, talking or ignoring customers l.

Getting better in terms of the store being cleaner it doesn't look like a junk store as much now, but I don't think they get much help they only work maybe two girls at a time so it doesn't really leave a whole lot of time to clean the store and stock

I shop there almost every day and i really enjoy talking to the they are polite and respectful to you I don't have to some one following me around asking if I need help with anything i can shop in peace, There are stores you go to that people do this. Last year I was shopping at the Family Dollar store in Craigsville I was smelling purfume I put it in my cart I seen some cheap batteries so I also put them in my cart well I started down a aisle and seen a lot more batteries for the same price so I put the others back I seen the woman watching me as i got to the end of the aisle she came and asked me to come over to her and ask if she could look in my purse she said someone seen me put something in my purse i opened my purse i was angry at this point and embarrassed l told her that I was no theif I said I will never shop there again and I still go there..

The new store is not even a month old and the parking lot and sidewalk are already covered in cigarette butts and spit. Love the self checkout with cameras everywhere while 4 or 5 employees stand around chatting.

The employee we as sooooo rude.. I've really never ever been treated so badly! She was awful, if you don't like working at your job Quit! Don't take it out on the customer!

Craigsville dollar general store has been my#1 store;4 now 21 years .and the store workers is always very generous to my daughters and I . We enjoy the customer service that they provide for us

Pam one of the associates is extremely rude and falsely accuses customer s of stealing items they never touched. She deserves to be charged with harrassment. I will be doing so!

Very neat clean easy to find things cashier was nice and quiet the stock boy was very helpful in finding a few things I needed and very polite even though I interrupted him from Prime to get shelves stocked he looks like he was very busy but he still took the time to help me

The dollar general they are really good about keeping stock and and the cashiers are very respective and very friendly Dollar general has a very good quality of stuff and they're really quick at shopping that for on-the-go

Parking lot is always filthy, full of spit and cigarette butts. There can be 15 people in line and only one register is open.
