I get the need to hire younger employees to support your community and to give opportunities to high school kids but it's unfortunate that that is all this location has. Very little concern is taken in ensuring your orders are correct. The pizzas never have enough sauce and when I have asked every single time for "extra sauce" which should be just normal sauce at other places they may actually provide it 1 out of 5 times. There have been several times where I have ordered the exact same thing as we are a family of 3 that usually eats the same options and paid $5-10 difference depending on who and how they ring you up. In the past I have used this place to support my son's school and basketball team and have used them for tons of big parties but tonight was my last straw with this place. If it was the first time or even the 19th I would consider all the moving pieces but I blew this store up 30 mins before they closed for a to go pick up order and they blatantly ignored the phone. It's a shame there's only one place in town to eat but it's an even bigger shame that the one place there is doesn't care enough about customer service to make an attempt to get it right. This place could make a killing if they would apply some customer service or even answer the phone. I'll take to business to 7-11 their frozen pizzas are better anyway and surprisingly enough even the employees at a gas station are more willing to help then the 15 kids filling the lobby of this location!

I can’t brag enough on this location.Our friends had a wedding yesterday and the catering company never showed up. We called Giovanni’s and asked them if it were possible for us to order pizza to feed 70 people. They were on it and had them ready within less than an hour. Super friendly and kind staff. Make sure to give them your business!

The food tastes great, good quality and friendly service. We've had the pizza, wings, salads, subs, and I've even tried the cauliflower crust. It's all been amazing. They even have ice cream!! If you're in a hurry, call ahead because sometimes the wait times are long, but that's because the food is that good! The best in town!

I’m here on a mission trip for the week. Quick google search showed this was a 5 minute walk away. The large pizzas are a good price, and they taste amazing. Stopped by a second time that same day. Absolutely love this place!

Food has always been great tasting, however.. i recently ordered a hot ham and cheese sandwich and it was not up to their usual standards. One thin slice of ham. At first I thought they left the ham off. When I looked under the cheese there was a very thin slice of ham that I couldn't even taste. $5.75 for a cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich is not worth it.

Food is delicious made to order , HOT out of the oven.So if your in a hurry order ahead. Salads are made with FRESH produce...none of that Brown looking lettuce. SERVICE: is courteous but no waitress/ waiter staff. DELIVERY is as quick as possible, 30 min to 1 hour on busy nights I have found it's all worth the wait, ENJOY!

Food is really good, however I will never order from there again, While waiting to pick up my order I have never heard so much cussing, this is suposed to be a Family restaurant! The guy checking me out even said something about needing to watch your language and the guy in the back continued to cuss even more, I am not impressed at all. This is the 1st and last time I will be ordering, sadly.

Bought a 12 piece bone in mild wings tonight with some mushrooms and garlic cheese bread. The mushrooms and cheese bread were good, but my wings were ice cold. It felt like someone popped them into a microwave and set it for 1 minute! I wont be spending much money here if this is what I get. Regret tipping at the the pick up counter now.

They are friendly, good service, and food is great. Especially if your on a low carb diet, they sell low carb pizza, Cauliflower pizza that is fantastic ( no you can't tell the crust is made out of Cauliflower, it tastes like regular crust.)

Delicious food. Enjoyed the decor they have in the dining area. They have so many historical photos of the town of Clendenin! They also offer pinball and a few quarter machines to help entertain the kids. It's definitely a nice option for dinner in a town so small.

I have loved the Giovannis in Clendenin untill today. They were always nice and the food was great with many options plus they deliver in Elkview which is a big plus HOWEVER TODAY when I called a man answered the phone in which I asked what the deals were today and he said it but so fast I couldnt understand him so I asked him to repeat it slower and he noticeably became irritated by raising his voice and repeating the menuI then asked him what the first one was again and then he huffed and got really rude. I then asked to speak to the manager in which the manager basicly condoned his behavior by saying we repeat ourselves all day and they really hate that. I then told him well if that's how I am going to be talked to then I am never ordering from here again and hes like your'e right. I'm sorry I'm sorry. I then hung up because I was appalled at his defense of his employees being rude to me and then QUICKLY changed his tone as soon as I mentioned never ordering from them again. I will say that I have never been so rudely spoken to by an employee when ordering pizza before and as of today they have lost my buisness. I hope he learns his lesson about allowing employees to be rude to the customers just because they are "annoyed".

My boyfriend and I were on our way back home from ridge running and swung by for a bite to eat on the way home, boy did we get a huge shock, your food is better than the one in Charleston. Because of that this is now going to be our Saturday stop on the way home from whatever we are doing up north. WAY TO GO!!!

Their food is great!! Because there isn't a lot of other places around, it does take awhile to get your food. I suggest you call ahead to place your order.
