Food is always good, and the employees are always friendly. The chicken Philly is bomb, and the kids love the wings, pizza, and fries.Parking: Usually plenty of parking available, but there really aren't that many parking spots. If busy, parking might be tricky.

Convenient. Friendly staff. Would be nice if they added something new to the menu , even if it was one thing offered for a month at a time. Limited time special kind of thing. It would also be great if they made larger cold subs. Or maybe add a White pizza (Garlic). My only negative is the size of the large/full chicken philly sub. When we get it to go, they are the size of a hot dog bun. Pretty small for $10.

Hands down the FRESHEST Gino's that I've ever visited. The food is consistently fresh. I come here often in my travels and it never ever EVER lets me down. Thank you to the employees! They are great! Friendly, and super kind. No other place on earth like it. Stop here. Eat. Rest your feet a minute. Play on the wi-fi. YES! Internet in Clay County. LOL! You won't be sorry you made the trip. Your tummy will thank you.

Good food but none of the employees in the kitchen were wearing masks. The older woman who took our order was kind and fast and made sure we had gotten our food. One employee was talking very loud.

Ordered pizza and was told 25 minutes pulled back around was told to go to back and someone would bring it out as soon as it was cut and boxed waited another 15 minutes@and they didn't come out and it was hot that day so pulled back around she said do you have one ordered after just seeing me earlier i told her the name and it was sitting there all ready then got home to find it was threw in box not even on plastic sleeve and was a mess stuck to bottom of box and wasted half of the slices then on other occasion they left me sitting at window for over 20 minutes without even coming to see what i needed this place needs improvement i got upset that day and yelled is anyone gonna take my order they had all looked over but noone even came to see unreal

only the spawn of satan like this placei once witnessed gino himself (a very strange "man";looked like a cross between the midget from austin powers and dobby the house elf) take in a kennel full of baby cats (also known as kittens) and feed them to his guests. but they guests knew what they were eating; he prepared the kittens in front of him. the only person i know who liked this place was actually summoned from hell in front of my very own eyes. also that same person is inherently incapable of happiness and true affection and probably runs over turtles in his free time.

Every thing is good fresh and clean and if they mess up your order you will get free refund or free whatever you ordered defiantly the best place to eat on west Virginia

Don’t do the online ordering!I did and submitted it at 5:30 pmHer here at 6:00 pm and apparently the order was never submitted!! Best to call your order in until the get the online order fixed

Good prices and food is good but they dont always get the bread stick order correct they usually give you cheese stick sticks whether you order them or not.

Masks worn under the chin. My food was ready but the lady at the counter ignored me. Someone from the back finally brought my food out of the window. My first and last visit!!!

Some or rather most of the people that work here are rude but there are some that make it worth it however it takes them over a hour to make a sandwich
