I was hesitant to try CBD Oil because I didnt think anything would help with my PTSD. I've tried other types and nothing helped me sleep. I saw Jennifer, a fellow veteran, at a craft show and decided to give it a try. That was 6 months ago. I used about 10 drops 2 times a day and I feel better than I have in a long time. If you are having any kind of problems at least give this a try. It works!
