I went to Tractor Supply because I wanted to check out the Carhartt baby items there. Which I ended up purchasing. This was my first time going to this store. Outside the store were 2 abandoned cats. A gray tabby and an orange tabby. Then I noticed the store had put out a miniature house for them. I absolutely love that and I will be a regular customer now. Any store that cares for animals like that deserves the business. The workers were also friendly and seemed happy working there. Thank you for making my first visit such a good experience!

This is a pretty nice location. I went here to buy an animal trap and the employee was able to tell me all I needed to know and also told me some tricks to help me catch the raccoons I was having problems with. I have used this trap for several years and it works great. The prices here are also pretty reasonable. Highly recommend.

I love tractor supply it's where I get everything for the animals on my small farm. Even the dogs and cats I even give them their own shots save a huge fat bill. They need to hire more people and often times you can't find stuff when you need them in the aisles or at the chickens and it's not because they're not doing their job it's because there's not enough of them. But the staff is very helpful and nice

Great customer service. I went there looking for one thing and they were sold out and the young man that worked there checked for me and said it wasn't on the new orders but he found me one that was in the wrong place in the store in a matter of minutes most people would have just told me the info and left it at that but he didn't.

My experience with Tractor Supply has NOT been good. Not in the past nor the present. My current issue stems from the corporate level and systems in place for on-line ordering. I live near the Bridgeport store and ordered $503.19 worth of horse feed and related items. For some reason, these items couldn't be picked up at the Bridgeport store. My wife prints out the order and told me to pick it up. Part of the order went to Fairmont (30 minutes away), part of the order went to Morgantown (an hour away), and one item was to be delivered to Morgantown a week later (requiring 2 trips to Morgantown). I look at my order print out and I was charged $247.90 for shipping. I canceled the entire order when I saw the shipping fee. Seven days later, I'm still trying to get all of my money back. $411 came off my credit card immediately, but addition calls had to be made to get the rest of my money. I'm giving up. I'm losing $90 just to end this situation because I'm done debating with Tractor Supplies' "Customer Solutions". Good-bye Tractor Supply.

I bought a 5x8 trailer from tractor supply in February for the upcoming grass season. It was very poorly made. The welds on the gate latches have both broken. I welded them right and have had no problems since. Also, the piece that held both of the springs on the latches broke off and I fixed them. They haven’t broken since. If I wanted to build my own trailer I would have. I spend time repairing the trailer that I bought brand new and this takes time away from making money. The only reason I gave one star is because zero was not an option. Very disappointed and will not shop at Tractor Supply again unless I am compensated for my time fixing the cheap, poorly thrown together trailer they sold me. I do not recommend purchasing a trailer from Tractor Supply.

I went to get propane filled, I went in to tell cashier what I needed. He announced it over intercom. He was friendly. Went out to side gate and waited. After 15 to 20 minutes I went back in. Cashier announced it again over intercom. Went back out and waited about 5 minutes and I employee come out. I apologize because he had to come out in rain. He gets rude and tells me that he can't read minds that they just announced it. I was in store twice and both times I heard it over intercom. Very Rude

Excellent customer service during my visit today when I stopped by to get my honey do's done. Looked at a truck bed too box and the gentlemen who approached me was very knowledgable and friendly at helping me. The cashier at checkout was super friendly aswell. Had a great experience overall. Cant wait to go back and get me a tool box.

This is one of the few places that anytime I need to make a shopping trip, all three of my teenagers are more than happy to tag along! They love this place! Although, I personally could do without one of them, (if not all three) constantly trying to con me into letting them bring home a baby chic, (or three)! Lmao...Thanks to all the Tractor Supply Company Employees for making this such a welcoming, family friendly environment!

Even though we don't farm and there's a large portion of the store I don't browse, I love this store! The men in our family like the clothing selection. It's great for jeans, jackets, Carhartt merchandise, cold weather gear, etc. It's also great for bird feeders and seed, and dog products, pocket knives, etc. Even if you think you this store isn't for you, you should stop in and have a look around.

I am a small woman who often needs help carrying feed out to my vehicle. Those lazy men in that store hide from customers. The only staff who has helped me are the women that work there. Thankfully, the women are hard working and helpful.One male employee told me to go on out to my vehicle with my cart and he would be right out. I waited fitr 10 minutes. He never showed up. Another customer helped me load the feed.

This is where i get my blue buffalo dog food and bird my bird food. They have mixed wild bird food cheep. I think it's 35 pounds for 7.99-8.99 depending on the week. They have suet blocks 10/10. They also have nice seasonal displays that rotate and have neat items. Several are retro style items from porch chairs to childrens toys. I like checking for the new limited items. They also sell baby chicks in the spring and into summer.

I had to return a snowblower. The manager was cordial and accommodating. He ordered me a new replacement snow blower and a store employee unloaded the snowblower from my truck. I am more than satisfied. Great customer service!

Worst customer service. We waited 23 minutes for someone to help in the clothing area and not a single person showed up. They had staff paged twice. Apparently they didn't have a store manager neither.

If I could rate "TS" loweri would...checked online for items I needed, drove 50 miles out of my way to make purchases. Not in stock yet online TS online store site it was stated in stock. One item that was in stock was more then price online by $4...Never shopping there again, and in the spring was to purchase high dollar 2 tractor implements. But it won't be at Tractor Supply!

1 register open, cashier kept calling for help over the intercom, no one ever came. There was 12 people in line with me. Some people left. I felt bad for the cashier he tried getting help. But the manager never came or sent anyone to help.
