Ice cream is so good. Food not available Sunday or after 8PM. Was so busy we had to leave. The first time we came there was only 4 cars so it only took 20 min to get in and out. Yesterday, Sunday, Walk up line was about 20 people and drive thru had 10 cars so we waited about 20 min then left. They were doing about 1 walk up and one car every 3-5 minutes so if we stayed I estimated about one hour before we would have had our order taken. I don’t know why their service is so bad because they are an established fan favorite. It’s hard to park because of drive thru line. Park behind in shopping lot and walk over. Fried pickles were a bit soft and soggy. I ate them anyway because I love fried pickles. I wouldn’t order them again. They really need to move locations to a place where they can double their staff and service more people at once. Today I tried to come back and it was still pretty busy but not as bad as yesterday. Got in and out in 30 min thru drive thru with about 5 cars a head of me. I will be back because this is the only place I know of here like it.

Love their ice cream and the employees are always very kind and efficient.The last visit I had, they'd had a mistake on their end (it happens to the best of us) and they were very kind and fast to fix it. They said they couldn't take back the mistake, and gave us the second ice cream without charge.They have a small seating area outside and is nice to sit in on a summer day. I only wished they were open year-round. The seasons change, but my love for their soft serve never ends lol.I highly recommend this place for a quick treat to anyone who hasn't been here.

Took my time out of my busy Sunday to stop by and try this place we don't live around here and wanted to try something new. We went to order and were told that they do not serve food on Sundays. We were very displease and left. Why be open and not serve your full menu. We will not be back. Ps there was no where on social media saying that they do not serve food on sunday.

I give it 5 stars now, up from my previous 4 stars. Because they are bringing back their delicious slaw dogs later this month. Bravo 👏 on the Grand Opening under new ownership. Terrific place, food, and employees. Definitely worth checking out. The famous Raspberry soft serve is superb, as always. ♥️

The milkshake was delicious! The cheeseburger- not so much. Burned to a crisp… dry and tasteless. The burgers there used to be my favorite! Back in the day before they got a grill and made them smaller.

Very pleased with the reopening of a life long favorite place. It was a special treat to get to go to Toni's for me and my brothers growing up. So I was skeptical at first. But, I can confidently say it was wonderful. Fast service, friendly staff and the food and ice cream were delicious. Only complaint was they didn't have any coleslaw. I loved Toni's slaw dogs. Bring back slaw dogs! Terrific otherwise. Caution: CERTAIN TIMES OF DAY THEY ARE PACKED AND CARS CANT GET IN THE PARKING LOT.

Literaly 5 min ride and this was what they gave me, more like soup than ice cream (I get some melting but not like this). I mean I'm eating it but not impressed and everyone raves about it. I don't see what's so great...doubt I'd go back and my gf got brownie one and said brownies taste terrible.

I got 2 kids chicken tender baskets & an extra side of fried pickles. i should’ve checked the bag before i left because i was under the impression it came with fries and when we got back my pickles were mixed in with the chicken & no fries haha, and it was the 4 count for each instead of 3 (more the merrier i guess) just the principle. plus the lid for the ranch wasn’t on right and went all over everything. icecream was good though! might just stick to that instead of trying to order food, maybe miscommunication but just seemed like things were just wrong.

Toni's seems much improved now compared to previous management/ownership. Whatever changes they made were for the better. Service is good, selection is solid, and pricing is fair. The biggest problem is parking during busier times. It can get rough to get around at certain times.

Some of the best ice cream at the best price. Friendly staff. The only downside is bc it's good and cheap there is always a line. But to be clear it's worth the wait. The raspberry ice cream is great!

Better signage for hot food would be great (they don't serve hot food after 8p, and not at all on sunday) but Toni's makes excellent ice cream treats & food! Glad they're back in our community!

4/4 stars for delicious ice cream... but 0/1 for presentation. She looked so disappointed in her work but she handed it to me anyway. Just like anywhere you work, some people have pride in their work & some who dont. I recommend Toni's though.

I was here twice in an hours time (I forgot to order something) It was very busy, however the line moved very quickly. The young lady working at the counter asked if something was wrong with my first order, I told her I forgot something and without hesitation she remembered my first name and took my order. I know that shr had to have waited on at last 50-100 peoole before I returned. Needless to say, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Service like that is the reason I love to shop and buy local!

Every time I go here they get my order wrong, and it's been very inconsistent, one person will give me a large drink cup full of ice cream when I ask, other times someone else will give me a small bowl for a cup and it's half the size and I'll be told "The cup is only one size". They never listen when I ask for things to be left off or added in, and it's always half melted when I get it if I walk up.I wanted Toni's to be good like they used to be, but they're not right now.Gibby's in Shinnston is a thousand times better than Toni's right now, the only thing Toni's has going for it is that Gibby's is so far away from this neighborhood.

This is hands-down the best ice cream in Clarksburg, with a variety of great flavors for anyone to enjoy. The prices and servings are also very competitive, with the treats being larger, less expensive, and (most importantly) tastier than other ice cream stores around. Overall, with great (and quick!) customer service and food, it's an experience any family can enjoy.

We loving going to Toni’s Ice cream. The kids get so excited! The girls always work really hard. They have so many customers. I’ve seen the line so long it went to the road and it moves fast. The owner works to keep the place nice and taken care of. There’s tables to sit down! It is an outside dinning so when it gets warm this will be nice! There’s also a drive through. While in the drive through you can read their very big sign with their menu on it. The stuff they serve is very good too! Prices aren’t bad either. The kids love it!
