Been a Sam's club member for years went to renew my card . Did a promo at cash register to upgrade to plus membership and was told I could use what I paid that day off my next years renewal . Told the lady at customer service . She said it showed I had ten dollars and change off my renewal . I could use that but then she had the receipt on her screen from the day I upgraded showing all purchases. Then wanted to give me a refund for upgrade amount but said she needs my id for refund. This is outrageous already gave my membership card three times and having prior shopping receipts why should I be hassled just to shop here.Poor customer service scamming people out of their money

Have been a member for several years, am to the point of canceling my membership. I don’t know what they are doing different but their frozen vegetables have gotten disgusting. I had to use a steak knife to cut the stems off of broccoli that was so tough you could not eat it, the carrots were also very tough and inedible. I have had to throw bread out that had only been opened for two days and had mold on it, have had to throw out a half gallon of milk that was only opened two days.

Do not buy Rotisserie Chicken from Sam's Clarksburg WV , 2 times now the Chicken has been bloody not fully cooked. They are just begging for a lawsuit.

I love this store you can save money with membership. They have all kinds of stuff from office, to home, to cleaning, to clothes, and food. All Sam's Club are about the same, BUT some may carry a few different ideas do to where you live.It is the Holiday time so they have all kinds of holidays decorating 🎄, gifts, candy! 🍬🍭BUT the most important thing is you have to go check them out!!!

I was only picking up a few things but found the store neat and clean. The staff was courteous. Self-checkout was easy since the scan and go app did not work for me. I will visit again when I need other items they carry.

We pay a membership fee, remove the darn cellservice salespeople or reduce the membership fee.I shop at Sam's Club no less than twice a week and no less than twice a week I have to say no thank you to the cell service salesperson. I want to be rude as I hate Sam's Club for providing this in person ad, but of course it isn't that salesperson fault. They are all super nice and energetic, that isn't the issue.We can shop at Walmart and not be bothered by this, why do we pay to be bothered by it?Does a single person appreciate it?

I love visiting this location. It’s never too busy which is a must have for me. I refuse to shop when stores are crowded because I can’t think, see or move about the store. I never have that problem here. They always have plenty of people working and the stock is always great. I love the low prices. The food court pizza needs some revamping but the ice cream and pretzels 🥨 are very good. They offer pepsi on tap and ice tea as well as a suite of other beverages to go. The fast lane checkout with Scan and Go is another feature I love about Sams. I prefer the selection and variety of Costco but since WV doesn’t have those here yet I’ll be a Sams customer until then. Store is very clean. Bathrooms are alright. Staff is great!

The store has a huge variety of stuff BUT I warn you if you work there and they don't like you they will fire you. Tim Potesta the store manager is a terrible person. He was very hostile to the HR person who tried helping me. I did everything that I was supposed to do but to them I wasn't good enough. I was done very poorly and it's sad that the store manager is like that

Sam's scan and go is a very handy app! In the store you can use the app to skip the checkout counter and go straight to the exit door.This app is also very handy at the gas pump. It can be used to scan the bar, enter your payment, and then it will send your receipt to your email account!

Everything here is normally good in my experiences. If you're getting a membership, I would get the basic and see how much you spend before getting the plus. However, the plus bonuses are nice if you actually use them.

Another Sam's, like most others, with very good pricing on their limited selection of decent quality merchandise, to include an auto tire shop plus batteries. Good customer service. Good pizza, soft serve ice yogurt, and other heavy snacks.

There is alot to chose from for meals. Bad thing is, they rarely have the same thing twice. Pulled pork, here today back again next month. The crab and scallops are like roller coasters. Prices go up and down. Great seafood when and if you can hit the lower side of a fifty dollar bill. Rude staff. No hello's, do you need assistance, nothing. Ask for help, they look at you like you did something wrong and walk away. The person at the front door.....they might be standing there. Cashiers, you might find one that will grunt as you get up to the register. Normally, I say Hello, they dont acknowledge, scan your purchase and will sometimes tell you your total. Maybe nobody speaks english ?

On November 12,2020 the shelves were well stocked and all personnel were masked. The store was loaded with special items for Christmas including food, decorations, and gift ideas. The standard supplies were also available. We always get our paper products here plus cat litter. This time I got a 3.5 lb ham which is delicious and just the right size for a few people. I also got fresh bagged salad.We live 30min from this store but shop here when we're in the area to stock up. The self check is easy and seldom has a wait, so you can social distance and minimize how many people touch your purchase.

Shop here once a month. I find supplies we need for our home food, household items and other items at a decent price. The people that work there are so nice and will help you with about anything. So get out there and shop but you do need Sam's card to do that with. We also purchase gas while we are in the area it is cheaper there. I love sams club.

Sam's Club is always a great place to shop. They are usually very well stocked and the store is laid out well with wide aisles.Although it is membership-only, if you buy lots of stuff, the membership fee is amortized over a year's time so not so bad.

This Sam's club is great and it's well stocked, but it can be crowded. Just park in the outskirts of the parking lot if possible.
