First of all: surprisingly clean store. Shout out to whomever cleans there, y'all the real MVP.The spa's great. Fair prices, great attitudes, great service. Dogs are always happy. We have not had any chemical accidents thus far.Also, shout out to John, assistant manager. I asked him for help one day, and he got right to it. Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very customer and business oriented. Absolutely a pleasure, and he's the reason I'm writing this review.Thanks John, thanks spa people, thanks pet supplies plus. I'll see y'all again soon.

went to get emergency last minute supplies for a rescue bearded dragon, the people on the floor were very helpful and knowledgeable, and a girl named Tina helped us at the register. she was very helpful when it came to getting us checked us out even though we used multiple cards and cash, we were very grateful for her patience.

Really Po’d! Just I just left the store. I took my mini dachshund, with me to get a halter because he has become quite the escape artist..I have a bad back and standing for a long period of time has been difficult for me lately. I finally had to leave because the 16-year-old that they hired and half trained did not have any idea how to fit him for a proper halter.She was very- nice she tried- it’s not really he, it’s just that nobody knew how to do anything and I ended up leaving without a harness, so no walk for him tonight either because we couldn’t get one to fit and they had I know 200 harnesses there and this girl had no clue in the world.What the heck she was doing I don’t know…I didn’t go get anybody because I didn’t wanna embarrass her so I didn’t ask for supervisory help— but there’s nobody there but a bunch of teenagers anyway —which I have nothing against kids, but for God sakes train them a little bit!

Great selection and a very clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Dislike the requirement to give up personal information in order to get the sale price. Bad business practice, forcing a person to get a card to enjoy posted sale price.

( Highly recommend ) Staff was polite and curtieous that we dealt with on our adventure there to get some gold fish for our kids. All the fish and animals there seemed happy / healthy and well cared for. They have a pretty good selection to choose from and the facility appeared very clean and well organized .i recommend stopping in and checking to see if they have just what your looking for i know we will return there for any future pet or pet care purchases

We visited for some large horn worms for a bearded dragon. Upon entering, got sidetracked by the small Halloween costumes and hats. Made our way to the worms, sadly no large horn worms. Came back and the pizza hat was still there.He was very happy with a hat, but, was a little sad when I told him no worms.All in all, would recommend! Everyone is friendly and willing to help. And there's a lot of stuff there.

This is the WORST place I have ever been in my life! I had to get a new light dome for my bearded dragon, the store was filthy I couldn't even walk through I get to the reptile section and an employee who CLEARLY saw me trying to look instead of asking if I needed something proceeded to push me outta the way so they could continue stocking the shelf I had to move their stuff outta the way so I could see where I was trying to look and they didn't even have anymore of the products on the shelf. the dome I had gotten the day before when I got home was broken and dented horribly I didn't feel safe using it when I got to the counter to return it the girl Dakota repeatedly told my wife and I had we were inconviencing her because she was too busy chatting to hear me when I gave her my phone number 3x in a row. another employee John came over also told me what an inconvenience I was when I tried to explain why I was returning the BROKEN dome he proceeded to raise his voice telling me I was ridiculous and that it was my fault for buying something broken at this point I was furious and asked to immediately speak to a Manager Dakota told me I could walk myself over to where she was at this point the manager Megan decided to come over defend her rude employees and then ALSO give me a difficult time about returning my money (I didn't even want that I just wanted a replacement!) at this point I had to raise my voice to even be heard since all 3 of them wanted to be idiots and act like that. I WILL be reporting this to corporate as soon as they're open again as well as will I NEVER step foot in another pet supplies plus as long as I live literally DO BETTER I'll be sure all my friends and family also know what a joke of a store and company this is!!!!!

We had a great experience taking our mini golden doodle Enzo in today for a last minute grooming appt. The groomer was booked but Lauren, a trainee, was able to accept an appt and did a great job with Enzo. We recommend using her as she continues on to get her certification.

The self dog wash was not a good experience.The water was cold and so was the air dryer.The air dryer barely had any air and it was cold air. Other than that the employees were nice.

I am not one to be nasty, i took my poodles in for a full groom and it is expensive and I expected the professional results that i paid for, however, they came home half shaved, and what was shaved was raggedy. Their feet were not cut out (that i ask for), their ears were NOT cleaned and i don’t think their nails were clipped . I did not notice all of this until i got home OR i would not have paid for it ! Way over 100.00 dollars. Needless to say, they will not go back! They have no integrity in their work at all!! I was very displeased! don’t waste your money going there , you will be sorry!

Got some supplies and a couple newbies for the house, a frog and a beta, everything is still alive so far!!! Yay! These people were very friendly and passionate about their jobs, I was very impressed!!! Will go back and spend my money here!

Good customer service in my opinion. Though some of the reptile sections are unlocked and all of the small animals are unlocked… they leave their keys leaving around. It’s a mess in there… I just think there are plenty of things in there that they could fix. Starting off with keeping the animals cages locked and not unlocked for anyone to go in and mess with the little fellows.

There is all kinds of pet things in this store and for all kinds of different pets and animals.They also have a pet grooming area that you can watch.They have an areas that they sell fish, and other small pets.Go check them out it is worth it.

It's a great store with great staff. Had two fish and a snail die to unforeseen circumstances at home and they helped me get the correct fish for my son as a replacement ( A beta the harty fish). My son has ASD and really wanted a fish to have and they say a beta is best because they are a real harty fish. Can't thank the staff enough.

I recently got my guinea pig Cornbread from here and she’s such a sweetheart. She’s very healthy and the employee who helped me choose her was kind. I also got two fish for my sister and they’re doing great too (which surprised me)! I recommend buying from here although the prices are a little high. :)

It's a great place with a large variety of animal items, especially for dogs and cats. Many varieties of dog food, treats, toys, etc. It is higher priced than most places however. I could go to another store or online to get the same items cheaper but it's more convenient to shop here.

The guy who works and helps with the fish was super nice and informative. The new kid they was training kept poking the eel I bought. The girl who always helps with the fish was snotty and rude. She treated me like I was a toddler because I asked a question abt their reptiles. I was furious by the time I was out of there. I work customer service and I have never in my life talked to a customer with such disrespect. She is not one I will have help againI will wait for someone else.

There are so many options for toys for heavy biters. I had looked at a few other pet supply stores for Kong products, but there were not many available for large dogs.Pet Supplies Plus has a LARGE variety of Kong products for our fur missle. Super helpful employees and clean!

Went for the first time, not a good experience. When asking about the guarantee on fish was told 14 days (which is whatever), and check your water (which is normal). BUT they said that their water is perfect and tested 3 times a day. A whole tank has ick and it's connected to another. All was said with attitude. Very disappointing since west virginia doesn't have many fish stores and was excited to drive 40 minutes to it.

My favorite pet store to go to! I bring my 3 year old Chihuahua in for a grooming every month and he seems to enjoy it and loves the staff. I’ve never had a problem with them!

This store has very knowledgeable pet loving people working. The groomers are caring for the pets as family. Jennifer and the other groomers are excellent. The store crew are very good and helpful.
