The shelves were pretty much bare. They didn't have the items in the stick that they said they did. The staff was not helpful at all. Horrible place to call party supply store.

They almost always have what specific thing I'm looking for! Only thing is that the prices are a bit higher than most places, but when it comes to a one stop party shop, I love party city!

There's not a whole lot of children's theme party decorations. Mostly just a costume store at this point... would like to see more or better decorations... especially better quality decorations for the outrageous prices.

Although I was asked if I needed help 14 times in 10 minutes, I was not impressed with the pricing. The store was doing inventory; but instead of closing or doing it during night hours ...they do it in the middle of a business day. Ladders were everywhere blocking some aisles so that a cart could not fit through. Lots of inventory but prices are very high and they will only price match their own website.! Example: bunny ear headband $3.00- Walmart $.98. I don't think this store will be able to stay in business with the high pricing. I own a gift and jewelry specialty shop with no employees, and my prices are lower on the same items!

Watch your receipts. They will overcharge you and I will not tell you. Because I went to get three bags of candy for $12. So, they rang it up. All the bags were four dollars. But the cashier needed to call her boss over to take off some money on this other reduce candy I had bought. At that time the cashier apparently checked the date on the candy. Quietly tells her boss. I wasn’t listening. But I do notice they took away the discount. Charge me five dollars for two bags and 2.50 for one bag. Which was 12.50 so I didn’t think much of it. I did bring up and said I would pay the $.50. I kind of thought it just might just have something to do with the companies system. That’s when the cashier tells me, not before. That apparently the bag a Twix that I picked up was what’s going to be at a date soon and they have to discount at. So they had to charge me half price. But they didn’t give me an option or tell me or do anything until I said some thing. Wish I would’ve gotten another bag of Twix because I don’t wanna pay extra for an old bag of Twix. But no one told me this. They just did it. And then I was a bad person because I was wondering why I got charged extra. Then after that, I did get rude. Because cashier comments “I’ll give you $.50. “ I’ve already done said 15 times I’ll pay the $.50 get me out of the store. The issue is in the $.50 out of my pocket the issues is I don’t wanna give the company an extra $.50. For old candy. I think they’re over priced and cheap stuff. But I’m the bad person because I asked a question. That they did not tell to me ever. They just change my receipt because they felt like it.

The young lady that was working July 20 between 11 and 1pm was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for today. She was very helpful and extremely courteous. They have a huge selection of balloons, decorations and gift bag items. From birthday, weddings or just a party...awesome experience

Wonderful selection of party supplies. Actually went there for liquid latex and the choices were unbelievable. Definitely coming back more often.

The manager was extremely rude to me when I had to return some things my mother in-law bought for my baby shower online. I had my 2 year old with me and I’m not sure which one was throwing a bigger tantrum. It was really embarrassing how the manager was acting and all I could do was just stand there and watch. The store itself was clean and seemed to have a nice selection but the manager ruined the overall experience.

It's got a huge selection. All year costumes, party favors, a large toy and collectible section, and a whole isle full of snacks. Honestly, I could live in it. And there's a nice, glittery rainbow section, in case you're particularly prideful that day (or just like rainbows!) They also have a lovely selection of rubber chickens to choose from, and a small clearance rack near the register.

Love the store and everything in it. I would've gave it 5 stars but every single time I am in there the employees are always snooty and rude. They are never around when you actually have a question but longer around when you don't. I have never given a reason to be labeled as a thief yet always get the looks while I'm there. Yes my children might get a little silly and loud in there but considering the type of store you would think they would be used to it. Also a security thing was left on my daughters gift and the receipt got thrown away before noticing it. And I'm not even going to try to go up there and for it to be removed without a receipt. Urgh!

My oh my, what's not to love here! If you need supplies for a small Birthday Party or a huge one, wedding, class/family reunion, retirement party, wedding/baby shower, etc you can find all your decorative needs here at one location! Prices are a bit high on somethings and comparable on others. Stop on by, but be prepared to be overwhelmed!

This was my first visit in a party city store, I couldn't believe how much stuff was available for purchase and in every color. Incredibly organized and clean. Will definitely reccomend to friends and family.

Really not a fan of this place anymore, used to love it until the manager ( name starts with w) was being rude to her employees the other day. Embarrassing for her & the store, I’m glad I posted it publicly on Facebook for everyone to see! So sad, glad it’s shutting down soon.
