Management is awful. DJ the manager who was working 4/21 evening shift. Absolutely terrible in how he speaks to people. Claimed I was harassing his employees because I asked them if they still happened to have my instacart order. I was supposed to pick it up by 7:00. I got there at 7:15 and there's still other people pulling up and getting their pick up orders so I don't understand why mine got canceled and they didn't still have it sitting around and he was instantly mean, completely rude and uncalled for in his delivery and then continued to tell me I was harassing his employees. I had to ask him what his problem was. I was not rude or mean to anyone and I really don't understand what just happened. Awful person to have in management.

Every month they raise the price of diesel right at the end of the month so that anyone using fuel points doesn't really get much of a discount, then they lower it back down after the beginning of the month. Need reported to WV attorney general for price gouging since they raise prices more than 10% from the preceding 10 days- and being that every other kroger fuel station in the region is almsot the same on price EXCEPT this one, AND this happens almost every month- its not likely that their supply price has increased. Only complaint about the store itself is that you're expected to scan and bag your own groceries- if you go to their ONE cashier you're still expected to bag your groceries. What's next, stocking shelves?

Items not stocked and no one trying to do so. Very poor produce. Frozen foods had been partially thawed before stocking and were solid in the pavkages. Meat was twice the price as can be bought elsewhere and mostly fat. Fresh seafood dept in the back if the store could be smelled in front as you entered the store. The high point was the checkouts were fast and efficient.

I ordered three dozen of cupcakes with whipped icing a week and a half prior to event one of them to turn into a cupcake cake baseball theme wasn't too picky if they couldn't fit them all one there just do the extra off to the side I wanted them half chocolate half vanilla go to pick up this is what they gave me clearly only has 24 argued that they was all three dozen there somebody came back realized that they wasn't I only had four chocolate the rest was vanilla she said she can make me some just real quick cupcakes I told her that was perfectly fine she tried to give me a dozen of cupcakes that was vanilla I told her the biggest problem is I need half chocolate so she goes back to make a half of a dozen of chocolate and then brings out a new price tag tears off the old one which you can see which said $9.99 for a dozen of cupcakes and is now charging me 1499 I questioned her and she told me they was nothing she can do that's what it does not cupcakes cost

Good sale prices, but do not use online pickup. Both times my partner and I have used it, it has "crashed" and my order got cancelled. Super annoying and unprofessional.

I like this store but come on! One, yes, 1 actual cashier working???? And we had to bag our groceries ourselves???? If I'd wanted to do it myself, I'd have gone to Walmart! Do better Kroger.

Have been to Eastpointe Krogers 2 different times to get Money Orders because my friend HAS to use Krogers. We always go the 3rd when she gets paid. Neither time has the money services been open, and apparently nobody working there knows how to run it. Looks like the 1st and 3rd of the month they would make sure there was someone there to work

I was in your store on New Years eve. I throw a bag containing 30 dollars worth of merchandise away . Beth Whitkey went out and looked thru the trash for me and found it for me. She called me to say I have in the office for you to pick up. She went above and beyond her job to help a customer. Nice inside and larger selection. BUT I picked 6 items and looked at the price tags/sale tags and the prices for 5 items where increased at the self checkout. I informed the assistant and she said it happened all the time but couldn’t change the prices without pictures of the tags. BUYER BEWARE, tag prices are lower than checkout prices.

This is a very large Krogers and I used to enjoy a wider selection when I had the chance to stop in Clarksburg. Had a terrible experience today and will likely be avoiding this location in the future.I was done shopping and going to my car when my cart suddenly locked up at the exit. I had no idea what was happening, the cart just would not move. I was now blocking foot traffic.Apparently the management is so terrified of cart theft, they've applied an anti-theft method that randomly inconveniences the customer. The carts are designed to lock if they leave the property. But sometimes they also just do it at the door.My cart locked up by an anti-theft system. No one came to assist me. There was a cart boy outside, but he looked like he was trying to ignore me. I had to go get a different cart and transfer my groceries to be able to leave the store.It was common knowledge to some of the other shoppers so apparently it happens a lot. Yet...nothing is in place to assist customers if their loaded cart locks up at the door? If they hate their customers this much, I'd hate to see how they treat their employees.

Everytime you go to get a check cashed or anything the service desk is always closed for something I'm guessing they don't have enough people to work reallythey have really bad customer service or some of the workers pick and choose who they want to wait on that customer service desk is to help people through the open hours not to have it open till noon and then close it down need to get someone in there to run it the way it's supposed to

If you're looking for old, mushy, over ripe, and expensive produce with swarming fruit flies, almost expired meat, and "Love is Love" 🙄 and rainbow propaganda front and center, you've come to the right place. They may be out of touch with their surroundings customers and failing but at least they have a +++ESG score. ChinaMart down the street has better produce and meat, less fruit fries and is less expensive. Also, where is my check for always having to check myself out? It seems you barely have one or two check outs open. They also have horrible customer service. I bought a roast that expired before expiration date within a day of purchasing and they wouldn't refund me. So much for their freshness guarantee. This place is a 100% joke, expect the joke is on you if you shop there.

I don’t like Kroger because of how they treat their employees so I try to shop elsewhere but I just can’t not shop here because they always have what I need. One of the only places in town with a water machine to fill up your own jugs. A gallon is somewhere between $0.25 and $0.40. Amazing. Water tastes great. You will find it outside by the pharmacy. Machine takes tap and apple pay even! I enjoy shopping here because of the stock, cleanliness and style of the place. The employees are not very friendly so that’s is why I gave 4 instead of 5, but you can’t really expect much from a company that treats their employees like garbage.

This store isn’t much better than Walmart. Broken carts, expired food, no customer service. Long wait to return expired products. No one answers the phone either and about 65-70% of the employees are about a friendly as a rabid dog. I invite you to call them for yourself. If you want a real treat, call the deli. They’re super sweet

Why do they try and make you bag your own groceries now when checking out with a human cashier? What changed? It's ridiculous. I guess it's not good enough to jack up the price of groceries into oblivion just so they can make record profits quarter after quarter- and it's not good enough that they changed most of the checkouts to self checkouts with conveyor belts and all- even when you go to a human cashier this store expects you to do some labor while you're there. What a pathetic reality.

Better than usual. Everything always picked over. Too many empty spots where shelves not stocked. This is the first time in months I have been able to get check out without a 20 to 30 minute wait. If the sign says the need 4 registers open then there is usually only 2. Relying too much on self check out. Long lines there too. They need more help.

This Kroger seems to be much larger than one that was nearby before they opened this one. They also have a lot of variety and seem to keep most of the shelves well stocked which is nice. In my opinion though the store seems disorganized with things in multiple or weird places. It can also be hard to find employees here to assist you. There are also long checkout lines with usually only one or two lines open. The self-checkouts are also usually busy. The store is also very clean which is nice.

Shopping was ok. It was when I went to find a restroom that I got my surprise. Unisex restrooms, I had to wait for a man to urinate first. The commode seat was still up and there was urine splatter everywhere. More of the left wing indoctrination sinking into our society.
