The company charges far to much for what they do. For instance they charge over .90/ft and the same wire can be purchased for under .10/ft! It’s cost less than 500 for the material that they want to charge 4000 for. I found better complete systems for half the price that works just a s well. They don’t warranty their wire underground so they can charge service fees later. I’m so disappointed in the greed behind the company I’m going to become a dealer and sell a similar product at a much lower price and offer a full warranty.

Moved into our house last December the fence was already installed we had to pay to have it repaired because it had several breaks. We also purchased 3 additional collars, not even a few months into it the fence broke again in two additional places it was repaired at our expense. Not even a month later our fence broke again! Not really interested in paying 280 dollars for an additional repair when we already have over $2500 in this fence for it to continue to break!Service: Dog fence installation

Fence was installed rapidly and our dog took to it right away. They did place the fence a little too close to the back of our garage, so dog refuses to go back there :/ And a bit pricey. But all in all, good service and great product.

Very unprofessional! Paid for batteries forThe fence I paid $3,000 for—then extra $100 for batteries. I only received a 1 battery all year. The lady who I spoke to at this business was rude and yelled. Very unprofessional
