Impressive customer service oriented mentality. As soon as the line in the open register is getting long, usually more than 3 people in line, the manager starts calling the remaining staff to open more registers. Not all the stores clean the accumulated line so quick like this branch.

Nice store. Variety of lovely items. Big footage. If you have a question, or can't find something, etc., you have to walk the length of the store to get to as associate at checkout to ask for assistance in locating an item or asking them a question. Frustrating,

This is my favorite store in the world. The only slight downfall was the Crikut (unsure how it is spelled), selections of machines, and vinyls. Other than that, there is a vast array of craft and hobby items, from pencils all the way up to picture framing and t-shirt printing. Wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, prices are fair, and selection is huge. Friendly and helpful staff. Closed on Sundays. Ample parking.

It's definitely on the expensive side of things. However their clearance aisles make it all worth going. I could spend hours in there just browsing. The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable.

It your basic white girl hone decor store .... between pinterest and hobby lobby I've spent more money to "save money" then if I had just paid for the item, lol 😆 .... not going to learn that lesson though so 5*

I enjoy visiting this store. The folks there are helpful in getting what you need to complete your projects. For example, I noticed that they had a lot of fall decor. I'm not crazy about fall because I know what comes next --- cold, snow, overcast days. They had one that said "Welcome Fall" with colorful pumpkins and foliage. I ask one of the associates if they had one that said "Fall.... Where plants go to die". She paused and then said, "I don't think so but we have some great supplies here that you could use to make one of your own". Love this store.

Well stocked, clean and associates on sales floor were very helpful and friendly. They acted as if they appreciated my business. I wish I could say the same for the cashiers. First of all, there were only 2 lanes open. The customers in line all had full carts and it was taking a long time to check each out. The cashier at my register was extremely slow and could care less for my business. This is the second time I’ve had to wait in a long line. The management needs to pay more attention to the front of the Store.

I am very disappointed that this Christian store would choose to remove all the children's Christian crafts, toys and Sunday school supplies from their stores. That was the ONLY reason I shop there. So just like the world we remove anything that would encourage or help strengthen a child's walk with the Lord. The sweet employee I spoke to said we would now have to shop at Mardells. Since its 2 hrs from me I will now shop with another company online.

Customer service top notch, I have never set foot inside of one of their stores so I was not familiar with the layout or product placement. All employees I interacted with <total of 6> were friendly and extremely helpful. Found every thing I needed and check out was easy and hassle free

The staff was very friendly and they worked with me on prices when I found damaged items I wanted to buy for a bit of a discount. I like that so I'll be back. There selection of decor was amazing 🤩 but even with 40, 50 and 60 % off sales throughout the store the prices where still high. I'll watch for 75 and 90% off clearance sales to grab merch from them 👍

Hobby Lobby is one of my favorite retail store chains! I have been to many locations, however this one in particular is definitely my favorite! The staff is always kind and eager to help, and there is always a good sale going on!

I love hobby lobby, their prices ate great. They had 50, 60 and 70% off everything in the store. They were very well stocked on everything. I can't wait to go back after Christmas. Lol
