Staff member called police on my mother in law who asked about a damaged product. Staff member said she was being harassed by simply asking questions about the specific product. She then called police wasting local resources on a matter that fell under her job responsibilities. The staff member (Savannah or Samantha- did not clearly give name) needs to be retained or find another job to suit her poor customer service. Corporate was also on the phone for a majority of this altercation. My MIL does not escalate, she is a wife to a veteran, and this is not acceptable behavior.

In the past 4 months the store is neat and clean. Many items that were out of stock are now available. New brands have been added.

Bad location for entering and exiting the parking lot because it was an awkwardly tight driveway... isles were blocked with carts of unopened merchandise and flattened boxes... clustered checkout area... low products on shelves... the staff was helpful and courteous under the circumstances.

Well-stocked, but the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped since Gerald Ford was in office. One of the associates was visibly high on a stimulant. Some fat, shirtless man vaped all over the store, then spent about two minutes discussing gun control with the cashier before I was able to check out my snack. I regret not taking my phone in to document the whole experience.

My personal expierences w/Dollar Store on Milford st.,Next 2 Smoketime Sam's has,have,& always went pretty well despite seeming alil understaffed,i don't think bcuz of anything the workers are or arn't doin,think they just understaffed.All employees have always been polite,respectful,& always willing 2 help w/no matter what it is,& #1!!!????,is they also carry the "GREATEST"cereal"EVER",SMORES!!!!!!!!!!!!☝☝☝💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏

The employees are always pleasant and helpful, just over-worked. It's very hard to get the stocking done when you have to run the register too. The aisle are too narrow and always crowded with boxes. It would be nice if they'd hire more people...just sayin'

In general the staff is very rude and lazy, they don't do their job, and if you ask them to do their job, they either flat out tell you no, or they do it with such rudeness, you make sure to never ask again. They don't honor pricing on the shelves if the item rings up differently, the nighttime manager hides in the office if the store gets to busy. They don't clean, and the claim if you get over charged for items that they can't void the receipt, so they get to pocket the extra money. These are facts. Also, if something you purchase "mysteriously" does not end up in your bags, they will either claim it isn't there or it got thrown away, and no, they will not replace it. They make long time customers leave their bags and purses at the counter like common criminals, but they only criminals are the two older ladies, cashier and manager, that work the evenings.

Cashier's always seem to be nice. The store on the other other hand needs to have merchandise in isles together or appropriately near each other. I'm always searching for whatever I need, therefore I'm there longer than I should be.

Terrible service, one of the two workers was high as a kite most likely on methamphetamine, all the clearance stuff in the wrong place, over charged for multiple items, people stealing things in plain sight, very unorganized and dirty. I will never go back to this location ever again. If I could give them zero stars I would. I even told the manager I saw someone stealing and she didn't care. What a sad inviorment.

They wouldn't let customers in based on their appearance. They locked the door 15 minutes before close and if you looked like a general working man and they believed you were going to be a minute they would not allow you to enter. I understand in Clarksburg there is the so-called Backpacker community but they turned down a gentleman that all he needed to do was buy wipes for his child because he had paint on his clothes from work. I had already shopped but this greatly Disturbed me.

Could have employees with more manners and more friendlier. Plus I been a customer for years and they have no ashtray for customers so it causes the parking lot to be trashed with nasty cigarette butts even the employees litter the parking lot with butts. People also park in a spot right at the entrance of the driveway ( mind you it's NOT a parking spot) causing people to park all the way behind the store cause we can't fit behind them to get in!!! So rude especially for handicapped and older senior citizens.

My experience was poor! If it would let me I wouldn't give any stars! 5 mins until close they wouldn't let my husband that just works 17 hours straight and our son in for a binky for him and our 7 month old baby! When an elderly lady said I will buy one for you the girl said no you get out of line then put your stuff down and leave! We are closed. They were so rude and demanding! NONE of the other stores have ever did that before other than Milford streets! Will never go back there calling corporate and owner!

Good store and friendly employees! Not for nothing but there are good and bad folks EVERYWHERE..just as there are good and bad neighborhoods EVERYWHERE! {We don't listen to "limited" and "ignorant" folks who post silly comments just cuz they don't "like" regular folks.

The red short hair lady that works night shift at the Milford store will literally count down every minute until everyone is out of the store this is the second time this has happened the first time she told some gentleman that she knew and I will say it's cool to joke but quietly cause her words was everyone has 10 minutes to get out the store cause she has some beer to drink when she gets home no I'm sure some will disagree hey its ur opinion but I dont want to be rushed out of a store announce everyone has 10 minutes that's cool but a count down every minute cause she wants to go home and drink is straight bullcrap and disrespectful it's not cute

Had no issue finding what I needed, I had cell service throughout the whole store which is a big deal to me & I was checked out quickly by a nice young lady.

The outside of this place is disgusting. I was afraid to even get out of my vehicle with my children. Afraid of the nastiness they might touch. N the isles are so crowded with items n boxes. Not clean at all.

Doesnt have great service. I had to wait long to find a cashier to ring me up. The shelves were bare. Very unorganized aisles and couldnt hardly fit my cart down any of the walkways.

I know it's probably corporate not giving enough hours but these are the messiest stores and dirty floors. I keep going back though. It's convenient.
