We went through the drive thru and it took a lil longer than I would of liked. But after I got around front I seen she was working the front by herself. And their was 1 person in the back. And they stayed pretty steady. The food was great the service ended up being pretty darn good considering the circumstances me and the wife was both satisfied. ( Good Work guys/ girls).

They get 1 star cause you can't give negative ratings here!We should have just gotten ice cream! Customer Service started at 4 and drop rapidly to a -5 DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! If you (the owner) want details you will need to contact me. However I will be contacting corporate to ask them to review this store, because I would not let this represent DQ like this and this community would more jobs. Get better employees or close!

I rarely have difficulty ordering at this place, and they almost never get my orders incorrect. Reasonably clean and they have music that plays, but it's generally quiet.

I came here on my birthday for an $85 order! I loved it. The service was smiles and all happy. And for the amount of food we ordered, we got it relatively fast. The kitchen was wearing gloves and the workers have common sense. We ordered blizzards so they put them in the freezer so they wouldn't melt. Smart workers and friendly.. just awesome service.

Good at lunchtime, NOT at dinner time….last couple lunches looked/were amazing….but whoever works there in the evening should just quit. Just got dinner for the first time, same thing I get for lunch….looks like it was made by a toddler and it was wrong.

I went here on July 4th and had absolutely the worst experience ever. We ordered a 3pc chicken strip meal with a blizzard times 2. When we received the food the fries and chicken were barely warm and you could tell they were old. I returned to the counter and requested a remake. Two minutes later i was returned the same food i had rejected. Needless to say the cook here doesn't strive for any customer satisfaction. I am completely dissatisfied. When I went to pick up the ice cream I told the girl at the counter that we had been given the same cold poor quality food only to have her tell me that it had been remade. When I said no she acted as if she coule care less. If you are looking for a pleasurable dining experience do not go here.

Went to the Milford St location today to order a burger and fries. Was met by Ally and Cassie. Allyb to my order at the front counter. The place was clean and the drive thru was packed. I can honestly say that I was greeted with a smile and a lot of respect and kindness from these two, especially Ally who seemed to go out of her way to make me feel appreciated. Very kind d young ladies. Give them a raise and keep them around Tim.

Love the food though it can be more expensive than other fast food & food takes a while to be made so delicious that it is worth the wait. I worked at a Dairy Queen when I was a teenager I know 15 years ago all the cleaning we had to do, that Dairy Queen has to be the most cleanest sanitary fast food restaurant of all.

I love hot fudge sundae's from Dairy Queen. They have "world famous hot dogs" that I tried my last two visits. They were pretty good but I think there is MSG in the product. Both times it sent me running for the restroom.

The chicken basket and milk shakes were delicious. I was a little upset I was charged for 2 extra gravys and didn't receive them and the wait time in drive thru was longer then expected.

Worst DQ experience I ever had.Floors dirty, employees not professional.Was a cluster.Wife got order, small Sunday, 15 min later got my Banana split, with ice cream already melted and looked very sad.Place looked as if its lacking organization and management.

I'm pretty sure that the people that had been working there when I originally gave my review are no longer there, as the last time I had been there they actually were able to get the order done get it done quickly and I didn't wait 45 minutes like the last time I'd been there to get my order. amazing what a year will do

LOVE the Free Cone Day on the first day of Spring! THANK YOU to the staff of our local DQ for quick and friendly service on what could have been a chaotic scene. Line went quick and everyone was happy!

We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes. There were four card in front of us and the first one hadn't even been asked about their order yet. We finally went to the one in Nuter Fort. Much better there.

Went to this location. Waited at the menu board for 6 minutes prior to closing. Tried get someone on speaker no one came. At 9:03 woman comes on rudely we are closed. I try tell her I had been waiting she interrupted me and told me to go to another location. I asked for name if manager would not give. Never dealt with such unprofessionalism in my life. I just pray woman isnt management.

great place to get a treat,,, i stopped during school hour,,, and i went in to place my order,,, i not much for drive thru's,,, very clean and orderly and got the order filled in a quick minute,,, the only down side,,, of this spot,, it is a corner location with limited parking,,, because of a small lot,,,

The team leader refused to give me a refund for the runny gravey for the two chicken 🐔 strip baskets that I even ordered extra gravey for because the gravey is the only reason I buy the whole basket. She is to young and rude to be running a dairy queen on a Saturday afternoon.
