I'm sorry to anyone that has to go to this pharmacy. If you need to call them then too bad. Service at the place here is terrible and will leave you waiting half an hour or more just to get someone to acknowledge you. I get it. People get busy sometimes, but geez at least say I'll get to you as soon as I can. My family has the running joke that someone should build a pharmacy over there. There have been several times that a medication will get sent there and their pharmacy will be closed for whole days with no reason. Go to Walmart, Kroger, even an illegal drug dealer if you have to because they will still be a thousand times better than this joke of a pharmacy.

The pharmacy is always late with filling prescriptions. Called in on Friday morning and was told it would be ready by 2pm Friday. It's now 2 pm on Sunday and they give the excuse that they are behind on filling scripts. Said they would expedite filling mine ahead of the rest, like they are doing me a favor. They told me to come back in 45 minutes. Ythis is not any way to run a business. I suggest you hire a reliable pharmacy manager and enough staff to match your demand.

Pharmacy has been an issue this whole year not enough staff to be open when you need them. Can't run the drive through because not enough staff. Takes two days to get a script filled.Well management needs to fix their problem. It's not the people working to blame.

Awful pharmacy management. Won't fill my prescription 2 days early. Unsympathetic to the hassle of getting ahold of a doctor to get the prescription changed to a pharmacy at my travel destination. It's very challenging to talk to a Dr without paying for an appointment.. They (CVS) have the ability to fill it early, exceptions can be made, but they will not fill it because they just don't care about their patients. I offered to bring my current bottle in showing them my remaining 2 days worth of medication, and bring in my flight itinerary and they still said no, because they can.. and because they don't really care about their patients. Choose a differnt pharmacy if you can, this one is managed by an a$$hole.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy in the area. I used to go to Walmart pharmacy and switched to CVS because I thought it would be more convenient - WRONG. Every single time my monthly prescription should be auto-refilled, it’s never refilled on time and I have to either call and ask about it or go and have them say “Oh sorry, not sure why that wasn’t refilled but we will do it now” and I have to sit there and wait. NOW I was prescribed a medication and they faxed it over yesterday. I went to pick it up and they said they never received it and to wait a few hours. I waited a few hours and tried again, they said they never received it but my doctor office was already closed so I could not call them. First thing this morning I called my doctor office and they said they faxed it over yesterday and they would fax it over again. I called the CVS pharmacy to verify it went through and the woman said yes they received it but it wouldn’t be until this afternoon or evening until it was filled. I said I’m sorry but I was supposed to start taking this YESTERDAY and she said she was sorry but she was not working yesterday, there’s only 2 of them working today, and I could come in and try to have it expedited but it would still probably be a 30 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous - do not come to this pharmacy!!!! Every single time I have an issues - I am now looking into switching to a new pharmacy because I am so tired of having this issue every single time I need to pick up a prescription.

Pharmacy is rude. What happened to good customer service? I called because another location didn’t have my child’s medicine and was told it would be filled by 2. My husband stopped by after 4:30 to pick it up, but it wasn’t ready. There was an issue getting the prescription from Target CVS. They made him get to the back of the line when he insisted he wanted the medicine filled there since it was what the doc prescribed. My child is sick. We needed the medicine to make her better. Why do you have to be so rude? We won’t be dealing with CVS after this situation. I’d suggest finding another place to get your medicine.

Line was a long wait for drive through and because pharmacy staff couldn’t handle the work load, they closed it down with no warning and without notice, to the point I was the next in line with several behind and he just shut the window, when asked what the store policy on the drive through open All he could say was they were down an employee, which ok but we waited. Definitely switching my moms medications to a better pharmacy who can still meet needs even in hectic situations…

Called two weeks ago to have my meds filled .went today to pick up well of course it's not ready ...and I asked why and the lady was like u need to talk to someone else about that. This place is bad anymore .. like it's in a box no counting or nothing slap a sticker on it that's all .. I will be moving to a different store now .

This location closes at random times. They hardly follow hours posted. I’m not sure how that’s even legal when people need their medications. The two stars are for when they actually are open, the service is quick and easy.

No stars!! They are so Rude, So dang Slow, and They never answer the phone EVERRRRR. How do they never have time to answer a 20 second phone call from a customer? Yet they always have the time to be on their cell phones. I'm switching to Walgreens or anywhere else but here. I've been waiting over 2 hours for them to pick up the phone so I can ask if my medication is ready or if it is even filled. I have mad way too many trips to pick up medication and it not even be ready smh.It would be nice to verify!!!!! They need to just shut down too many people say how bad this location is. The staff needs to step up or something because they are loosing business because of the way customers are treated and the hassle of getting your meds.

Update: I wish I could take the 1 star away!! Wow closed over 2 hours early AGAIN! How is someone suppose to get their meds on the way home. I have 2 hours before you close! Who knows why you really closed! Irresponsible and not reliable!This pharmacy has well so down hill. They have not changed their hours but they close whenever they want. I have to have my medicine picked up for me since they won’t ship it to me anymore again after they did then didn’t then did now don’t again. I had someone come get my medicine for me a few days ago. They didn’t even send it all. Only the one I asked about but others were called in. GET IT TOGETHER CVS OR I AM LEAVING. My whole family and their medicines will be leaving with me. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED USING CVS AS MY PHARMACY TOO. 💔 They are suppose to be open right now, they now do what they want and left for the day. Thanks again CVS. You ARE a PHARMACY! What you “do” IS important! People HAVE TO HAVE THEIR MEDICINE! I’m not on any narcotics or benzodiazepines none of the medicines people abuse to get high but I’m going through bad side effects because of Clarksburg CVS messing up!

The best customer service I have experienced in 3 days. One employee spoke to me when I entered the store. I believe it was the pharmacist who stopped what he was doing to help me yesterday when I was dropping off a RX and who also checked me out when I returned through the drive through. He was very friendly.

Matt is very rude and judgemental towards patients or maybe it's just me. About every other month he finds something to complain about concerning one of my prescriptions. Mind you, I've filled these prescriptions there for months now. Hes caused me to go without my medicine because of his ego. Don't waste your time unless you want to be judged by the medication you are prescribed.

DISAPPOINTMENT!! I have used this pharmacy for years & it definitely isn’t what it used to be! No one answers the phone lines! The drive thru is often closed! Hours of operation vary & aren’t dependable! I tried calling 3 times today & listened to an automated answering service over 40 minutes!! Went inside pharmacy today & observed 4 people in it ignoring speaker notifications about incoming calls. Currently seeking A NEW PHARMACY!!!

This has been my pharmacy for years. Here lately I was starting to doubt their service and friendliness but tonight one of the techs reminded me why I chose this as my preferred pharmacy to begin with. Her name was Rose. She went above and beyond to help me, I was shocked. It's been a while since anyone at any store has took that much time to help with a question I had. My little girl refuses to take any cough syrup. She will spit it out or vomit it up. So I was looking for some chewables or triaminic strips which I discovered have been removed from shelves. She took the time to help me look for something, asked the pharmacist for me and then started to call other pharmacies (ie: rite aid, Walgreens) in search of something she could take. She was awesome! Deserves an employee of the month award!

I stopped in yesterday for some supplies. I was on the clock at work and i had my clients with me. I though well ill get some things for myself too. The cashier Dawn was rude to us. I dont think she liked the fact i was paying with ebt for my client. I paid for my items with my debit card. I spent 83.00 on my stuff all I bought was 4 items. My member bought 1 item om ebt. I demand to be treated with respect in cvs by your employees it doesn't mater what my method of payment is.
