A nice selection of vehicles for sure. They were able to get me into a vehicle at a reasonable price when most other places couldn't. However that was after 20 or so minutes of me going back and fourth with the salesman and manager telling them I couldn't afford the price they were giving and semi manipulative sales tactics. Which is why I gave 3 stars as opposed to 5. I do still recommend this place to those that are having issues getting financed at other dealerships.

I had spent an entire day looking at vehicles to buy. I enjoyed my Mitsubishi Outlander so I thought I’d come here to see about purchasing another. The staff was rude and did not listen to my concerns and tried to get me to look at a vehicle that wasn’t drivable but just needed basic stuff like an “oil change”. We turned it down and they continued to push. We drive a full-size outlander “not a sport” and we told them we couldn’t go smaller so they tried to put us in an eclipse. Once we said we aren’t interested and leaving the kept hounding us not letting use leave. If I could rate low then 1 I would. How you gonna be so disrespectful and expect to make a sale. Oh, to make it better we where paying in cash!Last month me and my wife had tried trade in and finance as well. We don’t have good credit and our trade in wasn’t valuable. We explained we couldn’t afford a monthly payment above $300 so they offered $850 a month for a car that was a 6 year old base model with 85k miles. That would have been around $44k at loan pay off. I turned them down cause that was ridiculous. They offered a $1,000 check to take it. Then I asked them what they expected us to do about our already existing car payment and their sales person said “I figured you could just let that one go”. Really? Who says that! This is why places fail! This has to be the worst place I have ever been to. The only reason I went back was because we have bad credit and they may have thought they could bully us into something so stupid. So I gave them a second chance when we could come in and pay up front but I was wrong! So beware!Update: This is a few months later and I’ve had a worker from Todd and Judy Mitsubishi send me a message on Facebook marketplace asking me to bring my vehicle to trade in for a new or used one. This very obviously upset me and I went to send a screenshot of my review to them so the message would be clear, but I found out that they remove any poor reviews that they have got! Don’t fall for their 5 star reviews! This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to!

Made me feel like I could be approved with no issues. I drove all the way up there for them to tell me that it would cost me thousands of money down and the payment would be through the roof. Mind you, I told them I was looking for 3rd row seating and it didn't need to be a used one. She told me they had several new and used to choose from. Ran my credit over the phone and said good news we have 2 lenders we can use, come on up with proof of income and we will set you up. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Love the salesmen here! They are extremely friendly, and honestly quite goofy- in the sense they are humorous and fun. They never attempted to "upsell" me and listened to my needs! Although I went to a different brand- I did enjoy my experience here and I recommend them 100% due to their service and pricing of vehicles!

The car salesmen were nice but that's their job. The people that answer the phones have no communication with the people at the dealership. We had to drive an hour out of the way bc the lady on the phone told us to go 2 the wrong lot. Then drove another 30 mins to get to the right one and they couldn't even do the deal I was looking for that they have advertised. All they were worried about was trying 2 get me to trade my 2018 with 30,000 miles that's paid off for a 12 with 100,000 miles.

I have many times said to my family, friends, and co-workers how I love my new 2022 Outlander and I will never purchase any other vehicle; and I say that not only because of the Outlander and what it is, I say that because of the service I receive when I am there for scheduled maintenance. The sales and service staff are fantastic. Even if the "human in them" surfaces, they will and have made it right! Normally when I bring my car in for service and detail, I usually get it. The last time I brought the car in, it was serviced and only partially detailed. It was washed and waxed like normal but not vacuumed. Other than that, it's fine. And I would still recommend Clarksburg Mitsubishi if you're wanting a good vehicle and quality service.

The Dealership is Awesome, excellent service at the Dealership.The Tent sale at Meadow Brooke Mall would have been just as Awesome if it wouldn't have been for Steve, one of the out of town sales reps hired to do the event. He was reaking of Alcohol two days in a row and coursed my Insurance company several times on the phone.

But I had came there to look at a Subaru Crosstrek that they had posted on their website online. When I got there, they had no idea what I was talking about. I guess the online inventory is just for show and non existent.

Idk how they come up with credit scores but it's way lower than any other dealership. I believe its to try to make a bit more money off interest rates. Ended up buying somewhere else cheaper and they showed a lot higher score. And they lie to get you in the store, saying your approved on the phone and get there to say that's just a call center. I would be very cautious going to this place.

I was considering trading my Mitsubishi Outlander for a Toyota Highlander last year, but the service I received at Clarksburg Mitsubishi was so outstanding that I decided to keep the Outlander. I live on a dusty, gravel road and my vehicle is always dirty, but they are kind enough to clean it every time I get it serviced. I can't say enough good things about the dealership. They are always friendly and courteous. Mike, the Service Manager, goes out of his way to provide excellent service. Thanks to the person who cleans the vehicles, as well.
