Literally watched cars come and leave before getting my pickup order. I'm not sure how their order gets put ahead of others but apparently they need a better system. If i wanted to wait 30 minutes for 5 items to be brought out i would have just went inside to get them.

Tried to order a delivery. Driver "couldn't find" items within 2 minutes of accepting delivery. Used the chat feature to talk to a representative, Akash, who confirmed the driver hadn't even been to the store as they were having difficulties. Akash said a new driver would be assigned and to expect the delivery within an hour. 4 hours later no delivery. Spoke to another representative after Walmart refused to let me cancel on my own. Was offered a $10 promo code as an apology. Like that will make up for the fact that I had to walk miles in the heat with a hungry screaming newborn baby to go get formula for said baby!Walmart should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. Everytime I've went there in person or have tried to use their delivery I've had issues. I fully expect I won't get that refund without having to dispute with the bank as it's clear the reps will say anything without carrying through. I will no longer be shopping here. I would rather drive anywhere else just to avoid Walmart. I screenshoted all conversation so they couldn't conveniently say they didn't happen :)

It’s fine, it’s Walmart. I’ve seen so many poor reviews due to the self checkout situation and lack of employees- that has nothing to do with the location or the employees that work there. They need actual applicants in order to fill the staff lol. Something every business in American is struggling with right now. I’ve never had issues with employees at this store. Things evolve, it’s 2023/24, self checkout is the new normal. I prefer doing it myself and I don’t mind if employees avoid eye contact, I almost prefer it! I’m there to get what I need and get out, it works for me. I don’t care if an employee smiles at me or not, that’s silly.

Worst store ever. Their parking lot security tried to make us leave as soon as we pulled in at noon. We are in an rv and was only stopping to get groceries. He said there is no overnight parking but being only noon didn't see it as a problem. The security guy was in a private car, dressed in filthy clothes and a soiled security hat telling us to leave now.

We do pickup for my elderly grandmother because she has difficultly getting around the store. Never do pickup at this location if you’re ordering a bigger amount of groceries!! Started ordering last year for the convenience, never had any issues. The past few times we were missing a few items no biggie as the orders were large. However yesterday ordered and was missing over 150$ worth of Groceries. Talked to the female “manager” named joe over pickup 2/3/24 around 7-8 pm who said she didn’t care if we took our business elsewhere because our order was so large and confusing. She was very rude to my elderly grandmother. Guess walmart doesn’t want our business!!! Missing 31 items!!!!!

Nowhere near adequate staffing for the customer traffic of the holidays. More self-checkouts than staffed ones and there's still a painful wait to pay and leave. Dirty. Disorganized. And a nightmare of a parking lot.

Always the same good Ol' Walmart....you can buy everything here. The store was rearranged over the last year or so and is laid out much better than before. Get your oil changed or new tires, too. And, go shopping while they're working on your unit. Sporting goods, groceries, toys, shoes, crafts, small furniture, household goods, pharmacy, and small liquor/beer department. Play lottery in the machine (self operated). You can also get a haircut here.Less busy during the week versus Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You can order ahead and then pull into your reserved pick-up parking space, and a runner brings it out and puts it in your unit.

For some reason my states walmart just never have the tickets up or in the right place when seasonal mark downs happen they take 2 months longer than any of our neighboring states. And they do not work well with coupons or if an item rings up one price on the app and another at the register they do not take the proper steps to be an actively engaged customer service team and fix the price WHICH THEY JUST GOT SUED FOR... you just have to void it off and keep going which has happened numerous times to me as i refuse to pay a different price then i had anticipated and when its the stores lack of competence that just conpletely turns me off about this palce. The worker herself told me the reasoning behind it is just because they are trying to keep their shelves filled so they put items in any slot tocfill the space. Im absolutely appalled that they after all the bqcklash is still continuing to do this. Also they are the worse about items that come with coupons attached to them. They never check to see if they are expired and leave the items on their shelf up to 7 months past the expiration date and of course won't honor them when they are attached to the product THEY are selling. Had a lady today worker tell me the coupons are only valid on what is in the picture and doesn't matter what the description states. Which is literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard and no other store is like that and i know for a fact the cross lanes location is not . Which completed contradicted this Story on Sunday with the bogo dove coupons and suave hand sanitizer coupons I tried to do all 3 in one transaction and 2 of them didn't work even though they were the right items and the items in the picture. So the clerk told me to do in a separate transaction, that they were too alike to do together, and it still didn't work and she ADMITTED the products were the right ones but still wouldn't honor the coupons. I'm done shopping here this store and the management is so unorganized, non-communicating, non-caring and it's ridiculous that someone who spends 10k or more a yr in that store and noone knows what to do and its somethig new everytime. Even when I think about giving them second and third and fourth chances they still continue to suck the life out of America with their dishonesty and fat pocketed CEOS.

I must say it is ultimatey the number 1 Walmart I've been in my life! From California driving cross country every state entering one Walmart per state none compared to Charleston West Virginia on Mountaineer BLVD.The people that work here enjoy working for Walmart SUPER HELPFUL WITH A BEAUTIFUL SMILE EVERY TIME I VISIT I GO HOME HAPPY!THE FRIENDLIEST ON EARTH HERE AT MOUNTAINEER BLVD AND CROOS LANES RD IN NITRO WEST VIRGINIA LOVE THEM BOTH EQUALS. For whatever various reasons, some people absolutely adore WalMart... I am not one of them.I really don't like the crowds, the exceedingly long check-out lines, the parking lot jockeying, or the general atmosphere/vibe of the whole place, etc etc. AND it only gets worse during any upcoming major holiday or the (current) "back to school" frenzy, or it would seem any day the sun shines... or it rains or it snows!! To stay safe & sane (!!) I tend to avoid all Wal-Mart stores as much as possible year round & only go there voluntarily if there's simply no other option or I can't wait for Prime 2 day shipping.Granted, this store has about anything you could possibly need or want in a general sort of way & usually at a reasonable enough cost. Surprisingly, during my last trip, I even found several "exotic" grocery items in the spices & rubs, which should be interesting to experiment with. Fortunately, we managed to get most of the items we needed & after the usual snail's crawl pace through the check-out, we were able to get to our car & escape to open road unscathed once more. Whew!If you like Wal-Mart & are a regular customer, well, I can only say you're obviously much braver than I am... my hat's off to you.

Great experience at this Walmart. Parking was very accessible, and the store items were well organized. Frankly, it is also well geared toward new college students as they have multiple products to choose for their new dorms life. The patrons were very informative and helpful. They really answered our questions making our experience truly enjoyable.

Always crowded. Every inbred WV welfare recipient in the surrounding counties shop here. Staff are rude and can not tell you the location of any products.The store has constantly remodeled and moved products around, making it aggravating to all.I would highly recommend going to Target less than a mile away.

Walmart Supercenter was clean, the fruit seemed fresh, the employees didn't really interact with me much until I talked to them, they were respectful. The bathrooms were clean and didn't smell. They had some nice sales on bread and bakery items. The deli was closed earlier than it should have been with someone still back in it, so that was a downer. Overall the experience was nice, the atmosphere was good, and I would go back when in the area.

There employees especially the big tall one at self check-out is rude. I won't even finish walking in and doing my shopping if I see her when I arrive. I would rather do without or even go hungry instead of dealing with her. That's sad and what's even worse is I've tried dealing with the civilized way and nothing came of it. Now I won't even pull in the parking lot. I drive an hour out of my way to shop at another Walmart completely out of state. That's sad...

Would like to remain anonymous. One time I went into the dressing room to try on bathing suit tops and bras. A lady unlocked the door for me. Not even 2 minutes later, and without knocking or saying anything, an employee unlocked it and walked in on me topless. It was one of the most embarrassing things I have ever experienced in my life.
