Have been a customer for over 10 yrs. The last couple of years pharmacy has gone down hill. Wrong copays, incorrectly filled Rx and just poor customer service. Won't be back.

I recently visited the Walgreens and was thoroughly impressed! The store was spotless and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. I was particularly impressed with their well-stocked first aid supplies - I could easily find everything I needed to take care of a minor injury. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt welcomed when I walked in the door. I highly recommend this Walgreens for anyone needing first aid supplies or a clean and well-stocked drug store.

This is easily the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced in the decades of taking prescriptions. Absolutely some of the least helpful, rudest people who refuse to listen to the patient/customer. Took several calls over an entire day to get them to listen to me when I said they were running the wrong med through my insurance and that's why it was denied. Finally gave up, drove down there and got someone to try it the way I said and what do you know? It worked! Imagine that, someone who knows their meds and insurance plan. Do your stress levels a favor and stay far far away from this location. Just horrible!

Service a little shaky when it first combined with RiteAid several years ago - but has been excellent since. Pharmacists and interns are knowledgeable and good at educating customers. Front checkout sometimes a little slow but always courteous.

Great store and so clean and spacious. Great workers and most anything you might want or want. Ask for Norma. She's worked at Walgreens for a very long time! She's always willing to help when you need it!

Coming from a local pediatric office in Charleston, WV who has to be in contact with this pharmacy.. they are beyond rude and unprofessional to office staff. The pharmacy staff named Brittany was absurdly rude and it deserves some attention.

The pharmacy personnel is very kind, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you have ALL of your medicine. They let you know that you need to see your doctor for additional refills on your medicine, someone calls you to go over your medicines to make sure you understand what it is for and any possible reactions.

Today I used it as a Fedex hub. I was expecting a package to arrive next week . It came a week early and i was going to be gone most of the day. I was able to redirect the package to be delivered to Walgreens (West Side, Washington St. Charleston WV) then picked it up there in the evening. As you see it was a large size package.

Disappointed! drive up Mic did not work so well because tech could not understand what I was saying. Then when we go our prescriptions, only two of three were there and the two were only partially filled. Tech did not tell us. Had we known, we would have waited until all were fully complete.

I went in to purchase multiple items as a stop on my way home. As I went to the counter to pay I had to show my ID. As I showed my ID, it had just recently expired. Now mind you the DMV has been closed and just reopened. You can only go by appointment only. The WVDMV has extended expiration dates on any ID FROM MARCH TO JULY 31 THAT MAY EXPIRE. I tried to explain this to him and he refused me sale. Please educate your employees when a nation pandemic closes things and how they're going about it. It's only been expired a week.

I rate this place 2 because the prescriptions take for ever to make and refill and also they can’t hear me well when I talk through the mic. There is not much stuff for Christmas or any other holiday except Easter. Had to transfer to another one down the street because of this.
