Pure idiots and jerks who run that pharmacy. They gave my mother the wrong blood sugar test strips and I’m not sure the pompous idiot who thought he’d be macho man and talk to a 70 year old lady the way he did. They need to choose wisely who they hire. CVS or Drug Emporium will now have our business.

Staff was rude and when asked to use restroom as a paying customer she told me it's not open to public. Never known any Walgreens to not have a restroom that's open. She said theft was the reason they closed it. That wouldn't have been a problem but her way of talking condescending and accusatory was very disappointing. Won't be back. Don't recommend unless emergency even then don't expect a smile.

Went to this Walgreens for the first time to get some cold and flu items. As soon as I walked in, an employee stoped stocking, looked at me like ew a customer, and then turned her back to me without a word. It's nice to get a hello when you walk into a store. I started to walk down the aisle to find the items I wanted and then I see her coming behind me. Seemed to me like she was following me. At that point I just left the store.

Rude. I am a college student who gets prescriptions out of state and deal with a Lot of headache with that process. This place however had the audacity to not only cut me off several times and chastize me, but hang up on me. Never giving me a second to explain the issue I'm having currently, instead cutting me off, hanging up, and then not helping whatsoever.

I have had the worst experiences with this pharmacy. They tell you your prescription will be there that day, and it isn’t available when you go to pick it up. They tell you it won’t be available until the next day! Other times they call and say a prescription is ready, and you go to pick it up and they say it will be 20 minutes. They are very disorganized and some of the ones that I have spoke to on the phone were not very educated. Needless to say, I transferred all my prescriptions to another pharmacy

Walgreens used to be my pharmacy, drug store, photo center, etc. This place is the worst now. I stopped in last night to check on an order and the clerks advised me that all management was in a meeting and they were unable to help me. I asked for the phone number to the store and who I should ask for. Both clerks said they did not know the number but to just call and ask for management. I have been calling this morning for over an hour and the message says the staff is assisting other customers, please hold. For an hour? I never knew Walgreens had that many calls. I have now transferred my prescriptions elsewhere and will be order photos' through a website. Horrible customer service now.

Wow this pharmacy is the worse constantly horrible service.mis handling administration of my prescriptions. I really wish my insurance would let me go elsewhere but I have to go here 1st and I absolutely can’t stand it. They bluntly blame me for their mistakes and absolutely abominable customer service.

Been here a few times for meds, booster shots, etc. They are WAY understaffed. Not the employees fault, but the lines are always long and they take forever. Go to the CVS down the road which has more staff - much better experience.

You are better off getting drugs off the street than getting anything from this pharmacy! This place has went to HELL since it went from Rite Aid to Walgreens. The Kanawha City WV store pharmacy is never stocked, I always have to wait until a day to two to get my prescription or they lie and say you don’t have a refill when the prescription bottle clearly states that I do have refills! I will definitely transfer my prescription to another pharmacy with employees that know what the hell they are doing!

I love my pharmacist Brad, I mean he has ALOT OF PATIENCE to have to deal with my meds. I love Cheryl who is an angel and always willing to help but some of these people need to be out of the public. Also there is no public restroom which is hard because the wait can be awhile.

Slow pharmacy, didn’t even call to tell me it was out of stock and wouldn’t be filled. Also, every other Walgreens I’ve been to has restrooms. This store was built with men and womens restroom, but they have the doors locked and won’t allow customers to use them.

They messed up my prescription and said they already sold it to me. Despite having records that I only paid for 2 of 4 prescriptions, I paid with cash which I can prove otherwise, and got the time of my transaction wrong. Never again will I use them

My post is regarding the sign they put up calling people couch potatoes, why would anyone want to come work for a place that before you even walk in to get a job the employer is already calling you lazy, if they have no more respect for people who have been dealing with a pandemic I can only imagine how they will be treated once hired!!!!! 😡😡😡😡
