Our first visit to Valley West was an emergency visit last year when we first got our Pom, Winston. He had blood in his stool, and we were so grateful Valley West was able to get us in same day as our call. Since then, they’ve been our go to for any care when it comes to our little guy!All of the staff is so kind, and you can tell they really love what they do. I’ve always found the pricing to be incredible reasonable, and they are very upfront with costs. Perfect example of this is with the quotes they gave us for Winston’s neuter and tooth extraction. We knew exactly what to expect before even going in.If you are looking for a new vet, I can’t recommend Valley West enough! Photos are of our lil guy healing from his neuter :) he is doing so great! Valley West has even been calling to check in on how he’s doing. Just another level of care.

Staff are always nice and responsive to our needs! We have a healthy cat now, but our previous cat lived to be 20 years and had some serious medical problems in her old age. Valley West Veterinarians helped us at every stage along the way.

We are so grateful for Dr. Amy Isaac and staff from helping us take care of our senior pup Apollo, through kidney issues, heart issues, and sadly all the way to helping us with him crossing over the rainbow bridge. Also, they are going above and beyond for our poor little guy Shadow, which we believe is allergic to everything including his own skin. Thank you again VWVH

In my very first visit, Dr Amy Isaac went out of her way to make me and my very sick dog feel valued and important. She spent more time with me than expected and went so far as to hand-write detailed instructions for care. Sadly, my dog passed away later than night. The next day the receptionist called to check on her and I shared what had happened. Within two days, I got a handwritten card from the entire staff with a special note from Dr Isaac. She is now my primary vet for my other two dogs and two cats. I can't say enough for how special they made us feel in just one short visit.

My cat Bogey, was injured and needed care as soon as possible. I called Valley West after a coworker highly recommended them. They were so helpful and understanding and were able to see her right away.This place is nicer than my doctor's office and everyone was so friendly. They treated Bogey and she is home healing. This is now our vet from now on.Thank you to all the staff that took such good care of Bogey!

I just want to give a huge thank you to the staff at Valley West for their care of my bunny Rollo, and the care they provided all the way up to the end of his life. The compassion and empathy was refreshing and wonderful. I received the card today with his prints and fur. It was beautiful. My dog went into heart failure but my vet had closed for extra education. They were the only place that would help me. They eased my dogs pain and suffering in the kindest manner and were so very considerate. I cannot thank them enough

I think they are rude, I called to make a appointment to get my female cat. I was trying to tell her that my 4 year old cat has mental health issues and she interrupted me like she didn't care and put me on hold, when she came back I again tried to explain to her about her mental health issues and again wouldn't let me talk, I'm getting a new vet because of that girl

Yesterday was a tragic day for us. Our cat was hit by a car most likely. We struggled to find someplace to get him in as he was alive still and in great pain from a compound leg fracture and more. No place in Marietta could get him in. We called Valley West. They listened and heard how distraught we were. They made time. We drove an hour and twenty minutes there. They got us right in, checked him but the prognosis was bad. We had to let our poor Widget go. They were so sensitive and kind. We can't thank them enough. I trust them to care.

The Valley West team is thorough & emphatic. Quick service too. I wish they offered a rewards program for pet parents considering high pet care cost. Another recommendation would be to invest in Payless check out while in the vet suite to elevate chaos at the front counter by anxious fur babies. Lastly, they implemented a new protocol where you have to pay for meds over the phone in order to place a med order. They are unable to store credit/debit card info which is a pain to pull out each month. Otherwise, they are great, yet simple tweaks like I suggested would help keep them up to speed with today’s norm.

I appreciate ALL of the Vets at Valley West! My mother in law and I have always taken our dogs and cats to Dr Isaac and I absolutely love Amy Isaac. Recently we had to put down my once little pup that's been with us for 13 years, because of a cancerous tumor on his leg. We are devastated by our lose of Ruckus but couldnt imagine a better group of loving caring sympathetic vets and assistants to go through it with us. Thank you guys once again! Valley West treated my puppy for two days after he ate a Tide Pod. I think they did everything and more to keep him here with us. He is now growing healthy, and eating alot less Tide Pods. We are very grateful for their excellent service.

Growing up this is the only place my parents took our family pets. They have always been great.This past week my Flemish Giant Rabbit became ill very suddenly and his normal vet wouldn’t see him urgently. Valley West stepped up and got me in within minutes of calling.They couldn’t do much to help us because they don’t care for rabbits but they tried and did all they could for him.They stepped up when his vet wouldn’t. I can’t say thank you enough to Valley West!

I hope everyone here knows how appreciated they are! I've been using valley west for the past few years. The staff are wonderful and the vets are the kindest amd everything you'd want in a doctor. Even during COVID vet cane outside just to talk to my daughter and I to make sure we understood everything. Recently was told my cat zuri would have to have her eye removed. Contacted Valkey who got her right in. They re examined her gave us the progonis which wasn't good but said wouldn't be able to do the surgery until next week so let's try to save it. communicated very well about the how what's and why's. Made sure my daughter understood everything. After aggressive treatment it appears she'll keep her eye. However they have always been honest and we know it may have to be removed I know they have gone above and beyond just like they always have.

My dog almost died because I didn't have $85 but it didn't look at my dog to let them. Let me know what's wrong with her. She almost died. Now she is minus one eye. I will never ever take my dogs to valley West ever again and they let they let my dog walk out with her face looking like that

Brought my dog here for vaccines and to check her paw pad. Staff were very friendly and loved my dog! They have a very good fear-free approach and gave her peanut butter and many lovins while she received her vaccine and was examined. Very personable staff and good experience for myself and more importantly, my dog .

I have been taking my 6 almost 7 year old dog Skye there for years. They are extremely patient with her even though she is not the easiest dog to treat. I have now started taking my new puppy Bojji there as well. I had a scare and they got him in quickly. So thankful for them !
