Living in Ohio we can't wait to come here when we travel. I can't say enough good. Staff excellent and friendly. Biscuits are so fabulous we always get a dozen to go. If we know anyone coming through WV, we always have them bring us a dozen home. Best biscuits we've ever had!!!! Tudor's biscuits are great but some locations are consistently better than others. This location is usually good but occasionally let's us down. Still, in Charleston, it's second only you the Washington Street location. Today's food and service were great.Parking: The parking lot is small with limited spaces. During busy times, you won't find a place to park and the drive through line often backs up around the building, into the street, and sometimes blocks the parking spaces so you can't get in/out of a space

Very affordable and delicious local fast food. Simplicity is actually the best recipe. Soft and moist, but not soggy biscuits. Perfect combination with pepperoni.

I just came from this tudors and the line was so backed up outside my girl had to park at the laundromat across the street when we arrived. The guy who works there is some older man with glasses. He waltzed out all slow and gave no priority to the customer. No smile, no apology for being late or anything. Very rude like . As I began my order I asked him about the size of the biscuits …he was very short on it and rushed me to the egg order…no customer skills at this place. Everyone else seemed to be hard at work though. But they are very short staffed. Meaning long wait times.

Stopped at Tudors Biscuit to get a couple of drinks. My brother and I was out running errands.The drinks are a great value in a 32oz styrofoam cup that holds the ice well.I got a half/half tea and my brother a Mountain Dew.Drive thru went fast and cashier was very friendly

Delicious food and down-home serviceWhat else do you need?Parking: At time of breakfast, usually on weekends, you may have to park a couple of feet away from the doors. People come in and leave quickly, so parking is easily done.Kid-friendliness: They treat your children like they are their own babies.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps, wheel-chair available seating. The staff will even carry your food out to your table.

These folks have been good to me since I was five years old (turned 26 this week) and the quality and service hasn’t changed a bit. My poppy always took me to this specific location & always ordered the supreme breakfast - every time daddy came in they thanked him for his service in Vietnam. I love them so much. My favorite classmate Jenny works there now & she’s fantastic. Kanawha City Tudors is for family and is the best!

Let me start by saying I have never giving a bad rating before, but on this occasion it’s justified. First off, I waited to order for about 15 minutes. No problem it happens right? Waited another 10 to get my food... so I get to the window then she gives me the wrong order. I asked if this was correct she got all mouthy and told me that wasn’t what I ordered. I explained again, ma’am I ordered something completely different she then decided to call me a liar and then closed the window and walked away. Another lady came to the window to refund my money then charge me for what I actually ordered while the other employee was running her mouth in the background like she was throwing a 2 year old temper tantrum. The second lady was extremely polite but I did inform her that her coworker had horrible customer service. She apologized and then went off to grab my order. Another 5 minutes later I received my correct order. I am beyond disappointed with this location. Tudors is known for good food and good service. NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR THEIR ORDER AND BE CALLED A LIAR! As much as I love Tudors I will not go back to this location. After I got home with my order I threw it away because after all of that I didn’t feel like eating. I have been in customer service for over 20 years. I am always extremely understanding with waiting but being in management I know that employees like the First Lady is toxic and will ruin your business. At no point is it acceptable to roll your eyes at a customer and call them a liar. I think we know what we order and just because you didn’t understand correctly or because you’re busy you don’t have the right to speak down to people. Management really needs to review the wait times as well as their people working the windows to ensure they are not treating customers poorly. The ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the second lady that corrected her employee’s mistake was very sweet and apologetic but unfortunately it only takes one to ruin your entire experience.

Tudor's is always amazing and never disappoints. The sausage gravy platter, the Peppi, the Ron, all of these are favorites for me. The biscuits are the best in the area in my opinion. Their new flapjack sandwiches are a tasty new option if you're wanting something small, or any of their breakfast platters will hit the spot if you're really hungry.

It all boils down to what restaurant you visit . Yes they all use the same ingredients,pre-measured factory packed products . Yes the commercial states homemade or biscuits from scratch ... 🙄🙄Cut open bag dump in a mixing bowl add a quart of buttermilk. EVERYTHING is already made ,breakfast and dinner. The difference comes in when the person preparing it cares of their job or not.

Negative stars should be an option. My daughter and I went here early afternoon, no one in there but us, not busy at all.. Waited almost 15 minutes for our food which was ICE COLD when we got it. I sent it back, waited and waited, no replacement food, and when I asked where are food was the girl said she gave it to me and I gave it back.. And then seemed shocked when I said just refund my money. (like I was gonna buy food and juat give it back, here ya go take your food and keep my money). Horrible service. Manager refused to come out from kitchen to even address the issue. This place has definitely gone way down hill. I used to make a point to come here when I came back home from NC, never again.

I usually make a quick stop in the mornings before work to pick up breakfast for my department. The food is terrific, the service is very fast and the employees are super friendly, even at 530 in the morning. It's a great place to get some really, really good food.

I was heartbroken. I grew up on Tudor's, moved away and always look forward to getting it when I'm home. Waited 25 minutes and got actual cold sandwiches.Were they waiting on them to cool down?

So I like this location but today was super busy and the lady said ther was 2 new ppl wrkin the back. Had to wait 20-25mins for food but when i got it. It was the wrong ham on my tootie not once but twice. I asked for classic ham, first one had shaved ham, and second had country ham. I just got my money back now just upset that i wasted time.

The biscuit I received seemed smaller than the other tudors restaurants that I have visited lately. Also it didn't seem fresh and the cheese on it was hard. This is thentudors by piggy wiggly in Kanawha city i do not recommend this tudors. But the Malden, marmet, and smithers tudors get 5 stars.
