This location has multiple fern carts in lawn and garden with only 1 labeled or marked. The one that was marked said “Boston Ferns - $9.99”We loaded 10 into our cart and went to check out but were confronted with a $25 price. Apparently only a certain cart or size was on sale and the his was specified, merchandised, or priced anywhere but on the individual product that isnt accurate to a sale price anyway.We spoke with a cashier and bell nursey employee that explained that we had just went to the wrong cart, and that the cart we pulled from had been moved so we couldn't verify the lack of sign or shelf we got our ferns from.We had we asked for a manager we were told by the Bell nursery employee that she has already told a manager about it(seems like she knew what what was happening already and probably shouldve had these prices on the shelves already) but that she would get a manager for us “because we dont understand”.We understand that there is a problem with merchandising at this store. After the Bell employee was rude I left the store. I called and spoke to a manager named Josh. He said he would speak to the Bell employee but didnt offer any assistance with their pricing issues.

It’s a Home Depot, the have wait you would expect.Unlike Lowes, they have 5 gallon semi clear buckets, so we passed by multiple Lowes stores to get to you. Thanks for carrying them.Follow the signs if you want to find the bathroom lol

When to the store to find something and fix a handle and when I went to the area and find it, but didn't. so I went to a employee and asked for help, as he was standing there talk away to someone else. he didn't understand me and what I was trying to find, so I went to the Pro desk and waited for someone to get to the desk and another person walked up to the desk behind and and then walked away and get someone he help him out first and I waited for the person to get to me, but when he came up to me, he waved someone else in first of me and take them first. I walked away as this store always does this to woman. I called to told the manager and again it not the guy fault that you take someone in front of me. wont go back to this store again , I was trying to buy something to fix my problem but I going to have to go to LOWES for now.

Well I used to buy everything there because of the staff. It took a month to get appliances delivered to one of my customers and our company spends thousands of dollars there monthly or should I say we used to. Now I do my dealings at Lowe's

Service here far surpasses the Lowe's over in Kanawha City. Employees actually speak to you & help you locate things in the store. I give 5 stars based upon this, as well as the parking lot (always room to park, and there's a reserved spot for combat veterans).

Reasonably well laid out. Cleaner than other big box stores, has better inventory tracking than the L store. Exclusive stores for Ryobi tools, has most all of them. Helpful staff, and my experience with order pickup has always been positive.

I slowly realized that I'm going to get better service from home Depot than I will from Lowe's. Home Depot employees seem to be incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in their areas. I never have to look for anybody here. They just always seem to be around. The stores normally. Very clean and very well stocked

My first experience here was pretty good everyone helpful which I bought a generator that cost me $1,100 I bought this on July 1st 2023 I didn't get to use it until August the third one my power was out and it kept shutting off so I called the store and I spoke to Daryl who told me to bring it in on that Monday cuz I had to have my husband help me I drove over an hour to there and went to the rental tool area where I was directed to go just for him not to be on the schedule and no help at all waste of time and gas now I have to make an additional trip no apologies or anything please do better

Doing a bathroom remodel and their prices outdid Lowes on nearly all items. Pickup was easy and accommodating. And our twins had a blast at their kids workshop.

I needed a fan for heat circulation. Had tried 2 Lowe's stores nothing but the Depo had just what I wad looking for plus I got excellent help from the employee working in electrical. The Home Depot (face cooverings were being worn by employees and customers) 👍👍👍👍👍

Doing the bait and switch on prices. Manager refused to match home Depot posted price specific to his store after finding out item was marked down. I imagine all the discounted stock is going home with him tonight.Business also isn't registered with BBB so what does that tell you...

When you order something from there and they tell you it's in stock, do not believe them, it took me a month to get my products and they told me I would be compensated and it's been another two weeks and nothing has happened, the resolution center and the store manager will do nothing to help you, don't waste your time go right down the street to Lowe's and make your purchase

Rented the 75ft Electric Eel and was impressed at how great it worked ! Besides trying different things or calling a plumber to unclog our pipe we just went ahead and rented this from Home Depot of South Chas .. Super easy to rent and machine was clean like brand new .. highly recommended !Our problem is fixed :) thank you Home Depot

Stopped by to get a toilet repair kit. Knew the size and type needed. Jim treated me as though I was ignorant (I am female) and questioned when I said where the water connected (which is very obvious). I have repaired multiple toilets and can do many home repairs. Being female does not mean I am incapable. I will never make another purchase from Home Depot

Purchased expensive over the range microwave. Pd for installation and after 2 visits from installers still not installed cause would not install over tile backsplash but instructions says can be put over tile..had beautiful custom tile destroyed &will now see if they will install. Absolutely NO such info of wt or restrictions prior to purchase. Home Depot sells people do not know the products and they are near a legal problem with me.

It was good they had exactly what I wanted after enrolling all over Charleston to find it they had plenty of electric shopping carts too and good handicap parking places right there at the door I mean what more could you possibly want everything that you possibly need is right there I really like how they keep that store or soon as you walk in you can just like see what you want you know I like that and the prices are reasonable too that's a biggie right there so yeah I gave it five stars and I'll do it again too if there's something that ain't right I let them know that I come here and put it on the board have a good day everyone I don't think you'll be disappointed if you go there I believe you'll be happy happy joy joy

After trying to buy a mower at Lowe's but had terrible customer service and was rudely told they don't assemble lawnmowers I met Josh at Home Depot who not only went over the mower top to bottom with me, he also assembled it on the spot and took me to the cash register and cashed me out personally. Lowe's lost a loyal customer and because of Josh, Home Depot made a $500.00 plus sale and a new customer for life. Josh deserves to be recognized my management for being an outstanding employee! Thank you for all your help Josh, you ROCK!

The staff is always helpful. If one doesn't know the answer to your question they will find someone that does. The garden center is more like a private nursery than a big box store. Thank you again to the lady that helped load our dirty. She truly is tiny and mighty

This place is definitely a #1 spot to go to for your building supplies and fixtures. Always someone there to help you. You don't have to run around the store like lowes trying to find help. Brian Johnson helped me tremendously by loading up a bunch of siding and J-channel. Thank you for all your help
