I go here pretty regularly mainly because the food is good and the staff is really friendly to me. She evens goes out of her way to acknowledge me and says she remembers me and ask how I’ve been. I usually buy food for me and my mom as it has all the things we like. I am yet to try the breakfast but I hope to remedy that soon. I haven’t had a bad anything here yet but you can’t go wrong with the hot dogs. It just makes you feel like you’re home when you’re here.

Solid Breakfast Choice! The coffee is fresh and hot. (Good too.) You can't go wrong picking any of the menu items for breakfast... Classic breakfast diner fare. The biscuit sandwiches are great. The biscuits and gravy platter is excellent. My favorite is the breakfast burrito. I like to smother that bad boy in sour cream and salsa. Charleston is not my hometown, but when I have breakfast at Swiftwater, it feels like it. It's just comfortable, friendly, and a good amount of food for the price.

Food was not good and they ran out of side salads, salads were not fresh, grilled cheese sandwich was not good at all - very little cheese and too much bread, also very oily. Most drinks are close to being expired. Do not recommend. To add, it's not easy to find for non locals, food smells musty, place does not smell the best, feels low security and not very welcoming, very self serve - inconvenient.

Our family stopped in for lunch today and really enjoyed it! The staff was friendly and helpful in working through our large order. Food was delicious, although small portions on fries. No restrooms to wash hands as mentioned in other reviews. Overall a good experience and would recommend!

Save your money. The sandwiches are boring, plain, and small. Nothing you can't half-heartedly make at home in 5 minutes. I've seen more appetizing looking food at a high school cafeteria. The pepperoni rolls are probably the worst I've ever had. They can't seem to get an order right either.

Rudest people ever. At least the person I just spoke with was. Wanted to ask for a VERY simple order of Bagels and Coffee and Boxed Lunches for our TV station's sales department the following day. I could have even picked it all up but wasn't allowed to get that far in the conversation. I was cut off mid-sentence before I could even say what I wanted with a "I'll have to call you back". I asked if she wanted our business and she basically said "it just depends". Then told me that they were basically too busy tomorrow to accommodate our orders. I really try to support local businesses but when they have this kind of attitude it makes it hard to do.

Fantastic cozy little coffee shop with amazing friendly people!! You could get lost in the artwork on the walls as they have some of the most stunning prints I have ever seen. Judging by the smells coming from the kitchen these guys mean business and next time I’m in the area I’ll make sure to sample more of the menu than I was able to my last visit!! Just wanted to give a special thanks for the amazing hospitality I was shown as I was passing through on saint patties day! You guys rock and I WILL be back 👌😉

I had a lovely barbecue and fries and drink which I enjoyed very much. Orders taken quickly and food delivered quickly, hot and fresh. The people that own/work there are lovely people that have it all together. Tip them if you can as I think they earn it and appreciate it.

Friendly, solicitous staff; excellent service.... This is a great little diner, a real find. The food is outstanding, especially the hot dogs which are as good as any I've ever had. The four people in our party thoroughly enjoyed our lunch.

The gentleman working was very friendly on both occasions that I have been here. The pulled pork sandwich was good and the breakfast sandwiches that a few co-workers and I had on a subsequent occasion were very good... Like home cooked quality. Stop in. They are worth it.

Friendly service, good food. The bread was a bit dry, a bit skimpy on the cheese, and the potato salad is very basic, but still good. No restroom, but hey, it happens. It's decent. Not great.
