....been my go to "mah- ra- da- dah!" For a while now! 2/15/2024 was my latest visit! The staff are friendly, they don't hover but make you feel comfortable and are very welcoming by greeting you at the door! My visits have always been pleasant....and I love that they are connected to children's charities "make a wish, girl's and boy's club!" I highly encourage shopping at their place of business!

They had great deals going on! Like $10 for several pairs of shoes that I bought, my toddler was extremely tired and running around everywhere, the cashier must have noticed I was wore slap out with him so after I pd for everything, she helped me gather him and held the door for me so I could get him and my shoes and make it out the door to my car. I appreciated the extra effort this lady put in at the end of our visit here.

Big selection of shoes of all various types. Super clean store and nice staff. Store actually has a bathroom for the public given most places around no longer allow the public to use restrooms around here.

Lol, ive literally bought all my shoes here for the last 10 yrs but try to return the first pair ever (cost 20$) and you wouldnt believe the attitude! Alright then guys..👍

I’m telling you this is by far my favorite shoe store. So many different shoes,styles and the variety is awesome! I can always find a shoe here. The deals are perfect. And this last time I went I got $5 off. Which other shoe stores do that? They don’t have all those ridiculous prices to pay for a shoe. Please don’t ever go away. 😂I LOVE SHOPPING AT THE CARNIVAL!

Best place to get shoes around town. They are a bit pricey but for the quality of the shoes that's worth it. Only reason I deducted one star is because the stock of sketchers was limited. They had all kinds of black ones but the navy blue and gray had very limited sizes. Not size I needed. Other than that.. great shoes!!

Got some shoes for my wife, who has extreme difficulty finding shoes to fit her feet anywhere. Gotta give them credit for clearly showing shoe sizes on isles and boxes. Prices seemed reasonable, and shoe quality did as well. First-time shopper. Took a bit to get my bearings and figuring out where to target the location in the store to shop.

If you looking for hunting boots don't come here. Hardly no selection anymore. Plenty of work boots. But if you looking for matterhorn brand don't look here now. They stopped selling them.

I believe the associate’s name was Ines and she was extremely nice and very helpful. She knew where the brand was I was looking for and later when checking me out helped me find their online coupon! I will definitely return thanks to her excellent customer service.

I had ordered 2 pairs of Underarmour shoes for my grandson from the Shoe Carnival website. It turned out that his feet had not only grown in length but also in width.I called the store to make sure that I could exchange them there and they said, no problem. So he and I went to our closest store and immediately they greeted us and asked how they could help. I explained the situation and was told to simply find the size and width needed and bring them to the front counter.I found the style he loves and always wears in black in the correct size bit not the blue. They said they would be happy to order them from their online site if they were in stock, so they ordered them and told me the shoes would be shipped to my home in 5 to 7 business days.It was a very easy and pleasant exchange and the blue style arrived at my door in only 2 or 3 days.The service was excellent and all of the employees were very curtious and helpful, I highly recommend both Shoe Carnival.com and the store at Dudley Farms/South Ridge, South Charleston, WV.

There was a younger lady named Sarah and she was very helpful and kind I think she’s a great employee to have. Especially after a bad experience last time with some woman named Diana she was super rude and hateful and made me almost not want to come back. But I did and Sarah was very helpful.

Large variety of brands and great discount pricing including buy 1 pair and get 2nd for 1/2 price, with some brands. Basket net for the kids to play while the parents shop. I like the abundance of chairs for sitting.

I was shopping in the store as I had been for about 5 minutes when an older lady approached me and said "gotta have a mask on guy". I told her I didn't have a problem with wearing one but I didn't have one with me. I stated that I'd just driven a half hour to buy shoes and I asked if they had any that they could provide for customers. She said, "nope, you can buy one up front". Again, I don't have a problem wearing the mask. Although, I can't help but wonder if it's about following the guidelines or making money marking up masks and requiring them. More importantly the woman couldn't have been more rude about it. I buy a new pair of new balance shoes about every 6 months but I won't be buying them here anymore. I'll also be sure to deter any friends or family from coming to this location.

Great place to shop. They usually have a sale going on or otherways to get discounts. They have a wide variety of shoes, boots and anything related. It nice to have them in the area since most other shoe retailers are gone.

Terrible! I asked an employee to get a shoe down for me that was on the very top and she literally laughed and walked away. I asked again and she just kept walking. Planned on buying 2 pair but I left without any. I'll never be back. Very rude!

Bought a pair of shoes for work on December 10th, the clerk (thin male) typed in my email address to email the receipt. I noticed he typed it incorrectly and said to fix the error so i could have my receipt emailed to me. Never got the receipt in my inbox. Low and behold the shoes weren’t a good fit. Tried to return them today and they said it looked like I had worn them outside. I had worn them twice and they still looked brand new. Apparently shoes are only meant to be worn indoors on carpet. They looked up my email and of course found nothing and said i could only get in store credit. I explained I didn’t want to shop (walmart has better prices)there and they said thats all they can do. So because their employee made an error I get no options. I’m not trying to argue with retail workers during their busiest time of year but just know (not like it matters) i’ll never shop at shoe carnival again.

I have bought several pairs of shoes here at the Shoe Carnival they've always had very friendly customer service. I'm not that excited about their prices that then again they are very comparable to everywhere else. It's real hard for me to pay over $100 for a pair of men's shoes. but I would recommend Shoe Carnival to anybody they have a very wide variety and selection of about anything that you would need.

The first person I spoke to in the store today I believe she was the manager, Diana is her name she was very very rude and must want to lose business the way she treats customers. I witnessed her also being very rude and disrespectful to the employees as well.

Great place! You'll always be welcomed at The Shoe Carnival! From Tracy singing a tune, Tim being an Asian lady's personal shopper, to the king of Shoe Carnival...THE Bryan Flowers! Great selection of shoes and getting better every year. Work boots available in the best work shoe department ran by none other Steven "BAL" Ballenge. You'll always get it straight from Diana and Susie is nice, but she isn't Wes... 😉. Come Monday through Friday and make sure to have Kim get you signed up for their free Shoe Perks! Great program and it's an easy way to save!Recommend The Shoe Carnival for any and all shoe, sock, and shoe care needs!
