Sheetz this is our stop every morning for two years for coffee ,green tea daily and gas weekly. The cashiers are so kind and helpful ...especially when we locked the keys in our carWith our phone inside the car also they offered there phone to use and told us to call who you need and if we can do anything else let us know.Well we got help and everything worked out ok got to work before we were late .Its a nice and clean convenience store with great employees

This store is awesome, it has a wide variety of merchandise, not to mention some of the best made to order fast food on the market. The rewards program is the icing on the cake definitely worth taking the second to download the app. and take advantage of all the perks.

This sheetz isn't being properly maintained by owners. The air compressors "increase" button is broken making anything above 32psi impossible, before that the valve was also stuck which is incredibly dangerous as someone can think they only filled their tire to 36 when they've really filled it well beyond the maximum psi of their tires.The car wash is clogged or the pumps are failing, something. Bought the top tier wash and just weak dripping water came out. The attached photo shows the bug guts from our last trip are all still untouched despite the top tier having the bug removal advertisement.It's time for this sheetz to get an equipment replacement.

Poor leadership. I placed an order with Door Dash and the supervisor Stephanie refused to give my dasher my order because supposedly a dasher picked up my order at 10:30 when I didn’t place the order til 11:20 PM. Unless we’ve crack quantum mechanics that’s just not feasible. So here I am at 1:00 am waiting ANOTHER hour on my food all because Stephanie don’t know how to run her store or just covering someone else’s mistake instead of doing the right thing and giving my dasher my order that I already waited an hour to receive.

Always one of my fav gas stations in the cross lanes area. Always have what I need and not to high on prices either I was jus there n got 2 15 pack cans of Pepsi for 11$ not bad.

Went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm. Ordered a milkshake & smoothie. When we pulled up our drinks were already made & sitting on the counter inside. Waited 20 minutes & not one of the 4 people I saw walking around behind the counter ever came to the window. Ended up driving off without paying & without our drinks. VERY irritated.

I've always liked Sheetz but the parking and the way people pull in is terrible, wish people slow down and watch a lil better. My step son was walking back to the car and one truck came in to fast and another tried to avoid it while they both almost hit my step son. So that's my only complaint.

One of my favorite gas stations in exitence. I wish there were more of these spread throughout the south, as you stop seeing them once you hit South Carolina. Food is amazing, service is fast, employees are wonderful. You cannot beat Sheetz when it comes to gas stations.

Ordered food for myself, my son and husband. Got to the window and waited while a beeping noise went off the whole time. Waited a good 10 min before someone came to the window. The young white girl that came to the window was absolutely rude. Asked me what we ordered. Rolled her eyes and huffed as she repeated our order and exaggeratedly announced each item like we were just ruining her day. Never again will I get food at this sheetz. Never had such a rude cashier in my life. Around 10pm Aug 20th.

Sheetz is amazing. This one is still pretty new, and still looks it. Most of the employees are friendly and outgoing, projecting a positive feeling about Sheetz and their work. I've been there at least 100 times, and not a single bad service experience. Also, the food and drinks are great. My only suggestion: don't neglect keeping the ice cream toppings properly stocked -- good in-stock and full-presentation drive better sales.

Food at this location is great, but getting any blended drink like their creams is a risk. I seriously wonder if the workers are told to skimp on additives to save money because it's nothing like any other sheetz in the area. Got a cookies and cream and it tasted like just milk that you've previously dipped cookies into and was white with a few flecks of cookie even after also paying for extra chocolate.

Poor service from the Made-To-Order counter. I ordered a milkshake, paid up front, and then waited near the counter. The server placed a milkshake on the counter without acknowledging me, nor announcing my order number. I let it sit there for several minutes in case it belonged to someone else...watching it melt. I stood closer to the counter to see if they would notice me...nope. I eventually had to lean across the counter and ask the server if it was mine. I'm not asking for a fake smile or a sappy "have a nice day." All I'm asking for is some communication, like "here is your order". Don't just leave customers hanging without saying anything. It's super rude, and should not become a trend.

My smoothie had too much ice in it and the wiener on my hotdog was not cooked enough. I guess it all depends on who is working that day. I have had great smoothies at Sheetz before. I love their pretzel hotdog buns.

It has a dining area a great variety foods , beverages and freshly cooked meals and they have so many extras.Like a lounging area,free WiFi , charging outlets , usually at least two tv's to watch while your eating they have an out side eating area and very well mannered and respectful people who work there

I really like this Sheetz, but the entrance and exit are a pain in the backside. I would have thought it could have been laid out better. Otherwise, stop here grab some gas and MTO! Best prices in the area!

apparently it's more important to mop the floor then to make coffee I come in and every single one of the coffees are empty. A girl rather mop the floor than make at least one pot of coffee for guests. got to say I'm very disappointed and upset because I was craving some of your coffee I don't get to come by as much but when I do I want some of your coffee and I wasn't able to get any because all of them were empty and I really think that's ridiculous.

I've been here countless times and today I'm deeply upset with the staff. Specifically a female behind the counter. She was making fun of what people were ordering and calling them stupid extremely loud. She gets paid to do a job, and quite frankly she's horrible at it
