FILTHY. Come on people take a little pride in your job and business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Hard to see in the picture but the spots on the blanket appears to look like blood. On top of the mini fridge is dirt. The brown carpet is what you stand on when you get out of the bed. I slept on top of their beds with my personal blanket covering theirs and no pillows because theirs looked like someone had just used them with dirt on them.

Use to be decent. Went today, first room had no working lights. Got moved to a second room and one bedspread has blood drips on it, the other beds sheet was SPLATTERED with blood, there was blood on the wall and the toilet seat was broken. Went to get either ANOTHER room, full refund or switched to different location and the GM that had JUST walked in was a complete jerk! She was mad at ME because I didn't want to be in the room! What in the world? DO NOT GO!

The first thing we're saw when entering the room was two bugs crawling on the floor. No TP in the bathroom. There lights over the bed didn't work. The room looked old and in disrepair, it needed a full make over. It was supposed to be handicapped, however, regular bath tub, a shower chair that only fit sideways in the tub so you had to hang your feet over the side of the tub. Will not be going back to that Red Roof. We're are still a fan of Red Roof Inns

We stayed at this location on Sunday night the room when you walked in slightly out dated no big deal ac didn’t work that well!!! Then the horror started at 2am when my husband woke up to a bite to find it to be bed bugs he found 3!!! Took a video so we could show the front desk!! When I went to front desk kid acted like it was no big deal happens all the time gave me refund which very cool call 2 days later speak to manager same carefree attitude so guess they just don’t care that the have bed bugs,Noteworthy details: Very gross an very outdated

The room was absolutely grotesque. When you first enter, it's fine. A little outdated, but not the end of the world. However, I could tell right away that either the room wasn't cleaned or it wasn't cleaned well. The bathtub had soap scum that made it slippery. The bed sheets had crumbs in them. I was a little freaked out by the crumbs, thinking they might be bedbug eggs. So I inspected the mattress to find that LOVELY blood stain or poo stain or whatever the hell that was. Absolutely foul. And what made matters worse is that there was a huge party there ALL NIGHT LONG. People were being loud and entering different rooms and drinking and knocking on my door all night. As a young woman, that was terrifying. Thankfully I was traveling with my dog. Pretty sure people were doing drugs. TLDR: nasty rooms, blood/poo stain on matress?, loud disturbances, weird and random people knocking on doors all night.

If you like cigarette smell, sticky floors, dirt, and bugs, this is the place for you! It was so bad I couldn't even stay the night and I had to leave. The employees were kind enough to offer me a different room but the second had the same issues but included a bonus wriggling bug hanging out on the bedspread.

Room was great price. Coffee pot wit no coffee no shampoo. Room was dirty and needed maintenance. This Property is not well maintained.Rooms: Room was dirty needs to be cleaned better and better attention to detail. Paint was peeling holes in the wall.

Reading the on-line reviews - I was leery-but only motel chain that accepts well-behaved pets w/o charge. Our room on New Year's Eve was clean, warm, and everything worked. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Located in an ideal location as there are numerous eating venues within a 1/4 mile. I would stay here again w/o reservation. I will make this my go too motel destination in the future!

The rooms were dirty! Hairs all over the bathroom. You could tell the floors were not clean!! Smelled really bad in the rooms. Also didn't give us soaps to use for our hands. Not to mention the drug problems they have there is bad ! Had to stay there a couple nights. There was at least 3 over doses a day. Ambulance was always there. Crack heads walking. Around. Was told not to leave the car and windows unlocked. I would definitely stay somewhere eles if you can. If u do stay there and u like pizza the pepperoni grill is great! Ans the I hop across the street was really good

Room was fairly nice but the floor was dusty and my daughter saw a wad of hair behind the bathroom door. Bed was too soft for my liking and pillows too flat. Room rates were very reasonable. That being said, I would stay there again if in the area.

While Robin, the GM, was kind enough to give us a refund, it doesn’t make up for the bed bugs (and subsequent bites I’ve had to deal with). We stopped in here for a quick, one night stay en route to the east coast. We paid through Expedia. While run down (shower floor was black), I didn’t see any bed bugs (or reviews of any), and the hotel was tucked away and seemed fine enough to stay for a night. I woke up in the morning to a bed bug crawling across me (we left immediately after finding this) and now have at least 35 bites all across my body 24 hours later.I’ve submitted a review to Red Roof Inn. Please don’t stay here until they clean things up and get rid of the bed bugs.The staff was overall kind, I will give them that.

YUCK!! GROSS!!! DON'T DO IT! We are just packing up to leave here, thank goodness. For $123: Disgustingly dirty outside and in. Room smelled like dirty gym socks.... was so bad I covered my face with my own blanket. Holes in walls, chipped and flaking ceiling, dirt and dust everywhere, shower doesn't drain well so you are standing in your dirty shower water. Honestly should've just slept in our car.

6/24/2020. The room we were given was NOT clean. We had Clorox wipes and a U-V light with us, just to be sure that the room is clean, we always have them with us. I used 3 wipes to clean the light switches, the tv remote, phone, clock, and hard surface built ins. The first two wipes were so filthy, I had to use a third. It was a smoke free room, but beside our room were men on both sides smoking at there doors. Smoking should be at least 25 feet from a doorway. I took my wipes and issues to the manager, she offered to change our room. We felt better about the second room, I only needed one wipe to clean the same things I cleaned in the first room. The tree company workers that were on the back side of the motel did not appear to be staying in rooms on the front. We have stayed here before with no issues. If we had not been offered another room, we would have left and this review would have been 1 Star ⭐️. With the virus, these rooms should be cleaner than ever.

I have stayed at other Red Roof Inns that were fine, but steer away from this one. The room was very small, walls were paper thin, and things were dated and worn. The outlet by the sink didn't work, more importantly the exterior door to our ground floor room did not shut totally and appeared to be held shut only by the flimsy deadbolt. It looked like it had been kicked in a time or two. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. If I had been a woman traveling alone I would have left immediately. Giving it one star because the desk people were both very nice, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and my dog was allowed to stay for free however personal safety trumps them all.

Negative stars. Room was disgusting. Zero cleanliness. Pee stains in the mattress, cum stains on the chair, poop on the blanket. We didn’t stay, decided to drive through the night instead of paying to stay in a room that filthy. The front desk lady seemed very familiar with people asking for their money back. The audacity of the owner to charge people for that standard of that accommodations. The owner deserves to be bedless. In my humble opinion. Either don’t stay in West Virginia or expect to pay an over priced rate at a hotel with higher standards.

It was a very clean room. Comfortable king bed and great shower. Liked that carpet was removed for laminate flooring. Whole site is non-smoking, so makes it feel fresher. We had a room close to the Interstate so it wasn't as quiet as rooms on the other side probably were. Found a great deal by using the Welcome Center at exit 9 on I-77. We got $15. less than sited room rate.

Price was good and we got what we paid for. Room wasn't entirely clean and we were given a one bed room after booking and paying for two originally. That was cleared up no problem. The beds were comfortable and there was a small area for our dog to relieve herself. Perfectly fine for an overnight stay.

The hotel was nice enough and the staff was friendly. However, there were two incidents during stay. First of all, we paid for a premium room, but did not receive the amenities included. This was minor. More significantly, they had no usable water. We couldn't drink the water, wash our hands, brush our teeth, or shower. To be fair, they did tell us before checking in and allow us to cancel our reservation with no penalty. However, we got in after 11 PM, so we couldn't find another affordable hotel that allowed pets. They did offer us bottled water for free. It was still very inconvenient and we feel that we should've been contacted by the hotel ahead of time so we could've made alternative plans or been offered a discount on the room rate.

Driving up, I was like, "oh man, this place is gonna suck!" But the desk person was very nice. She explained where to park and told me how to find my room. The outside is as you would expect of an older two story, motel with outside entrances to each room. The inside though was quite nice. Let me give the unexpected niceties: extra plugs and phone chargers easy to get to. Nice reading lights above the bed. Excellent mattress and comforter. Great pillows. Soft, clean towels. Great smelling room (bleachy clean smell).
