I have been coming to get my dog groomed at pet co by the same lady for 1 1/2 years and she does amazing, she was off one day so I decided to give a different groomer a try due to just having surgery and needing help brining my dog in . I chose Hope G , Hope G did not greet me with a smile she was actually upset or annoyed we showed up for the appointment.. rolled her eyes multiple times, yanked my dogs leash to the back, he had an accident on the floor and it was so inconvenient to her she couldn’t understand why he was so scared but really was super stressed by her hostile energy. I’m really upset with how my baby and I was treated and won’t be recommending Hope G to any one ever in the future !

My 16 year old dog had never been groomed before. Whenever I would try to brush him he would turn into the Tazmanian Devil. When I went to pick my dog up I arrived a few minutes early. He was still on the table and while Susan was cutting his hair he was licking her face! I knew the experience would make him anxious, but I was so happy to see him loving his groomer!

We've always taken our pet here and they've always done an outstanding job. We always get the spa package which takes between 2-3 hours. We understand that we were the last ones of the day but we don't pay that much to have our pet rushed. That's our dogs time to enjoy being pampered. The reason for such disappointment is because after 45 minutes we were called to pick him up he still smelled and looked the same as he did when we dropped him off. It's like he had barely been bathed other than that the only thing that seemed to be done was a nail trim.

Chelsea left quite a few spots, especially up and down his legs. The hair was pretty uneven and there were quite a few tufts of hair left. However, she did the most amazing job on his ears and tail. His grooming would have to be completely terrible for me to go anywhere but Petco!

My dog loves her groomer. Her groomer has done the best job and made my little Chloe look the most adorable I've ever seen and I've had that dog for nine years and have taken her to lots of groomers over the years.

I called at 11:00 am and asked when I was able to get in for an appointment ASAP and they said “we can get you in at 1:00 pm.” I showed up and everything went well. Susan was very nice and was very helpful!! She was so good to my dog, Quinn!

Sudan is usually our groomer. She does an excellent job with both my schnauzers. Very clean and always a great cut.

Half of the containers were empty. Steak was inedible. Not worth the price. They should knock a few dollars off each meal after 8pm.
