Do not order delivery unless you want to be charged more for their menu items. I live not even 5 minute up the road so at first I had my order set to pick up but my new born fell asleep and they advertised $1 delivery, I watched my $30 order turn into $40 without adding tip yet. My $11 meal turned to $13, my $12 meal turned to $15, and my $3 drink turned to $4. $1 delivery my a*s, what they don’t charge in delivery fees they sneak in the meal prices.

My daughter and I love to go to Panera Bread. I got really hooked on them while we lived in Nashville, so when given the chance..I stop. We went for lunch today to enjoy some Soup and Smoothies. She opted for the Cheddar Broccoli Soup and I went with the French Onion and we both got the Green Smoothies for the extra Protein.I love the Panera App also because I can get Points that will reward me with free food and discounts. The store was clean, the staff friendly and I will definitely go back again!!!

The worst place to eat, I just spent $16 on the worst sandwich I have every eaten. The portion size is a joke, and the ingredients were non existent. I feel truly robbed, please go to another place to eat other than Panera.Update: I did a little research so Panera gave me a half of my order so that explains the price gouge, but still not the ingredients on that half. They were very limited even for a half. I still will not patronize again, not worth it.

DoorDasher was delightful but Panera obviously didnt check the order since there isnt a signature of any kind on their receipt. No silverware for the salad AND NO LARGE PEPSI. The dasher offered me a water after I asked if they had sent a pepsi. On the salad there were 3 olives and they must have been trying to make the lettuce last or they dont know how to cut the lettuce, since there seemed to be an awful lot of the big spine pieces.

Update edit: 4:30 on a Saturday. I come to see if that had anything i might want. 4:30 on a saturday and they had maybe 12 total bagels, none of which are ones we wanted to order, 1 single loaf of sourdough bread and 4 bread bowl loafs. This is ridiculous. What is going on at this place?This place would have a GREAT review and rating.. if I were able to even EAT any of the food they are supposed to have. 4 days in a row I have come to buy a few bagels. Nope. 2 in the afternoon and they are already out of every single bagel?? C'mon.. you can do better than that. This isn't a "mom and pop" restaurant where it's common to run out of product. This is a million dollar nationwide company. Imagine how much money you're losing..Update: 5th day in a row. No bagels.

The restaurant is pricey, but the food is really good. The service was spectacular, as they checked in on us and even gave us a free drink, on the house. The atmosphere was also nice, with no noisy sounds, and peaceful overall. Would recommend.Kid-friendliness: They had special chairs for the little ones, and everyone showed the kids respect.

This is one of the worst Panera Bread locations I have ever been to. They have slow service and have been shut down a number of times when they should have been open. Most recently, we took a gift card with over a $40 balance. They told me that the gift card was inactive and we're unable to process it. I asked them to try it again and they did, they were also able to see that there was a balance on the card. They said that they could not help me with it and I had to leave without my daughter's food. Very poor customer service.Update: I was told that I would be given a call by the store manager as he does not work weekends. No one has called me from the store. I will reach out this week, but again poor customer service starts with the management. And so far this helps to prove my point that this location has poor customer service.

Excellent manager that goes above and beyond! Great food and amazing bakery! Good drink/coffee stop and clean bathrooms. You've gotta try the cinnamon rolls that are the best. The blueberry muffin is also very good. I loved the steak and cheddar sandwich with French onion soup. We tried our first bread bowl which was too hard and dense for our taste but I guess it has to be in order to contain a soup. We can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu. Thanks again to the amazing manager.

Been here several times, usually very good. But I have figured out that the food is prepackaged and heated up which is fine if its hot this time the broccoli and cheese pasta was ice cold and had to have it reheated. Also I got the Signature Take chicken sandwich, mine was cold and dry tasting this is an $11.00 sanwich, the breading was soggy about the only thing that wasn't dry, there is some type of dressing on this sandwich, but this is their most expensive sandwich and it is served with a even more dry bagger. Pickeles are served with cold sanwiched, which this was the way this one was served. So flavorless to be their signature sandwich. Overpriced and flavorless. Got refund on the sandwich, but it appears this is an assembly line for food, since everything just needs to be put together, do you think you could take the time to stick a thermometer in it to make sure you don't serve salmonella. Outrageous price to be served subpar food.

Ordered food here a little over a week ago. Was pretty upset when I went inside and the cash register asked me for a tip. Panera doesn't have servers. Panera doesn't have people come to your table refilling your drinks. My food costed me 15 dollars and I didn't even order a drink with it. I got it to go and I sat inside. Remind me again why I need to tip your employees? Why are you asking me to tip your employees? As a company you make more than enough to be able to afford to pay them a living wage. Won't be coming back to Panera anymore. So tired of a normal interaction of ordering carry out food, being made into an awkward one because I refuse to pay your employees wage. That's your job panera. You charge enough for the food. You can pay your workers more than breadcrumbs.

It took at least 25 minutes to get two sandwiches (one of which had hair on it). Asked to check on our order and the girl said she didn’t know because it was her second day. I understand that but people should be helping new employees and try to speed up the ones that move in slow motion. Also the trash area was not clean at all…dried food all over it, & did not get a receipt.

I enjoy Panera and traveling the U. S. For business Panera is my go to for dinner in my room while I catch up. Sadly I tried working with and ordering a dinner to go from the Panera by my hotel. Not happening. I was informed that without a car I must order delivery.I explained that I’m right up the hill and see their restaurant and drive up window but do not have a car. Theanswer was after minutes of internal discussions I was told my only option was to order delivery. Not even sensible to consider. Bottom line, I hope this is a franchise and not the policy of Panera. If if’s a corporate policy I will not be back.

Ordered a chipotle chicken sandwich today, with my side as the bread. The lady called my name to come up and get my food and it had chips. Normally I wouldn’t care but my child loves the bread and had asked me to bring a piece home. The lady preparing the food was less than happy I told her I ordered bread not the chips. She grabbed the chips off my plate and threw a pretty tiny piece of bread on my tray and offered no apology that SHE got it wrong not me. May be my last visit.
