I had a little issue finding dark colored flowers, but it certainly had more than any other place had to offer. The Ypung Cash attendant with the blonde pretty hair with highlights helped me out tremendously. My first tike shopping myself here. Can't wait to get more stuff.

They have a good variety of craft supplies in many departments. Many workers asking others do they need help, but I didn't get asked once. I didn't find as many sales 😬 in the scrapbooking section. But 🤔mostly I was looking for anything unique for my daughter's dollhouses,be it Barbie all the way up to the American Girl Doll size.,and didn't find anything. What I did find I feel confident my daughter could duplicate!

Any and all craft supplies you could imagine and then some are available here at Michael's!! They're always offering good deals! They are more than just crafts, they have a little bit of this and that too! Definitely worth stopping by and having a look!!*Also the only place I know that still sells model cars, always great (Christmas) gifts for teenage boys or even men!! (Or anyone interested in cars/mechanics!)

This Michael's is always clean and well stocked, and I usually have no problem finding what I'm looking for. If I ever do have a problem, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. Their selection and frequent sales and rewards program makes them a go-to if I'm looking for crafting or framing supplies. Being conveniently located doesn't hurt either. Their website can also be a helpful tool to check to see if something is in stock before making a dedicated trip.

I love this place but I would like to see more softball related items. It's easy to find football, basketball, baseball even soccer but I haven't been able to find any softball related items for jewelry or much at all. This is a great place for either a one time project or someone that does crafts for a living.

I love Michaels. They have great coupons and occasionally great sales. Unfortunately they do not keep well stocked and employees at registers are not very friendly or helpful these days.

A bit pricey on some things but lots of craft items. Wife got lost in the rows of yarn for her crochet and was happy to find most prices on it were cheaper than walmart and much better quality product

Couldn't find anything I was looking for. Couldn't find anyone to help, when I saw it two associates they went walking the other direction. The female had rainbow colored hair and the guy might have been a little funny..I feel that I was being shamed for shopping I'm there being a straight white male. A few years ago I went to have a picture frames and the guy refused to frame it, said it " hurtful to his feelings. " Glad my son really didn't need it for a school project. After having to make a frame myself he did get a A+. Went to hobby lobby after not finding what I was looking for and got excellent service and a great price!

Went in just to look around. Most items were priced good. Some of the items were a little over priced. There was a lot of craft supplies. Just wish they had more books on the types of crafts and craft materials the sold.

An excellent craft store. Not my favorite chain store but still an incredible place that always is filled to the max, runs great ads, has great coupons! Always very clean and neat! Staff is usually very helpful. Most of all I love the new register area!!

It's a little pricey but if you catch it at the end of every season it'll be the only place you need for everything decorating, crafts, school projects and lots of science gifts and stuff you can gift to younger kids. :)

Prices never ring up what they are advertised in weekly add for, and the cashiers dont care if you are over charged or not. Everytime I go in there I have to pull out my phone to prove to an uninterested teenage cashier what the price is suppose to be. In the evening that seems to be all that works there is teenage girls and they are unfriendly, and are not helpful in any way. Tomorrow I have to make another trip back there because the spring flowers that are suppose to be 50% off....were not. I seen that they were not ringing up right and I told her, she made up some flimsy excuse instead of checking for herself. I went out on the floor and showed where the signs were and showed where my flowers were to another worker and then both looked through my stems and greenery again. I was then told that all of my floral except for ONE was indeed on sale I told her fine I still wanted it. I checked my receipt after getting in my car and of course actually nothing was right but ONE . These young girls are so busy trying to throw their customers out of the store they dont care . They need to learn something about customer service and they need to know that when a price is in question to check that price right away and do not stand there and guess as to why it is ringing up at the price it is. I should not have to pull my phone out every single time I am there to prove what I already know. I am a serious crafter and spend serious money weekly in this store and everytime its the same thing I have to argue with them to get the right prices and I leave the store upset that I had to go through the whole ordeal at all. I will taking my refund and my business elsewhere it is not worth the headache.

I just love shopping here. They have so much stuff, yet the aisles are always neat and today. The staff are friendly and helpful and they get thru a line quickly. 10/10 recommend - bonus, great clearance sales!

Like my experiences with a lot of big-box retailers, ya just can't find everything you're looking for in stores. It looks like they took out the calligraphy section and I was looking for a heat press for shirts n things. I thought they might have one, but no. And I know they use to stock calligraphy supplies. But...at least the store is neat and the staff is friendly and not overbearing.
