I have been shopping at this Kroger's for many years the staff is really friendly and helpful the best thing I like about the Kroger's is the pharmacy. The pharmacist Samantha and Matt are so helpful. They always answer any questions that I might have on my medications. All of the pharmacy techs are really nice and they always greet me when I go there to pick up medications. I highly recommend if you have some prescriptions and you want good customer service great people who answer any questions that you have on your medications this is the Kroger's to go to

I made the mistake of going in this Kroger! While walking to the front of the store, there were two men who 100% looked like they were scoping people out to pickpocket. Once inside, I went to the deli to grab a bite to eat. While there two men walked super close to me as if they were trying to pickpocket me. They also went on about how they were going to cause bodily harm to someone. Upon hearing this, I felt so unsafe I had to leave the store.

It's constantly busy, hardly keep items in stocks when on sale, and most of all... The employees there are EXTREMELY RUDE and NOT WELCOMING at all... Not to mention the type of people that shop there... Not just the employees have attitudes but also the customers are extremely rude and inconsiderate as well... Don't expect to have a pleasant experience there... Oh!!! I forgot to mention that Charleston Police are stationed there due to the high robbery rate from petty theft to actual robbery... So, unless you're desperate, in a hurry, or have no other choice... Pick your times when to shop and how bad you "need" what it is that you're shopping for...

I picked up a pork loin and some yummy sides on my last trip. The meat was fresh and high-quality, and the sides added the perfect touch. Moreover, the store was clean and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. Plus, the staff were super friendly and willing to help if I had any questions. For an extraordinary grocery shopping experience, I recommend this Kroger!

I'm tired of the nights I get off work late and get to any Kroger for one thing or more it doesn't matter if it's 15 till 11 they won't let you in they say they are closed will them change your hours to 10:45pm not 11pm that's false advertising!!!! Maybe I need to bring that to some one higher ups attention?

After completing my shopping I went to check out, I met the friendliest worker named Pat. He absolutely enjoys doing his job, his energy was so live!! You very seldom meet workers like that now days. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Never a bagger when you need one,or a buggy! The last time I shopped there the meat dept.was lacking, brought home steak and hot dog whiners that were turning green on the bottom where you couldn't see it until you opened it,very disappointed in Kroger

It was just ok . Found all I was looking for except french fries , there was hardly any. Everything else was stocked good. Had to wait on a cart there wasnt any avaible( had someone ask if they could have mine while I was putting bags in vehicle)and there was only 1 check out open other than the self but I had alot of stuff so didn't want to tie up those

Went to this Kroger when I first moved here. Saw two guys standing near the front doors and they 99% looked like they were scoping out people to rob.I went inside to grab something quick to eat as I had been driving for several hours. I did find some amazing deals on some frozen fruit and soup.I went to the deli to see if they had a sandwich or deli meat to make one. The precut cooler only had two bags of deli meat and the deli associate was busy with chicken and I didn't want to bother her.I went to the cooler to look at salads and sandwiches. As I was looking, two men walked just inches behind me as if they were going to pickpocket me. There was no reason to be this close. The two men were also talking about "ending someone's life" as if this were normal conversation.I felt quite unsafe and seeing a security guard made me realize my fears weren't unfounded.I'm sure this could be a nice Kroger if they banned some customers.

Had bad experience with this specific store, the other 1 in crosslanes are so much better, this 1 refused my healthy benefits becaise I was using my benefit app as my card which is my only card with the insurance, they make excuses saying that they don't scan barcode from phone when 1 in crosslanes does, they had a bit of an attitude with me, i just throw my hands up amd told then to keep forget the groceries and im taking my money else where, and I did

The grossest Kroger I have ever been in. The entire produce section smelled like cigarettes, the floors were dirty. Only went in for two things and found both, but very likely will not be coming back to this location.

Not sure if the store itself or employees have any fault influence in this, but the produce is absolutely awful. Always semi rotten. Definitely judgemental and rude employees, well most. There are a really good few like Shane and Ryan. Sad they can't even sell beauty products and the like though due to the fact the inventory of that category would be wiped out without a single sale of it recorded.

The food is alright, decent prices and usually the trip is quick if you can figure out the poor layout of produce. The reason I give it one star is that I feel as though the staff and way the managers run the establishment provide a much worse experience than it would if someone were to manage correctly. The other night we went and there was one line open, around nine pm, and it took thirty or so minutes to check out.

I signed up for there RX plan and I had no way to print out my card, But All I had to do is call them give them my ID number and the group number and It was all taken care of. Plus this was done over the Phone, and the discount was unbelievable. She also told me my plan didn't cover a certain product. So they was quick, and saved me some money.

The guy at the self check out COMPLETELY turned me off to this store. If you want good customer service over there, you can forget it. What happened to going out of your way for your job security (i.e. your customers)? Find another job if you aren’t happy buddy.

I purchased 4 gigantic ferns that were marked down 60% due to some damaged fronds. I'm hoping that they will recover sufficiently with some pruning, plenty of watering, some encouraging words & music, and TLC throughout the summer.

Fresh food higher prices than smaller local stores which have now all, except one, closed in this City. I've lowered my rating due to the fact that you have to walk thru homeless people who hangout all day in front of the store. You can't wait with your groceries or water to enter the pharmacy pickup window without encountering them. Usually with a bumming question. The staff inside the store is not the best dressed vroup of people.

Always has my favorite deli meat (cracked black pepper turkey) and the staff are always friendly and rtready to assist. The establishment is clean and we'll kept, something of a struggle to the rest of the store it seems. Variety is ample and there's plenty to choose from at reasonable prices.

This is always a busy store, but they need to a better job keeping it clean. I was recently there with my son, who had a bathroom emergency, and after walking into the restroom he declared that he'd rather have an accident. It wasn't just "busy shift, no time to clean for a few hours" dirty either...it was the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen.

I hadn't shopped at this Krogers in a while. I had been shopping at this facility at least two or three times a week for over ten years. I was a little disapointed when i walked in, the shelves needed restocked, the floors needed mopped and they needed more workers on the floor. I was pleasantly surprised when I needed assistance, the employees were helpful and courteous. Parking lot seems small and when they are crowded, you may have to wait for a parking space.

We shop here 2 times a week at least the grand kids love the free fruit when we first get there but there bath rooms needs cleaned more often and the smell is bad too shame on them for bath rooms that bad.but for what it's worth the rest of the store was nice and clean and everything pretty much stocked and the couple men that I spoke to one was young nice and polite and knew what he was talking about good job for him but the other man was older with dark hair and worked the front self checkers he didn't say any thing or he didn't smile no exspreshions of any kind and I said hello and thank you and got nothing so I will still use the self checkers any ways get in and out pretty quick

It's in a bad neighborhood, as some other reviewers have pointed out, but still clean and well-maintained with a good selection. Only complaint is the parking lot. Usually it's big enough, but it can get cramped during busy times

Got kicked out and refused service because the staff worker present couldn't recognize a military issued ID. Extremely rude! The management needs to do a better job of employing capable staff.
