My experience was not so good in the store. Not a lot of choices of dresses,womens tops,t-shirts. However when I went to sephora, I had a Great experience!!! LAURA WAS THE LADYS NAME. I cannot say enough good things about her. I have been in that store,but she was close to perfect. I invite u to feel very blessed to have her as a employee. She helped me with foundation, lipstick,blush. She acted like I was the only one e in the store. She is very knowledgeable about the products!!!!! She was just a blessing!!!!

I shopped on a Friday evening (April 5 2024) at Kohls, which is a busy time, especially for the Sophora area. Getting help took a little more time.The store was very clean and better organized than 6 months ago. The change is significant and appreciated. No useless clutter thrown around in the wrong area. Merchandise was well organized.Check out was fast, friendly and efficient.

Good sales but only sizes that the average person isn't, such as size 0 in women's and 18-19 men's tall button down shirt, but excellent stocking stuffers reasonably priced.

Love the rearrangement of the store. So clean and bright. Nice selection of items. The one change I would make would be the register area. Still kind of tight and busy. I love Kohl's pricing and the products

Found a great pair of pants. They qualified for coupons. With their sale price, coupons and kohls cash they were $11. Bargain. Self checkout is so easy and staff so friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms in this place is literally the most horrible restroom I have ever been in my life. Feces smeared all over the stall doors, puddles of urine in the floor all while staff is leaning on a clothes rack . It has always been bad but at 7pm and hardly no one in the store someone should be cleaning the bathrooms.

Tracy in the women's Foundations dept. made the total experience worth taking the survey. She gave my 88 yrs. old mother a wonderful Customer Experience! Asking the right questions and searching to find bras to fit so my mother didn’t have to search and walk back and forth from the fitting room. She was very attentive without hovering but always seemed to be nearby when mom needed her help. You have an employee that is worth keeping. She will give Kohl a good CE reputation. Most stores employees stand around and talk leaving customers to fend for themselves but not this lady. Tracy was doing what she is paid to do!!! She’s definitely a keeper. Thank you Tracy for all your assistance. We appreciate you!

Kohl's in Charleston, WV is a divine place to shop. The variety is so good, and I am able to shop there without spending a great deal of time, as all products are organized so well. I hope Kohl's will always be available to the Charleston area. The personnel are great folks.

I hadn't been in Kohl's in for what seems like years. Most pleasantly surprised to find out that it's not that bad. They actually had some clothes that fit bigger guys. It would be nice if the selection was a little bit larger, but at least I could find some shirts that fit. The clothing section seem very well put together. Pretty much all the clothes were folded neatly and if you rustled something up someone came by quickly to straighten it up. Didn't have a whole lot of interaction with much of the staff.

Great deals on home goods and essentials! As well as, clothing, shoes, and kids toys!! I was pleasantly surprised when a friend brought me to Kohl's for the first time a few years back!! I've been shopping here regularly ever since!

Went to Kohl's looking for jeans for my wife and myself. We applied for a credit card and was approved and also received a 35% discount.I found myself some Levi's, but my wife was unable to find her a pair.The selection of Levi's for women was terrible. There was a very limited selection of sizes for her.We then went to check out my clothes, and the cashier told us the discount did not apply to Levi's.I was ready to walk if not for my wife, why give me a discount and then limit what it can be used on.I was so upset that I will probably not go back to Kohl's again.

Very disappointed with the cashier in this store!! Was waiting on line while this male cashier kept trying to talk up and have a frivolous conversation with a female shopper out with her granddaughter while the line behind her kept growing up to 5 waiting customers!! Think goodness another cashier noticed my annoyance with the situation and called over another associate to begin checking people out.

The store is a wreck. Clothes all over the floor. Hardly anything is folded on the shelves. I can't find hardly anything in size XL. The management of this store needs a major overhaul.

Did not have what I wanted but when Googled it was stated they had item in store. Old bait and switch advertising trick. Drive twenty five miles to get a gift and unable to obtain the same. They ought to be in jail. Last time I was there was to return a Christmas gift that was too small the store didn't have my proper size in the same item so they would only reimburse "sale price" exchange for any other similar item in the store. Moral to this story is, "Charge before Christmas price for an item and then only give after Christmas sale price for an in store exchange". That is a win/win situation for the store. My shadow will not darken their door again.

I always get what I ordered, good quality, fast delivery usually less than 5 days. I get coupons and discounts frequently and love their sales. Recently I ordered 5 t shirts and a pair of shorts all for $51.I have been to the store and made purchases too. It was a nice experience also.
