I came in Thursday and asked them to help me fix the patches on my uniform before Monday. I figured I could pick them up Saturday or Sunday assuming 3 or 4 days was enough time to sew on 3 patches. But now that it is Sunday, they are closed and I have to go to work tomorrow. I’m now getting wrote up and or fired because Keller survival couldn’t keep their word. So 1 star it is… hope this problem can be fixed and they can follow simple directions in the future.(Edit)The owner came in late 8:00 on a Sunday to resolve the issue and got everything squared away. Thankful for how locally owned this place is. Even after a mishap they are still willing to work with you and solve any issue, great prices as well and never left without what I needed. They can order things for you as well if they don’t have it in stock. And of course give Gracie a pat down and ear scratch when you walk in 😊

I'm only given stars based on the time I went previously. The first time I went there, it deserves a 5 star. However, the elderly couple that was there the first time was not there now. It's some older guy sprouting off about being a cop. Now, as far as issues, they had barely anything I needed. What I did managed to spend hundreds on was a terribly designed lvl 3 plates with a terrible plate carrier. Not only did he make the comment "Oh, she'll definitely have to stay in line tonight, now" referencing my gf. Completely inappropriate. That was right after me wanting to purchase the flashlight/tazer combo. So, now that I've witnessed this self-proclaimed cop not accurately place plates in the carrier and sell the wrong sized plates but now we have to deal with comments. All I wanted was to purchase things needed. Also, when asked what I did and because I am involved in an NDA, I was unable to disclose who I worked for. This guy automatically assumes Reliance Security, and when I don't tell him, he proceeds to tell us he doesn't care, that it's whatever. The guy was slurring his speech, eyes were so heavy they were almost closed, and to beat it all, I loved this place. The older couple is amazing. I do NOT know who this guy is, but I definitely won't be spending the money I thought I was gonna spend at this place.Edit: As expected, the owners have reached out to make sure that even though I’ve criticized the employee, they’ve made sure I knew the product I was looking for had been ordered and was there. Among other things rectified, I cannot say enough that I stand by what I’ve said before. They are great! The only reason I’m keeping it a four star instead of a 5 star is because of the employee. I hope they receive many more 5 stars. Not the other guy though.

Awesome little tactical shop and the owner's are very friendly and helpful even their dog was friendly and greeted everyone who came in at the door. I highly recommend this place

Hello,This is Cross Lanes Best Kept Secret. So you deserve 10 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Since the beginning of the Winter Season, we've been looking for heavy blankets, to no prevail, we've been unsuccessful, until I called. Keller's.I was able to buy two Wool Blend Blankets. They are wonderful. I haven't been this warm in years.Thank you so much.The staff is very attentive, very nice, and so was the Dog, loved her.Again, Thank You so much.Have a Blessed Day.

The owner was extremely nice, professional and courteous. A good selection of products neatly organized inside of a smaller building, with plenty, PLENTY of room to move around! Not only do they sell uniforms and clothing, they'll do any alterations and sew on patches, free of charge with the purchase, I believe.. dont quote me on that. Speaking of charges, they do accept plastic, and their prices are as low as possible.. any complaints about this place would come only from a scrooge! I live an hour away and will be returning!!

Not only was I surprised at the Quality and quantity of outdoor and Survival Products offered by Keller. I was truly impressed with their Berkeley water purification systems. The tri-state area has been lacking a good quality survival outfitter for many years. Keller's has met that need.

I absolutely love this store! The owners are so down to Earth and very helpful and informative. They specialize in selling surplus military and survival supplies. The prices are very reasonable. All in all I would have to say that shopping at this store is a very enjoyable experience!

When your done browsing the internet, go to Keller’s and buy it. Best customer service, and the owner is better than ANY Quartermaster and can locate a procure almost ANYTHING you need. It’s the military surplus store of the new millennium. Outdoor sporting, long term survival, off the grid and off the beaten path store. Tell them, “ Jerry the guy with the TANK sent you”.

Bob the owner and his wife have everything for survival a lot of military equipment body armor very knowledgeable and anything that you asked them they have a huge inventory all sorts of items you can't go wrong!!!
