Decent store. I hate to comment on this but your shopping experience should be joyful. I couldn’t understand why I felt so sad while shopping. I literally wanted to cry. Then I realized it was the music! The music was so sad and when I mentioned it to one of the workers they said, I’m so sorry it’s church music. 🤣🤣🤣I said to myself, I’m so glad I don’t go to that kind of church!! I literally had to leave. I guess I never realized how much my atmosphere plays into my spending.

Love hobby lobby so glad we finally got one! They always have the most beautiful decor for literally anyone and everyone. The store is huge the only bad thing about this store is I’m always there for at least 3 hours shopping or jus looking at stuff. Haha my bf prob is tired of going there. They have crafts and hobbies for everyone no matter what ur niche is. They have lots of parking and it’s so big so it’s never really too crowded. The prices are great and the staff is always helpful and polite. I can’t say enough good things about this store.

Went to checkout and forgot to unlock my debit card...The service inside was so bad I couldn't get my banking app to load, so I told the cashier, who advised me I could leave my cart at his register until I get back. I walked 20 feet from the front door, it literally took me 30 seconds to unlock my card, and less than a minute from the time I walked out the doors until the time I walked back in. When I walked over to the register where my car was supposed to be, my cart, and the cashier were nowhere to be found. He had told another employee that they did not support my method of payment and I was going to an ATM, but to go ahead and put everything in my cart back on the shelves. In less than two minutes from the time I spoke with the cashier, my cart was being unloaded, and organized into four carts full of merchandise not purchased, to be returned to their respective shelves. I had to sift through items in those cards to find mine.There was no apology, or offer to help me, or anything remotely close to service. Boo

A larger Hobby Lobby then available in most areas locally. It is clean and very well staffed. The bathrooms were clean and had no smells. The prices are your normal Hobby Lobby prices.

This was the worst craft store I've ever been in just because was no one would help you. We ask two different girls help us and they both respond " I don't know" and walked away! The customer service there is awful. I will go out of my way to go else where for better service and to find what I need or want.

Would gladly give 5 stars if they didn't do the "security code" thing everytime I'm there...even if I was never the reason they go overboard with it & they try to pretend they are not stalking but they are obvious & it definitely cuts my visit & spending in half. I don't always know what I need until I'm in the store they need to learn the difference between that & shoplifter...its a real problem at this store and at this stage of the game I don't want to ever go back.

I had an absolute horrible experience at this store! I was followed around by some lady that worked there, like I was going to steal something so I just let her follow me around for about an hour and a half while I shopped then made damn sure she watched me PAY FOR EVERYTHING I GOT!!!! I loved that store but she definitely ruined it for me and I won't be back!

Wide range of items everything from model cars to knitting. Circuit machines are abundantly available here they also have cake making supplies, paints (acrylic and oil paints including small jars for models) model rockets, paint by numbers, diamond painting, puzzles, materials to make t-shirts, bird houses, sewing equipment, and so so much more!My reason for giving them 4 stars is due to the fact they don't carry any "hobby grade" radio controlled equipment. Other than that it's a great store to shop

This was my first experience in a Hobby Lobby. The sheer size is a little overwhelming. If you're a crafter, you're sure to find what you're looking for here. Make sure you have plenty of cash though. Even at 40-50% off (I hit a sale day), the prices were quite high for the quality of items.The clearance items (90% off) were an assortment of broken things. I've never seen a store purposefully shelve all of their broken things. I don't think I like it.Store basics: The store is clean and well organized. The selection is outstanding. The aisles are easy to navigate. The employees were NOT warm and welcoming or helpful which surprised me. The parking area is well maintained, definite plus!All in all, the store is amazing if you have extra money. It's a great place to get ideas and to find craft supplies (so many beads!) if you can't find them anywhere else. The cold shoulder from the employees soured my first trip here but I'll live.

Hobby Lobby never disappoints. The sales are great and weekly. The store is always so full and yet so clean and organized. I always enjoy my shopping experience there and come away with great savings. I always find absolutely anything and everything I'm looking for no matter what the project may be.

This is a very good place for a variety of goods. Everything from hobby craft decor and everyday use items. Customer service was awesome they helped me find what I needed even escorted me over to where it was at instead of just telling me. Being the first time to this store I didn't know where anything was compared to the other store. The layout of this store is completely opposite of their other store. Some other pricing on their items was over the top. But that's to be expected from most stores these days. A lot of their items was 30-40 and 50% off. I don't know if this is common or if this stores on the brink of closing down or what the deal is. But my overall shopping experience at the store was good. And it has people following you around like you was going to steal something You didn't have customer service reps that despise their jobs and didn't want to help I actually spoke to three different customer service representatives there and all three of their attitudes and willingness to help and answer questions was awesome. I cannot wait to go back next week. The only issues that I have is I wish things was more more clearly for the aisles and areas that you can see from a distance but that's just a miniscule thing.

Great place to shop. Hobby Lobby has most everything you can imagine. Great prices on sale items. Also, they have great clearance sales: some as high as 90% off. Always a neat and clean store. Friendly and helpful sales staff. The temperature in the store tends to be a little hot. Many times, when checking out, there have only been two registers open even though both lines are fairly long. There are usually several other employees near the registers but they rarely open up another register or help the two that are open. This is why I rated them a 4 instead of a 5.
