Since being customers for 30+ years, I guess it's pretty obvious that we like getting our prescriptions from Fruth. The pharmacists & all the staff are very friendly & professional and seem to take a personal interest in our general well-being. We have tried a few other pharmacies in town that are located more conveniently to our home, but always find they lack any decent level of customer service & at times are just downright rude.As far as some of the other items for sale at Fruth, I guess it depends on what value you place on simple convenience. Some things like basic food items such as milk, bread, canned goods, soda pop, snacks, pet food, etc. are offered at fairly competitive prices for the most part. Other items like cosmetics seem a little overpriced, but I guess it depends on just how desperately you need a tube of lipstick or mascara at that moment or before you go to work. However, most of the home decor items have some pretty outrageous prices on them with a few exceptions. But again, it is convenient, and after all, you sure can't show up at a party completely empty-handed!!

I originally used fruth + cvs to fill my prescriptions. Due to the customer service of Tiffany this past week I will ALWAYS go through fruth. I arrived late one evening (probably 20 minutes before closing) and Tiffany not only filled my prescriptions early (the system said I didn’t need them until Monday but I was completely out and needed them right then) but was super sweet in answering my questions and even caught me because I had forgotten to get my card out of the tube. After a long awful day, Tiffany really restored my faith in humanity that there’s good people in this world. Whoever is in charge of monitoring these reviews- get with management and get Tiffany a raise. She is part of the backbone of that company and has made me a customer for life. Tiffany you freakin ROCK!!!!!!

Saturday, October 5, 2019 receipt says 1:58pm. The young lady that rang me up did not say hello, did not tell me how much my merchandise rang up for, just laid my receipt on the counter beside my bag and kept right on talking to the 2 other ladies that were working. No thank you, no have a good day, no words were spoken to me at all. She was too busy talking about moving and her personal life to be bothered with doing her job. I’ll go to CVS across the street next time.

To all my friends at Fruth Pharmacy on Oakwood. I think you guys are the BEST!!!!! I have known you all a long time and I know the true concept of "family pharmacists". Thank you for your never ending help to Lynn and Steve Meyer. Cassie and Meagan you are lifesavers and we are appreciative. Frank and Dave, it seems like we have known you forever and are indebted to you for always providing us with what we need in a timely fashion!!! To everyone there=thank you for being our neighborhood family pharmacy.

I have had my meds filled here ever since I was a little girl. On the plus side, they know me by name when I walk in, but in the downside the service at the pharmacy has gone down hill the past few years. Between the moody and rude clerks, and their lack of attention to detail (always make sure they are charging your correct insurance) - I'm glad I moved my prescriptions to a national chain. I always thought that getting your meds was filled with drama thanks to the staff at THIS Fruth's. But, after moving across the country and transferring my prescriptions, I have found that isn't the case with every pharmacy. Thank heavens.

This place is great. Live in a small town and not too many stores around. This place has a variety. However, sometimes the pharmacist seemed overwhelmed and grouchy at times. I still shop at the store but I switched pharmacies.

Love this store, and the one on summers street! I used the last of my sunblock working in the yard this morning and afternoon, ran over to get more. I couldn't find it, it use been on an endcap with the bug spray. It was all packed up to go back they said. Five employees were looking for me and found a couple tubes in the trial sized area and baby area. It was so awesome the way they helped me! You guys rock!
