This is my FAVORITE store! You can find something for anyone and everyone here! I was missing 3 items on my receipt, there was a tear in my bag. I called out there, they said come on by and we'll make it right! They absolutely made it right! The staff is friendly and helpful. This is one of the best stores around!

Staff is super friendly if almost nonexistent. There are lots of cheap doodads for $5, TONS of stuff over $5, and very little for "below." 6/10 would use the bathroom there again

Love the atmosphere. Greeted as soon as you walked in so you felt welcomed. Not bad price wise.

5 below is an interesting place to shop. However its important to remember your multiplication tables. For folks on a tight budget It doesn't take many 5 dollar purchases to effect negatively your budget. This is a good place to teach children budgeting principles due to every item costing 5 dollars or less

Why do people shop here? This is my second time in a Five Below and don't see a reason for a third visit. Prices aren't great for the quality and selection.If you are handicapped, this store is impossible to navigate. I am not in a wheelchair but if I was, this place is a no-go.Employees are not employed to actually assist you here. None of them seemed happy to be working either. I actually cleaned up the store while I was there more than anyone being paid to do it.

I was so excited when i saw the store sign. Very disappointing once inside. The store was poorly stocked in comparison to Five Below stores I have been to in other states. I left empty handed😏

This store does not restock. It needs to up its game. I love it but the products aren’t there and the shelves are usually empty and need restocking. I couldn’t find what would usually be there and what should be there and what I wanted.

Customer service is great, location is good. However, they are never stocked shelves are constantly empty compared to the Parkersburg store which stays fully stocked no empty shelves. I tend to just order online anymore I gave up on the location because they don't have merchandise to buy in store.

Love me some 5 Below. Have to add it to my list. If you can't get it a Dollar Tree, Wal-Mart, or 5 Below ya don't need it. Lol

The store was packed! The staff was friendly; greeting everyone who came in. You can tell they had a lot things in the store, some items have been cleaned out. I'll definitely go back again!

Stopped here out of town after Christmas and there selection was not to par. Maybe it was because they hadn't restocked since Christmas. But the prices are always reasonable.

Nice floorplan as far as layout of stands and shelves with a modern decor. Great merchandise for great prices. Gifts for the whole family including the dog 🐕 and yeah, yourself also.

They are always very pleasant here clean and organized. They have a good selection of alot of different items. I like to just go and browse around. But this is one of the best places for squishmallows

Very good and reasonable price with families trying to buy things with less money to buy things for Christmas or for any special occasion...very nice items.I love this store for the things they have and the price of $5 items.

I love the store but it was such a mad house kids everywhere with no supervision bouncing balls and it was crazy it was too crazy it wasn't enjoyable to crowded
