The store was clean. The staff was friendly. A wide variety of products to choose from The shelves are always stocked and organized. There's plenty of room for parking. .Furthermore, there's an app you can download that offers many coupons & great discounts.

We walked down there with our four kids tonight and because of the way we looked we were accused of stealing. They have lost my business and I will be calling corporate on them. So if you look poor or dress comfortable then watch going in here because the manger judges people.

Service is slow. Watched shift leader standing outside, smoking, twice during my visit (for soda, pizza & chips so wasn't that long). Not a terrible experience but its what's expected 4 Family Dollar

Cashiers are friendly. Lots of homeless and / or beggars hanging around the entrance. There is so much merchandise in the store, you can barely get around. My biggest complaint is there is always only one cashier and a long line. Takes forever to check out. Don't shop here if you're in a hurry.

I wish they would get those Chocolate Creme filled cocoa Cookies back again and their dollar store pop, Faygo Moon Mist. Or they are not stocking them right or letting ONE person buy them all up. It's not right, smh. Let someone else get a chance to buy them!!! Greedy people!

Whatever you buy from this store make sure it's the right size exactly what you want because they will not return anything even with the receipt they were very rude and inconsiderate treated me like I was a drug addict and acted like I had no reason to have the 5 days between my purchase and return acted like I should have been in there the day after I bought it I am disabled and I have no car they fail to realize that not everyone is blessed to be able to work or have a vehicle

There was a rude employee who kept talking over me to her manager while I was trying to explain and ask them to just take the pin out of a baby onesie I had bought there and the manager didn’t control the employee or be very helpful either. Both was rude in my opinion. I haven’t been back since and probably won’t ever go back.

They have good prices and nice stuff. However the staff was rude because I was in the store with my backpack. They claimed there was a sign on the front door which, as I was leaving, I noticed the "very small sign" on the door.

Horrible you have to wait in line for what seems like 10 minutes. There is always beggars asking for change, service is ok but cashier's always looked baked, there dope heads outside that looked out of it but hey what do you expect.....

I was walking thru the isles with my arms full of rugs and. STARTED PAST AN EMPLOYEE. I WAS LOSING MY GRIP ON THE RUGS AND INSTEAD OF HELPING SHE JUST STOOD IN MY WAY.. TURNS OUT IT WAS MANAGER NAMED CHRIS. SHE SAID IT WAS HER JOB TO STRAIGHTEN THE SHELVES NOT HELP CUSTOMERS.
