I'm pretty sure there was bugs in my room phone to clock in look in the bed sheets. You can always tell in thedefinitely would not stay here. If I was you the front desk lady was. Pretty? D*** rude played on the phone the whole time? Why is why did you check me out? Didn't know she was talking to me or whoever was on the phone very disrespectful.

The room was most definitely not worth the 85 bucks.. this was the only place that offered smoking rooms and thats why I got it, I didn't realize that it would be so outdated, the bathroom was filthy, wore my sandals when I showered lol..fml .the bed was not comfortable ,all in all whoever runs the place should be ashamed and obviously the ppl that are hired their have no pride in the work they do! I don't think I would be staying there again..and this is a super 8/days inn per the sign on building it was formerly econo lodge

The sheets and blankets and several stains of unknown substance, they also had several burn holes, I would attach pictures but it will not let me. The bathroom was not clean. When walking up to our room we were followed up the stairs and then stared at by the handful of people out in the balcony, a few of which I could only assume were escorts. Needless to say I didn’t feel comfortable with myself and 3 kids after about 5 minutes and finding a room somewhere else we left.

Was on trip decided to get room at last minute. 3am they answer phone very polite and friendly. Told me the fullnprice ahead of time tax and all. No deposit. Had 1 room left even offered to let me inspect it before paying! Not exactly super clean but there was no bugs or hairs anywhere. It smelled clean as well. Beds were clean and well made with bed bug covers and mattress covers! No stains or bugs! Not bad for an older place! No complaints!

If you're looking for a comfortable clean room, no frills this is it. I'm a smoker and getting a smoking room is tough! I got one here. This room had a fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. It definitely needs paint and curtains that actually close all the way! It is an older hotel and needs updating but overall not bad for the price.

It is very sketchy, it is no longer Econo Lodge but rather a Super 8 and a Days Inn both in one building. I am not sure which one we stayed in but the room was dirty, the door latch did not line up with both sides, they do not honor reservations made online. They also change the price of the rooms depending on the time of day it is. If you like walking into the lo by and having people sleeping in chairs and watching TV then I would say this is right up your alley. I will not be staying at another Econo Lodge/Super 8/ Days Inn whatever else they may want to go by. There was also people just walking around the parking lot looking at the different vehicles in the lot. I did not feel like they cared about making the guest feel very comfortable with staying there.

Stayed for almost 2 weeks and every day the price was different started off at $60 and increased all the way up to $80 felt like we were being husseld the room was decent at how clean it was but could use some work the room me and my boyfriend had was very dark couldn't really see inside the room at night. The people that work there were very nice! And we never received any kind of breakfast in the mornings at all.

The staff was really friendly and booked us at short notice with a pet, they were even bros about waiving the pet fee because our dog is tiny. Also, it was quite affordable to begin with. I just have to give it 2 stars because it was so dirty I couldn't hardly sleep, and if I had absolutely needed a shower there I probably would have had a full on breakdown, super super disgusting. That said, if you bring your own pillowcases and towels this place is affordable for a night. Lots of crackheads in the parking lot though, so lock up tight!

The room seems to 'look' clean but my nose senses it was definitely not a smoke free room and very possibly poorly cleaned Walked in and the first thing I noticed was the smell of stale cigarette smoke, went to the bathroom and there are nicotine stains on the side of the tub, went to wash my hands in the sink and there are nicotine stains on the sink, there is a cigarette burn hole in the run that was on the bed my daughter slept in. Scratch that my one year old is now brown from the floors. Very poorly cleaned...do better

Me and my fiancé stayed here the other day we didn’t like it at all. The blankets were dirty had burn holes in the blankets when we got a no smoking room the sheets weren’t washed they were dirty there was no toilet seat we took a shower it was absolutely Dirty! It was gross. I took a shower last night and the water still didn’t go down the drain at all in the morning it was still there. It didn’t seem very clean either. the Bed is also very UnComfortable it’s cheap yes live able for a night but pay a little more next door get a nicer hotel

Easy off road hotel. Lady at front desk nice enough. From there it is downhill. First room we looked at bed and sheet had various hairs from someone with long dark hair. Really looked like they made bed but didn’t change sheets from previous customer. Also some sort of bug. Brought to attention of clerk after taking photos and showing her. She gave us another room. Asked that we don’t mess up bed as first room no longer rentable. I said all we wanted was a clean room and if that happened we wouldn’t need to change rooms. First room shouldn’t be rentable with dirty sheets. Second room bed better. Bathroom smells of urine so won’t walk barefoot in there. Wonder why not mopped daily? Shower tub looks dirty under mat so will not be taking a bath/shower. Room musty compared to first room which smelled clean even if the sheets weren’t.Back rooms are pet rooms. We booked pet room for our lab to accompany us. After booking and arriving was a $20 pet fee nowhere mentioned up front. Little bait and switch on terms. Also, you cannot park by the back rooms. It’s like a narrow alley. It is well lit but feels a little creepy. Therefore have to leave car where it is not easily viewable.Rental was non refundable so we are bearing through it for the night. We’ve traveled with our granddaughters a lot this summer and if they were with us we would have cut our losses and moved on. As it is we learned a lesson and will spend more if not a solid 4 star or above rating. We stayed in a mom and pop outside Bryson City, NC this summer. Similar pricing but I rated 4+ star and a wonderful experience.I get the impression this Econo Lodge is a hotel where the owners are trying to make a decent place. Probably hard to get really good and conscientious cleaning staff. But they need to check and reprimand poor work and praise good work. My wife and I would not stay here again, but we have seen worse. Thus a two star as opposed to one star rating. It could be better in the future but they must 100% provide fully clean rooms. This was not our experience with two different rooms. Going to try and sleep. So far quiet enough but hoping car not broken into during the night. See photos of side and top of sheets.

I want to express my gratitude and experience with the front desk guy Dakota! I came there with a broken vehicle because I was traveling and something messed up with my car. It was late at night and he was super sweet and very understanding! He went above and beyond with helping me with anyway he could. The rooms were clean. Very sanitary and wonderful customer service! Polite and friendly staff! He and this place was a blessing sent from god to help me in this tragic moment! Truly grateful and highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Decently clean, not as bad as some I've seen, good enough to sleep in the sheets. But lacking overall detail work cleaning. The staff were VERY laid back. Almost like they don't care who stays there, just happy to fill the rooms. A LOT of tweakers staying here and around here. Stuff was stolen out of the bed of my truck, which I guess is my fault for leaving it there (Just some clothes). I probably would stay somewhere else next time through here.

It's fine if all you want is a place to sleep. When I first entered the room it was kind of dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room. The towels didn't look very clean and there was also a dirty towel hanging on the shower head. The stairway also smelled bad during my stay. Some websites mention breakfast being included, but all they have is coffee.

Stayed here one night on our way to another destination. We stayed on the back side rm123. Traffic noise from the interstate was noticeable when trying to go to sleep. Warm to cold water in the shower. Told the front desk and on check out. Their response was that if you let it run long enough it will get warm. Wouldn’t it be nice if they told you that kind of thing when you checked in, instead of waiting to get a complaint on it when you check out? Breakfast was ok. Room was clean. Beds were comfort enough.

Excellent Customer Service. Cheap Price- Even had a weekly rate which was very affordable. Plenty of parking. Walking distance like 20 feet to a steak house and bob evans.... My room looked and smelled new. Everything was extremely clean. And very pretty..... Would stay again.I mean for the price you cannot find anything better.

Grossest hotel room I ever stayed at. Just disgusting. I sprayed the whole room with disinfectant before I touched anything and layed my own blankets on top of theirs to sleep. Disgusting. Bugs and hair all over the room.The guy at the front desk was nice though.

The rooms are ugly. The furniture is outdated. Chairs are broke. I was scared to use the tub . the tub had hair all in it. When u ran water stuff floated up from under the mat glued to the floor lol. Am pretty sure my toes caught an std lol. Not recommend filthy and ugly. Over priced.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean very nice. Even though the price is a little higher than the Red roof inn next door it is worth the extra bit just for the courtesy and respect that is shown and given to the guests here. I really like this place and recommend it to anybody that needs a place to stay or just an overnight getaway.

Nice location. Room is more spacious than neighboring rr motel but tv is smaller. Had a bad experience coming back one night with a crazy homeless person yelling at me. Felt unsafe alone. Also walking on the second floor deck there are so many spider webs and huge spiders. Maintenance or groundskeeping should vacuum all the spiders and webs at night. I feel like if I were taller I wud walk right into one. Otherwise room is good

HORRIBLE!! If you don't mind having extra roommates that they dont twll you about (bugs) , horrible smells that you cant get rid of no matter what you spray, cigarette burns and stains all over your bedding, being followed back and forth form your vehicle to your room over and over, toilets leaking, staff coming into your room anytime they want and stuff coming up missing , leave something behind and not even 10 mins later you call to say your on your way back they say they already rent the room out and nothings in there then this would be the place for you!! If not go across the street to quality inn !! You will thank me later 😎

Turn the lights on and look at the bed covers 3 out of 4 we're NASTY. The mattress needs burned. The coffee left a horrible after taste and left me sick at my stomach. Non smoking room smelled like wet ashtray. Breakfast tables sticky. Microwave and fridges fingerprint smudges everywhere. The people at the desk were very nice and friendly. If Those rooms stay like that and management allows it then Econo Lodge needs to pull out of the building or get somebody else

This place was disgusting. The clerk i scheduled my stay with ruined the outter plastic of my bank card. The first room i got was messy, had pubic hair on the bed sheets, the bathroom had used towels on the floor, and the room was obviously just used. After being moved to another room, it smelled better, but this time almost all of the towels had pubic hair on them and the room was still in slight disarray. I would Never reccoment this place in this location to anyone.
