The store was neat, and things were easy to find, which made shopping a breeze. The staff was friendly and ready to assist, ensuring a pleasant visit. It's ok, never really had a huge impact to me even when it first opened up. It's not a bad place or a great place, just a store to stop and get any quick necessities you may have forgotten at a larger store. Or maybe stop in for something you need to finish your project. Also, for some reason, I'm not sure what's up with the order of bags. They ALWAYS run out of grocery bags.

Clean store, Brandon the cashier was very helpful and courteous. However, the manager, Suzie was very impersonal, impatient, and quite frankly rude at times. She showed terrible customer service skills and rolled her eyes when I thanked her for helping. She was terrible dealing with customers and managing employees as the store was busy and the checkout line was bavked up while she and the others were no where in sight... Suzie definitely needs a behind the scene job or some training in customer service and people skills... If I go back and Suzie is working, I will turn around and walk out. I really like the store set up, cleanliness and organization. The employees were great no thanks to a manager with no business holding that title.

this particular location of a $ General store is ome of the newest in the area yet one of the worst stocked store of any kind any where. They refused to accept a delivery truck a whole week before an inventory by professionals eas done. (3 hours at the longest to do it). None of their own brand, very little name brand, nothing in stock that had a coupon or on sale from that weeks circular. Need employees that knows they are only good as the customers allow them. young men there seem pleasant& helpful while management and some female cashiers are as rude as you will ever find anywhere ! by the way if you are 70 yrs old gray hair and balding plus need the use of a walker, dont waste your time to buy a cigar or cigarette if you didnt bring your wallet. you are refused because you must prove to be 18. so common sense doesnt live at this location. Having opened offices in 35 cities all over this beautiful country i do beleive i can say this is the worst stock store with management that could win over or influence any customer or anything. please dont shop while theyre stocking you might get in there way and have to go around 2 aisles to get where you was going. Do yourself a favor before entering thid location. GET BACK IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE less than 2 miles in either direction and enter a different location

A great convenience store for regular locals. The past few months store has really declined in all areas , items aren’t on the shelf for longer then weeks at a time, unorganized, employees could be a little more friendly ., overall couldn’t be more thankful the company decided to open up near my home !!

Tornado location is great friendly workers and plenty of space. Only location I know of far enough away from the unhinged masses that they can still sell hamburger. Seriously st Albans and south Charleston can't even sell beef for all the thieves, these locations also suffer from too much goods not enough store syndrome Wich just means it's kinda tight. Like parking a Cadillac in a dog house, except your Cadillac is a buggy and the doghouse is any single isle. I have to say I wonder what their thinking was on the thieves stealing hamburger"well let's just stop selling it instead of busting the thieves." These stores need a good cleaning too.
