Update on a review from 3 years ago. The DG @ Campbells Creek has been closed due to lack of employees and refusal of the company to pay overtime to the employees they do have at least 3 days in less than a month. No wonder you can't find dependable employees. The people that live in this vacinity depend on this store. I was at the store a few weeks ago and complained because I couldn't find half of what I needed and was told by an employee working the register that they had 3 weeks of deliveries that hadn't been put out because of lack of staff. You need to invest in your employees and the store. Does corporate even know what is happening here? Isn't there a district manager who can step in and straighten this place up? Disgusted!

I love MY Local Dollar General! The cashiers& other workers are courteous & helpful! There's a constant battle w the theives & sleeze for the workers to deal with! They handle each situation accordingly, to maintain a safe & welcoming store atmosphere!

This store has good employees who will help with your coupons. On he other hand of your digital coupon doesn’t work and the new manager is checking you out. Don’t count on your coupon going through. He wants to get you in and out without helping fix the stores own digital coupons. Some items in the store also ring up 5 cents to 25 cents more then the tag shelf states. They need to go through and replace their old tags. I know some people don’t care but a few cents everyday adds up to extra profit for that store.

Honestly one of the worst DG stores ive shopped at. Always missing items that normally should be there. The displayed items that are in the middle parts of aisles are very cluttered looking and in the way. Maneuvering this store is hard and always a tight squeeze with a shopping cart. Half the time the staff is rude. Ive had them treat me like a thief or try to sneakingly keep an eye on customers as they shop through the store. Its very rude and disrespectful. If there was another DG store within reasonable distance of my house i would go there instead. I only shop there because of convenience.

I used to manage retail stores. They would have cleaned my clock for not maintaining the store better and for such poor in-stock maintenance. When you are out of business in the home location of a product, you take your endcaps down. Do some cycle counts and replenish your stolen goods and come up with a loss prevention plan. Check your employees to see what's going out the door with them, too.

This store was in shambles toj couldnt get down half the isles due to stuff everywhere it was dirty and 80% of the people that shopped there wouldnt where a mask and i dont appreciate when our county at its highest spread rate that the staff didnt ask them to leave masks are mandated not choice.if yoj like dirty, clustered, unorganized and not healthy stores than this is ur place but myself perfers clean respectful stores. DONT GO HERE

Cashier was very friendly! I accidentally left my purse up front in my cart while I was using the restroom and she made sure nothing happened to it! Great staff!

Dollar general located in Campbell's creek, WV have the most helpful and friendly employees. Always a delight to shop there. Also to work. I merchandise 12 stores, I really love going to work when I was working at Campbell's creek DG.

I love dollar general there are 3 stores within 15 miles of my house so it's really convenient and easy to get there without having to go all the way into town. To me that's a huge win.

Floors filthy, isles are full of steel tracks from truck to where you can't get down isles making maneuvering very difficult. Items are all over the store. Customers not made to wear masks and neither are employees.

Store was a mess, Ailes couldn't get thru, junkies🤬😜🤮🤢💊💉in parking lot blocking people from entering on lot and store. A dangerous place 2 try 2 shop after 1:00pm til closing time. Campbell's Creek. 🙄😡

This is the dirtiezt, clustered , irresponsible dokkar store i have seen . they do not enforce the mask mandate, you could only get through 1/2 the is and the floor was filthy even at checkout it was seriously sticky and black this is a disgrace i would never yell anyone to go here ill travel extra to the east end store.
