I love goin to the dollar general the one by the mound in south Charleston has a wide variety of lawn decor for outdoors stuff for arts n crafts ur essential needs for ur home and kids. They have great prices on some household items as well and Dnt forget to download their app and clip the save 5$ wen u spend 25$ on saturdays and clip their other available coupons for extra saving. The location is easy to find and it’s usually not to crowded. I like to take my time and look through the craft section.

Bought hostess donuts on 5/5/23 and the date of expiration 4/21/23 hard and stale, I blame the hostess guy here.usually there are no donuts at all 😭

I needed to use the restroom but was denied. The fact that it was a medical issue made it even worse. I shop several different dollar general stores weekly and spend an average of $500-$700 monthly. This may not have been the only factor in my decision to not return to any of their stores but it was definitely one of the main issues.

The store is cluttered and in no order, things are lying everywhere. Unfortunately, it seems that the employees there are under the influence and do not care about the customer but instead, spend their time talking negatively about the store while we're trying to check out. I recently had a cashier walk away from me and another customer as I approached the counter, he never did come back so I left. I recommend going somewhere else in the area, the prices aren't that low and you'll get better service I'm sure.

Every single time I go to this dollar general store, the item's I buy are 1 price on shelf and when I get home and look at reciept I've been overcharged a good bit. Only this dollar general, no others. Why's this? Getting mad now!

I shop here regularly and since some recent remodeling and computer upgrades the store feels larger, less cluttered and more up to date with customer concerns. The staff is very polite and always ready to assist with any needs.

You can get stuff that is pretty good and brand name for cheap most of the time. But they really need to work on cashier customer service. Always stuck in line for 1 person running a register

quick and easy to pick up a few items you might need and not have to worry about long lines. employees are nice for the most part and it is easy to get in and out of.

This is the worst DG I have ever been in. The aisles are cluttered with unstocked products. It is a true fire hazard, in my opinion, because customers would trip over each other trying to exit in a hurry. I have visited this store twice and today was my last. I thought the first time was just a bad day on staffing or something, but it was the same chaotic and unorganized experience both times.

Worst Dollar General around. Too small, too full of stuff, and the staff is always stocking. I waited in line with four other people while one worker (who seemed to be the only one in the store) stocked shelves in the back of the store.
