I scheduled a COVID test 10 days in advance due to an upcoming trip. I arrived at the appointed time as directed by CVS corporate only to be told that this location doesn’t do COVID tests anymore. I depended on CVS and they let me down. Now I am out of time and am scrambling to find another option. This is just the latest issue with CVS after numerous problems, including delays in getting my prescriptions filled. I will never, ever go back to CVS for any reason.

I never ever leave bad reviews but I just have to speak on Selena. She closed the store today. Let me preface by saying last week I went in and got a passport picture taken and it took less than 5 minute and the girl that helped me was so kind and helpful. I really appreciate her. Unfortunately there was a mix up with my passport so I have to drive to DC in the morning to get an extremely expedited passport and as I’m packing up I cannot find my picture. I rush to CVS and get there 10 min before closing. I walked in and politely asked if she could please do me a favor and take my picture. I was not trying to hold her up. I saw how quickly the other girl did my picture and I just needed it for my trip to DC. Selena already had the drawer in her hand at 8:50pm and said she didn’t have time because they needed to do their closing duties. I know you’re not supposed to pull the drawer until the doors are locked at 9pm and I didn’t need attitude. I am the easiest customer to please and I would’ve been so thankful if she would’ve taken my picture. She has no idea how much stress that would’ve relieved and instead she was mean and cold from the beginning. I am super disappointed in how unprofessional Selena was and the way she treated her customers. Pulling the drawer and refusing sales and service before close cannot be protocol.

This place is horrible... The pharmacy staff are rude and very disorganized.I moved all my prescriptions to Kroger, and they know how to treat people right. The heavy-set, with glasses, blonde Pharmacist is a very hostile person. I can't believe she works there, how unprofessional can you be?If I could, I'd give no stars.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy in the Kanawha Valley! Pharmacy rarely open on weekends anymore. Apply for refills on app and it takes 7-10 before it’s ready. Horrible! Transferring all my PX to Target CVS!

It was a nice little store. Smaller than I expected inside. The place is very well kept. It did however seem like there was an incredibly long wait for the pharmacy. Both inside and out. The cashier was incredibly friendly.

We waited in the drive thru lane for 15-20 min. When we pulled up to the window they rudely pulled down the security window. This was for a RX sent there from med express since our local pharmacy was closed. This med was for an allergic reaction. It would have been nice if the had come out to tell people in line that they wouldn’t b taking anymore customers for the eve. ( we were next to the last person in line)I called this morning to have the RX sent to our preferred pharmacy and explained what had occurred last eve. No apologies whatsoever. No offer to help resolve the issue. We will never use CVS again for anything. If I hadn’t been an RN and known what to do this could have been life threatening for a lay person.

Nice store, nice people. Good Pharmacy staff. I wouldn't recommend using the restroom. I've seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations. That review was 2 years ago. Thought I would give them time to clean up the place. Didn't happen

I firmly believe that the South Ridge McDonald’s staff would do a better job than the staff at this pharmacy. In the three years I’ve had to use this pharmacy because of my insurance, I have never had a good experience. I used Rite-Aid on Bridge Rd previously and never had any issues.I am going to start using the Target CVS...

Never print photos here. Their machines are always down or they can never find your order. I ordered and payed for photos online and when I went to pick them up they told me they can’t give me a refund without the photos...which are stuck in the broken machines. So I have to call CVS customer service. If I had time to wait on photos, I wouldn’t get them printed at a one hour photo...the only reason anyone should ever print photos with one hour photo is if you need them very fast...but this location never has them ready.

CVS staff always go above and beyond to help customers. Pharmacy staff makes sure you understand the medication and helps with insurance and doctors to reduce costly prescriptions. Clerical staff and management area always friendly and helpful. Most important is the consistent strict compliance with COVID protocol.

It’s not everyday you meet truly kind people but I was just helped very much by the man named Nicolas with a cool beard. The staff here does their best making sure everyones needs are taken care of. I appreciate your act of kindness I’ll pass it on ♥️

The pharmacy staff are always extremely rude. They act like you have ruined their lives when you show up to get your prescriptions filled. I seriously dread having to go there every time. The restroom is beyond disgusting. It looks like a horror film.

Pharmacist tried every excuse NOT to give me a flu shot. I registered online (i got emails & texts confirming) they couldn’t pull it up. I was very sweet about all the problems, including those that followed.Then proceeded to give every excuse not to give me a flu vaccine- the biggest one was that I had Covid -19 three months ago. Took my temp & they said they couldn’t read it because “it was in Celsius” - this is all by the pharmacist, mind you. Asked if I had ever tested negative (which I had), saw a sunburn on my neck & thought I was still sick.She took an excessive amount of time to get the right vaccine loaded into the system & trying to get her gloves and mask on & decide what she would need to give the vaccine. All the delays were seemingly on purpose - it was weird to watch.Go somewhere ELSE for your flu vaccine!

Some of the staff needs to go to school for matter class. My wife asked at the pharmacy if there was any hand sanitizer and one of the employees said with a rude tone “if it’s not on the shelf then no we don’t “ And also know I gotta the prescription was ready while she was in the front of the line made her wait until she waited on several behind her before saying oh yes it’s ready

Let’s just say I do not know why this store is still just standing there because it’s barely operated by any staff/ employees. Place always empty, and overstocked! It’s maybe 1 OK & active worker throughout the entire store, it’s ridiculous.

Pharmacy deleted my perscription for heart pills. Manager never apologised and offered 3 or 4 free in place of my month perscription refill. Nice...never coming here again.
