The absolute worst. I had a prescription sent over at 2:00 pm. Went there at 6:00 pm to pick up I’m told it’s not ready to come back in an hour. I come back sit in the drive through forever 2 HOURS LATER AND IT STILL IS NOT DONE. This has happened time and time again. You can’t get ahold of anyone if you call. They are incredibly rude and treat people horribly they do not care. After this last time I am DONE. Switching to a pharmacy that cares.

Wife says they are the worst pharmacy she's ever dealt with. They can't find new prescriptions. They are not reliable. They are most difficult to deal with at the drive through. Never seem able to find medicine.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever had to deal with..They can't fill anyone's medications without it being hours before it's ready..and very rude!! If u don't like ur job find some where else to work!!!

Had a prescription called in from the doctor at 9:30 am and stopped by to pick it up after work at 4 and not only was it not done, they told me it would take another hour to complete. I asked if they could do anything so I didn't have to wait in the store for an hour for my prescription and was just told no thats the soonest they can get it done. No apology for my inconvenience or anything. Absolutely ridiculous. Very rude. Find another pharmacy if you don't want your time wasted.

My Dr. Sent a prescription in at 10:30 in the morning which I needed for a dental procedure. Did not get filled until after 5pm. Claimed short staffing. Maybe treat your staff better and people will want to work there. I’m charging pharmacies: with a 3.3 railing looks like I’m not the only one.

My husband went in and bought a Mt. Dew. When he came back out and I saw it cost nearly $4 I went back in to return it with the receipt. They said they cannot return anything without an ID, which I did not have on me. I never imagined needing an ID to buy a pop, nor to return one when having a receipt especially to the same person who rang it up and knew that we just purchased it. I understand having this policy if the return is questionable however he knew that he sold us the drink and I had my receipt. So I had to pay almost 4$ for one 20 oz bottle of soda. I am very disappointed in this policy and this experience.

It’s taken a week to get my child’s medicine they said they had it and it would be filed before closing and we could come grab it they called the next day at noon saying they never even had her meds and I’d have to go to a completely different location! Livid! I’m done with CVS not to mention the women I spoke with was nothing but rude!

Always so slow. The drive through sounds nice until you try to use it.. you’re either there for over an hour or they ask you to come inside to wait for over an hour.

The incompetence of these folks is astounding…my husband was having surgery and his script was called in ahead of time. We went to pick up the medication no problem. When we got to the appointment the doctor confirmed there should’ve been four medications to pick up and not three. When I called the pharmacy back to see if they just forgot to give us the medication and to my surprise, they also confirmed that four medications were called in but only three were available as one was on back order. CVS pharmacy should’ve mentioned this at pick up?! Now we’re scrambling to find an alternative…do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

I have used CVS for years and the Kanawha City people are superb. The pharmacy is very busy, so I usually assume there will be a wait. Many times doctors offices keep the pharmacist tied up with directions. They are always polite and take care of customers.

This rating is for the pharmacy. After being on hold for 17 minutes someone finally answered & the customer service skills were definitely lacking. I’ve used CVS in many different states for over 15 years & have never been this dissatisfied. Management should definitely retrain these guys or find someone who cares about their customers...

Most expensive and for all generic medications. They take literal hours to fill for prescription. And the recording doesn’t understand the buttons it tells you to push. Due to the recording issue, you cant even ask the pharmacy if the medicine you’ve been already waiting 2 hours for is finally ready.

Incredibly rude for no reason. I asked to leave the driveway for the pharmacy a few minutes before their lunch was over. I came inside to wait instead and leaned against a counter and was again rudely told to move to a different area. I don’t care if they are having a bad day at their paying job, but that doesn’t mean they have to make others have miserable day… horrible customer service!!

Two other customers and I had to wait while employees stood at the photo area. I a purchased a drink and found it to be past the expiration. When I brought it back in the store the employee tried to blame a supplier when it was a CVS brand! All of the drinks were past it's sell-by date. I had to wait again to get a refund.Very unprofessional!

The news about over charging people is sad. Even worse when you have had it happen to you and your family. Will be switching pharmacies on my next refills. When I first switched to CVS they would tell you if it was cheaper without insurance, I guess they stopped that sometime ago. Sad to leave, but don't like to be ripped off either.

Didn't realize it was only self checkout so the lady standing behind counter as me what I needed and I said to check out and she told me if was self checkout only !!! The problem is that she was VERY RUDE about it !!!! Poor Customer Service !!!
