I take my Shepherd/Pyrenees mix for grooming and Katelyn is the absolute best! She does such a great job with Dolly. I recently took my other dog, a boxer mix, and his coat is so shiny! He looks like a pup again! Dexter and Dolly highly recommend Club K9, especially Katelyn!

I have been taking my Adult Dog (Fish) for the last 2 years and my new puppy (Chips) for about 1 month now. Awesome staff. Kind and caring for dogs that are super shy (like fish) or dogs that don't know manners yet (like chip) lol. Recommend their boarding and day care services to anyone.

I called ahead of time and said we’d be late due to traffic/ construction work on the interstate and the woman that answered said it was completely fine. When I got there, they refused me service. And last time, they told me my dog was “kennel aggressive” after she had physically hurt and scared my dog, which caused a negative reaction from him obviously. Another worker told me that the new girl working there scared my dog and grabbed him aggressively out of his kennel which caused him to bark at her. Do not go here. Not only are they completely rude, but they also nick my dogs every time we go there. They come home with bloody sores. We thought maybe give them a second chance and they did fine the second time we went. And now they are messing up again, which sucks because we’ve been customers with them for so long. If this is how they treat long term customers, I wonder how they treat new first timers.

Club K9 is great! They are very attentive to the dogs and always greet you with a smile. When we brought our large dog to the club they made sure he was properly and slowly introduced to the staff, buildings, and other dogs. He has had a blast so far! We would recommend this doggy haven to anyone!

Their staff is friendly. Their walk-in nail trim service is very convenient and a great price. They do a good job grooming my German shepherd when he's blowing his coat.

The staff were great with the animals (and humans). My fur baby seemed to have a good time and was wore out from his day of play. I appreciate the pictures that evidence the fun, good interactions with staff and support my decision to use this daycare.

Been taking our Tiny Toy Poodle there since they opened. This is the 2nd time they have injured her during grooming. This time was told that her ear hair got caught in the grinder and it ripped out some ear hair and it bled a little and to watch it to make sure it didn't get infected. They did not offer any adjustment on my bill and charged me full price. Probably won't be going back!!

I love the groomers here. They helped calm my normally nervous dog and showed him lots of love and attention! They also helped fix the huge disaster that was my furbaby's fur after the last place messed it up bad. Shelley one of the owners is an Amazing person and very sweet and helpful. I will forever take my dog to Club K9!

The people are nice, the place is clean, and I’m sure the daycare program is great for people who use it, but I’m not real impressed with the grooming. The last time I took my dog there it looked like he was cut in a hurry and was left to air dry in a cage AND they charged me $10 more than the previous time for some reason. Not consistent enough for me. Looks like I’ll be giving House of Hounds a try.

This place is fantastic!!! I wish 100 stars was an option. My dog has insane separation anxiety and hates other dogs from being a shelter dog before we adopted him. The ladies at this establishment were beyond nice and amazing with his special needs. My dog went in for a shave looking like a highway mutt (from my attempt to home groom) and came out looking like a show dog. I just can't recommend this place enough. Keep up the fabulousness ladies we will return!!! :) Castiel thanks you too!

Parked my car literally for a minute to drop my brother off at jancar because there was no other space , was told I needed to move very rudely. I was thinking about coming here to groom my dogs, definitely won't anymore.
