Brought my kids here for my son's 10th birthday and we all had a blast! My mother in law came with us. It was her first time ever coming to a build a bear and she had a fantastic experience. The staff was very nice and made it a great experience for my kids.

We enjoy taking our kids to build a bear for their birthdays each year, such cute stuffed toys and the pay their age is a good deal. It would be 5 stars but they've gotten rid of their cute house boxes their used to give for the bears to go home in, putting them in a plain white bag instead, which was a bummer. Also just the fact that after 2 stuffies and one outfit each we had 75 bucks invested which seems like a lot considering one bear was only 5 bucks. But ultimately I'll be back next birthday cause it's a fun experience!

9-16-21 my daughter turned 12 and Bethany welcomed us and helped us pick out her Light Fury and even recommended the birthday bear for only $12 and we got 2 $10 gift cards for only $5 each. She was amazing. Got birthday scents and music in both and even a sash for the bear. Big big thanks Bethany for ur care for my daughters birthday we will be back next year because of ur customer service was fantastic.

I don't know if I pumped it up in my head or what. I guess I forgot that it was a store, not an experience. Their goal is to try to sell you stuff. It is nice stuff, but at every corner they're trying to upsell or push something on you. If you don't get a bear or traditionally shaped stuffed animal, you don't really have a whole lot of selection and what you can buy for it. The staff was great. Was very friendly. The products seem to be quality. They just wasn't the experience that I thought we were going to get.

I loved taking my kids to build a bear but the cashier named Alexandria I believe was extremely rude and snapped at my toddler. She raised her voice and he cried after. Other than that it was awesome just kinda pricey.

Daughter loved being able to create her own stuffed animal. It seemed like a money gimmick to me. But it's definitely a unique store.

LOVE how this specific store kept the original design. so cute! got my hello kitty here after trinity of terror, and dressed her in a tuxedo so spencer charnas can sign it. but that's not the point, please don't let any more grown adult women on leashes in here 😭 that's all thank you

Went to get a stuffed animal for my son's second birthday. The staff was friendly, very helpful and patient. Finally picked out a bear that my son liked and had him stuffed.I usually bypass the accessories and such, but I did find a shirt for the bear that went with it perfect.Got to the counter, was told to fill out a birth certificate and after getting that done, paid and managed to get out of there in one piece.

Nothing but love for all the good folks at Build-a-bear! They do awesome work, and they always have! My son and daughter have brand new bears that they cherish, and I'm glad we got them at Build-a-bear. They have been providing quality service to my family for years, and I wish them continued success!

I was 18 at the time I went just for reference, so sorry if I sound childish. Back in March, right before the pandemic first shut everything down, I came here. I was with my little brother to get him a Build A Bear, but they had a buy one get one for $10 special, so I got one too. I enjoyed making it and the people who work there are nice. I ended up falling in love with my bear instantly. I have been using it ever since to help improve my mental health and self esteem. I'm still struggling, but my bear helps me a lot. I talk to my bear to help me find my personality and things. I cannot thank you all enough. Getting this bear literally seemed to be the turning point for me trying to improve myself and love who I was actually created to be. I am actually using this bear to help me to mature and become a better person, just as myself rather than someone I'm not. This bear is now my lifelong friend.

Took my son for his first visit for his 5th birthday. They lady that helped us was so sweet to him. He felt like a prince with the birthday crown, sticker, way they sang to him!!!! Made his day very special.

The staff here was awesome. Took my daughter for her birthday and there was a lady working in there that was from Florida and she was so nice and helpful and the other lady working with her was super nice as well.

My daughter loves this place and our last visit was no exception. They really get the kids into the whole process. Prices were a little high but worth it for the experience. Bring at least $100 and an hour of time

I was given a unstuffed puppy from build a bear as a gift for Christmas from my friend.I took it up there to get it stuffed and go through the build a bear experience.First they let you push a petal to help with the stuffing that goes into your stuffed toy , then you pick a plastic heart ,say sweet words you repeat after the bear associate ,kiss the heart then you put it in your stuffed animal and then it is sewn up.Next you go to A computer which guides you through the process of making a birth certificate ( picking out out a name) for your stuffed animal .There are many accessories to dress your bear or etc.such as hats,coats, dresses, pants, pajamas and many ,many more items.I chose a Wv tshirt and boxer-shorts ,there is a dressing table where you put there clothes on.Then the wonderful exciting experience is over except for paying at the check out counter.Everyone working there are friendly and you could tell they enjoyed helpingevery customer.
