I wish I could give this place zero stars because this Walmart simply sucks. They never have anything I need to get off my grocery list and I always end up having to go to Food Lion. Food Lion is the real MVP. Also, if you want pie crusts, don't come here because they never have it. We waited for two hours for pictures that were supposed to be done in an hour. Everyone here is unprofessional.

I just walked away from the self serve register and ignored the survey. One of the employees came up behind me and hit the 5 stars! I asked what are you doing but she turned around and didn't look at me or didn't hear me. I didn't have a negative experience in the store but sure as heck not 5 stars! What's the point of the survey if you are going to have employees fraudulently telling the database that customers had a 5 star experience!

Nice remodeled store. Clean. Only knock employees all seem like they hate to be there. Not helpful. I use the website to find what I need in store myself, don't bother asking anybody. Better be good with self checkout, u can find a human checker with a search warrant. 😉

It's not the worst, but definitely not the best. The family restroom door does not lock properly. Even if you latch it, someone outside can open it. So not cool for those of us with children...

Some dude named Carter who works in this store threatened me when I was just minding my business and getting some stuff to buy. He randomly came up towards me when I was at the self kiosk. I told management about it and just told me there was no guy named Carter although I saw him like 5 times in the past two weeks.

Had most of what we wanted. Clean store. Expanding again, so hopefully the selection will continue to get bigger. Check out process was quick and easy with the app. Walmart plus is great, especially in areas with in home service. Half off deal can't be added to your account though.

Charles Town is a small town and this is a nice store. It’s convenient and parking is good. The staff has always been terrific!! Cleanliness is a little below standards. Selection is limited.Drive to the Hammonds MillRd WalMart! Whenever we are in Martinsburg, THAT’S where we will shop.

The staff at customer service and the cashiers were extremely kind and helpful to me. After being in a rush - I forgot one of my bags that I had purchased at the checkout. I called after realizing my error at home and was immediately helped by the customer service person at the desk. They made sure I was able to retrieve my forgotten items. Everyone was kind and helpful.

This is the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to and that’s saying something because they’re all pretty underwhelming. Rotten produce, incorrectly priced merchandise that the store won’t honor, dirty, messy, the list is endless. Do yourself a solid and pick a Target.

I've had good and bad experiences at this location. Most of the time prices aren't too bad. Customer service is really good sometimes and really bad sometimes. It just depends on who is assisting you. The produce section can be lacking. There was an old moldy lemon in the bulk lemons one day.

The aisles are wide enough for ease of passing. Things tend to be placed so a cart can get through. They have a really good Amigo electric cart design--open-- accommodates different leg position abilities. Self check-out. And customer service will listen with a helpful ear if your card you know has money on it, didn't work at self check-out. People will help you at the register at checkout if there's an issue. Rotisserie chickens. Kitchen, Gardening, seasonal, sports and toys, gaming, computer, and some craft stuff. Nice ice cream, battered fish, jumbo shrimp. Fast food restaurant French fries. Sodas, ink pens, bakery, carrot cake, cheese cake variety round. Hawaiian bread. Eight handicap enabled parkinglot spaces 1st thing near entrances. Entrances either side of building so you can start near the side you need if you know, without having to walk the length of the store. A pharmacy staffed with good people...clothes you can get dressed with. Watches...bathrooms at the front And! back of store. Water fountains. An ATM you can get up to $300 with a charge around 3 to 4 dollars and reminds you your bank might have a fee charge also...it feels good in there.

Lisa hooked it up, I needed a phone for work after mine just gave out at 10:30 pm and she made the extra effort to find a key for electronics at 10:57!! I can rest easy now that I have a way to communicate at work until I’m able to get my phone fixed. Thank you so so so much Lisa!!!

one of the worst walmarts i’ve ever been in. left feeling extremely frustrated. severely understocked/disorganized. nothing online matched in store. only helpful employee i encountered was an older gentleman in the self checkout area.

On 5/23, I placed an online order for pick up between 3-4PM. I arrived around 2:45 and checked in around 2:55. I received a message that my order had been delivered, which usually means they are at my vehicle but we’re not. So I waited about 5 more minutes then called the number on the wall. No one answered. I called the main Walmart customer service line for this store and a lady said she would send someone out. I waited another 5 mins or so, then I got out and went and stood by the door.A lady came out asked me what I needed, explained the situation then proceeded to tell me that she will talk with her boss “Amanda” and would be right back (last I seen of her).Another lady came out took a look at my phone and said it was dispensed and that I need to call a 1-800 number for a refund. I advised I wanted to speak with Amanda. She said she would go get her and come back.A guy came out and tells me that I need to call the 1-800 to get a refund. When I asked where “Amanda” was he said he left for the day. I advised the gentlemen that I did not prefer to call any 1-800 numbers to receive my refund and that the appropriate thing to do would be just issue my refund on a gift card and then I would shop the store for my goods as I had other things I need to do. The gentlemen acknowledge and said he had to talk to someone.1 hour after arriving I finally receive my refund and had to run in and shop my items.I’ve used this service as a convenience and price friendly items. I’ve had an occasional issue here and there, missing items or very poor quality picked but I really blame the leadership here for failing to address an issue and keep sending your team out to handle something she should have. Very disappointed.I’m giving 2 stars because the service before today was exceptional or tolerable.

Today Walmart was having their inventory processed by WIS Intl and judging by the customers in Walmart, I hope they wasn't unsatisfied with WIS. The associate helped removed an item from the self check out so that was a plus for a quick laundry detergent stop.

G A R F E I L DWal-Mart offered a good variety of goods and services but this ride in the corner of the store which I spotted on my way out was perhaps the most important and best part of the entire facility. That paint job, that wily smile, the way that this machine made my heart swell with his dark glimmering eyes.... Wal-Mart is the store in which you encounter GODS of beauty and grace. I have pinned a picture to this message to bless you all with the sight that I beheld. I stayed for another two hours after buying everything i needed simply to gaze at its magnificence. 10/10 lasaga cat ride.

They have been doing a lot of work on thus walmart and it looks really nice! They are a very reliable walmart and it's always very clean. They also just re-did the bakery and added in new high-tech ish registers and self checkouts. I come here every week with my dad and it's a good experience definitely recommend

SUPER BUSY DAY at the West Virginia Super Walmart.I was able to get everything except for 2 itemsI don't remember the names of the 4 extremely helpful associates who went above and beyond to help me with my shopping experience.A woman went to the back to get 2 cases of Deer Park water for my family, then she called over another associate to help me find bread sticks which could only be purchased online. Then she helped us to findpineapple juice.Next, I asked a young lady to help me with pie crust in a box. She brought to me 2 boxes. I forgot to tell her how many I needed. It was just what I needed. Great on her part, the young lady with the pretty name. She also helped me to find a couple of single vegetables.Lastly, when we got to the front check outs, a very nice lady helped us to check out those singled vegetables.I live in Ashburn, VA and am very grateful for your help and hospitality. You folks did your store proud 👏 in my eyes.THANK YOU ❤ SO MUCH!!!A VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

The service, selection, etcetera was fine. What I didn't like was being accosted by the man who was "receipt checking" at the exit. He was rude and aggressive, took our pictures from about a foot away, ordered us to go to the office and said he was calling the police on us.
