Don't ever special order plants for store pickup. The plant I ordered arrived on Friday, and I couldn't pickup until Monday, I was out of town and picked up on Thursday. It sat in a locker without light or water. No idea if it'll come back in the spring. I called the store Saturday after it was delivered and was told I couldn't pickup untili received a pickup notice.Edit: I did call customer service and they refunded my money. Adding 1 star. I still don't recommend special ordering live plants for store pickup.

Some of the most friendly people and outstanding service I've ever gotten from any retail establishment. We stop then I was pulling a trailer and we need it some nuts and bolts and some other on items. They did not have the odd items in stock. But they took the time to find something that would probably work. You got me back on the road and I was able to get to the next trailer service area where I could buy the correct parts. Honestly I don't think I spent $40 at the store. But they were so concerned because we were way far from home it was getting late by the way I got that 10 minutes before closing time. They were eager to help. As a whole tractor supply company has been very polite and courteous and professional. These folks just went above and beyond!

Unfortunately my dog won't have dinner tonight because Dylan "shut the register down" without notifying me that the store would be closing. When I brought the bag of dog food up to the register, I told Dylan I would be back as I needed to grab a few other things. By the time I returned, Dylan told me that he had closed the register and the store as well. He then let me know that I wouldn't be able to finish my purchase. When I explained that my dog wouldn't have food because it's the only type he can have with his allergies, and tractor supply is the only store that is nearby that carries it, I was told it didn't matter. At no point was I notified that the store was closing. At no point was I made aware that I was running out of time. Thank you Dylan. Employee of the month.

I went with my mother to grab a new bird feeder, and she went to make a payment on her tractor supply card. She didn't realize she had her card, and last time we went the cashier helped us through it without having the card. So this time we had a different cashier and she was very nice and tried to help us, but she hadn't done the payment without the card before so she called her supervisor. And I have to say that was one of the worst experiences I've ever had to be apart of. Not only did the supervisor not help, she kept making sly comments about the cashier saying things like "im not going to help you everytime" and when another employee asked her about another customer, she said "one second im trying to get (the cashier) to read". And other remarks of the sort. The cashier ended up crying because of the situation, and I feel really bad she has to deal with a supervisor like that. Yes I do know her name but I chose to not name her. The supervisor on the other hand better be glad I didn't catch her name. Completely unacceptable behavior when your employee is just trying to ask a question.

Jacguie was very helpful. The sign listed my fire pit at a lower price than what came up on the register, which is why I purchased it. Jacquie was very professional and honored the sale price with a smile. She also carried it to the car for me, which was great, as I have difficulty lifting heavy things! Service with a smile!! Give this pleasant lady a big raise!!! Thanks for all the help!

I bought horse matts for my home gym. Needless to say, I am now stronger than an actual horse. The matts are cheap and protect my foundation from heavy dead lifts!! that way you can finally leave Charles Town Fitness.

Went to pick up food for my rabbits, but there was none on the shelf. On my way out the door, the guy working the register stopped me to ask if I didn't find what I needed.. after I explained that they were out of stock with what I wanted, he grabbed another employee to take me in the back to look for the specific kind of food I wanted.We found a bag, so it wasn't a wasted trip after all! Very much appreciate the guy at the register -he's always super-nice, cheery, & helpful. I'll add his name after next time I'm there.. he deserves the credit!I drive from VA to this WV location instead of going to the closer Leesburg location, because of how much nicer & more helpful the staff is here.

Terrible customer service cashier wise he was rude and questioned TSC guaranteed price match at every item.I'll be purchasing my feed from Family Farm and Home from this day forward and Rural King has sweet feed for 7.00-9.00 a bag instead of 13.00!Bought 4-H health dog food wet got not even 10 minutes later found maggots in the food and the box it was in.This TSC is one of the worst ive dealt with.

Returning defective jeans. The staff was very helpful. I did not tour the whole store but what I saw was well kept and neat. Definitely will go back for any other needs.

This place has everything a farm store needs, when they can keep it in stock. There are numerous times that you go in to buy animal food for your dog, cat, or farm animals and they are out and the next truck does not come until the next Friday, and it might be just Saturday. They are a great place to go to pick up small repair items such as bolts or nuts, and not have to buy a bulk package of them. They do refill propane tanks onsite, and are very reasonable priced on their propane. There hours are very good.

This store continues to make their up own rules - not TSC standard. The in-stock levels are awful and it is very hard to find an accurate price on an item - if it is priced at all. I keep trying this store as it is the closest, but each time I am more and more disappointed.

Me and mother got 2 halters from the CLERANCE section, and when we went to look at our receipt we still paid full price for the items. There was no question that they were very clearly in the clearance section though they were marked with no price. This is very frustrating and misleading.

Tsc Charlestown wvWaited in line for over 20 minutes. Cashier called for help after 10 minutes well over 25 people in line only 1 cashier. Called the store 4 times while on lome. The cashier answered and got rude with me when I asked if another cashier could help. Left my full cart with well over $100 in potential purchases. NEVER going back to that tsc worst tsc experience ever

Tractor supply has products only they have it's always great visiting here. We get many cat supplies from here. Can buy vaccines for various animals it's truly the best place for kitten formula it's not the same as Wal-Mart's though they look similar read ingredients

Great price on the Hobart 140 MIG for Father's Day. The very young man that helped me exhibited his lack of knowledge related to the welder. I would have rather him admit he was unfamiliar. Looking in the box he said "this cord is for the battery", and it was the cable for the ground and there is no battery. Other than that minor critique it was a nice experience.

My husband called and asked specifically if they had both the medium and large metal folding dog crates and was told yes. Apparently he was too lazy to actually walk back to check, so we drove all the way over to discover that they do NOT have the large size crate. Waste of time and money. Don't trust the employees to tell you the truth or do their job.

You walk into one Tractor Supply, you pretty much walked into all of them. There are slight differences but not enough to recommend one over another. This one seemed clean and bright and the folks there were friendly.

The tire flew off my riding mower and I couldn't the dichromatic spacer that came with the tire. I was about to make do with just a stack of washers when an employee came by and directed me to a different section specifically for tractor parts. They still didn't have one the exact size I had, but it was the same material and only slightly larger so I just left off the extra washer I had on. Fewer moving parts is fewer things that can fail in my book, so I'm glad the employee came by.
