As a store itself, this CVS is pretty good. Item variety and stock are plentiful, so finding what you need is never a problem. This store even features a small section for magazines and books, which other nearby locations lack. The yellow CVS savings stickers are seen everywhere. This really promotes customers to apply for a membership, and, as joining is free and easy, is definitely worth it as it quickly saves money you. The checkout process has always been quick and friendly as well. As I've never visited the pharmacy section, I can't comment on it, although I can say that the pharmacy certainly seemed well-staffed and ready for multiple customers.

I contacted the pharmacy regarding a call i received about a prescription refill on my home phone. The "real" person who finally answered was very rude and hung up on me when I tried to ask a question regarding CVS Caremark. She just said "its not us" and hung.I used to get prescriptions from this CVS years ago and moved to RiteAid due to the same issue years ago. I see they have continued the same rudeness after all these years.

This place is having issues. They now close the pharmacy at 6:00 p.m. and they will randomly close the pharmacy with no explanation. Currently standing in a line 12 people deep because they suddenly closed yesterday. CVS has to do a better job serving the D.C. suburbs. I now use Jefferson Pharmacy in Ranson.

I usually have decent experiences here, but they've somehow managed to mess up my medication refill schedule, and are telling me I can't refill my Rx for another 2 months when I'll run out in 6 days. And when I try to call to figure out what the hell is going on, they never answer and I have to suffer through that terrible, godforsaken hold music. I'd rather just sit in silence until they answer, or even just listen to the phone ring. They don't answer, regardless, so I suppose it doesn't matter.

Lazy pharmacy workers. Very slow. When busy they take there time putting meds away instead of helping the line that's going out the front door. Lady with half a brain cell works the register for pickup. Unreal.

After waiting at the counter to drop off a prescription, In was informed they were short staffed and may or may not get my medication tonight. The attendant was rude and didn't seem to mind that I told her In would be going elsewhere. Very unprofessional here. I As a result, I went to Walgreens and they were polite and filled my medication order within 30 minutes. I will not be shopping at CVS ever!

The pharmacy is always closed they never have prescriptions ready when they are so post to be ready my father is a diabetic and I had to wait a whole week for his diabetic prescriptions to be filled the people working at the pharmacy take it upon them selfs to decide when a prescription should be filled I would like to speak with some one from corporate who is in charge of both the cvs pharmacies in my area as one store is just as bad as the other I am so fed up with cvs that I am to the point of transferring all of my prescriptions and my parents prescriptions, to another pharmacy because I have doctors who have called prescriptionsin and the pharmacy just decided they was not going to fill them and just put them on hold even when the insurance company said they could be filled I could rate them 0 stars I would because they don’t deserve 1 star

Pharmacy opens whenever the pharmacist wants... second time I've come in and it's been closed. Maybe you should update the hours open online.
