Kim T. Totally was such an amazing associate…. I was having seasonal allergies day and boy I was just miserable but I think angels fall from the skies when you most need it …I went to check out with Ms. Kim and she was not only attentive but super nice. She also asked me to be part of their care+ program that really is such a blessing too. If you get are going to CVS ..make sure you get Ms. Kim !

The problem was not the fault of the sales person. I feel that $8.99 is too high a price to pay for one container of shoe polish. I informed the sales person that I would complete this survey and never patronize CVS ever again. This is not the first time I have paid excessive prices at CVS.\nI doubt this will matter to anybody in the corporate structure, since customers are only \"sheep for the fleecing.\"

This Pharmacy team is Excellent and they have improved drastically from 8 or so years ago when I left this c v s and started using the c v s on Washington street instead. Washington street c v s however has evolved into a horrible negative ridden and extremely rude pharmacy team however so i returned to the Somerset c v s this year and have been nothing but pleased and overly satisfied because customer service is all it should be at this c v s . it all stems from having lead pharmacists that are first and foremost decent human beings, which both gentlemen pharmacists at this c v s are and their people skills have not disappeared or been the least bit compromised by the myriad of pressures and higher stress levels most pharmacies have been enduring recently, post pandemic. These gentlemen have demonstrated superb leadership skills while managing their team of employees and going above and beyond to fulfill their own duties and meet the needs of all their customers- and treating everyone that approaches the pharmacy counter with kindness and respect if you can believe it! I am pleased and extremely grateful for this team especially after the horrible treatment as both a customer and an individual from the other c v s across town ~ (washington st c v s has devolved into an extremely incompetent and unkind place since the changing of their lead pharmacists a couple years ago along the loss of two other good team members - unfortunately incompetence and rudeness is the new normal at Washington st c v s and if this is your pharmacy then I definitely recommend making the switch like I did!! There is no need to keep subjecting oneself to being treated without dignity!! Cut out the negative people and places that exist from our daily life whenever possible, make the switch and be humanely treated just as we should be!!😊🌈🌍

I came into the store for something simple. The clerk, James, was helping a lady pick out a newspaper. So, I stood at the counter and waited for him to finish helping her. When he finished, he had her come around me to check her out as opposed to helping the customer, me, at the counter and have her wait in line after she'd made her selection. I said nothing until he finished and asked him why would he do that, he began to yell, and throw up his hands as if me questioning his obvious partial and unprofessional behavior was unreasonable. He is extremely rude. I was at the counter waiting, and she had not made a choice yet. There was no reason, other than his prejudices, this made any sense. He was helping her, yes. But I was already in line. And yelling is never acceptable nor professional. I ask that you review the in-store footage to see how ridiculous his attitude and actions were. If it weren't for the manager, I quite possibly wouldn't have received help because in addition to James' rudeness and unprofessionalism, the pharmacy department has no clue about accepting deposits for Capital One, and the little tech in the back, instead of being a little more graceful and diplomatic with her approach, looked clueless and it showed in her behavior as well. Capital One's site instructs customers to go to the pharmacy department for these deposits. It helps being able to do this when you're wanting to send cash to your kid right away. But it doesn't help when associates, no matter what department they're in, are ignorant of the processes in place. I have never had such a horrible experience at any CVS I have visited. This visit was by far, one of the worst. \n\nDr. Akridge

Person answering the phone hung up on me while I was trying to get more information about my medication. I was not given all of the info up front about the ordering status of this medication and I now need to get a new prescription from my doctor somehow ahead of the memorial day weekend. I highly recommend Washington Street location if using CVS in Charles Town.

This is the worst CVS I’ve ever been to and I’ve been a loyal CVS customer for years. I spoke with a girl who told me she was the manager but she obviously wasn’t… wouldn’t let me speak to anybody else and refused to give me her name. She was rude and unhelpful. The person I spoke to before her told me the pharmacy phones were down but tried to help, unfortunately the phone was disconnected, causing me to speak with the rude employee next. Instead of attempting to help, she told me the only solution was to bring my vomiting child into CVS before they would even confirm my prescription was received. Never, ever, ever again will I use this CVS.

Update: 8 days since I posted this review and this is my fourth attempt to get my prescription with the pharmacy closed every time for "unforeseen circumstances " . Thanks for the note on the door but I already drove here, 4 times in 8 days.Go anywhere but here. Absolute worst. Didn't have too many problems before Covid but since then this place is horrible. I've had them take 3 days to fill basic prescriptions, messages me that prescriptions were ready then say they weren't when I showed up. They have to order basic things that any other pharmacy or even CVS has. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone. I will happily go 30-40 minutes out of my way to never come here again.

The employees at this CVS are decent but overworked and I’m sure underpaid. They try to keep up at the pharmacy but virtually impossible when you only have a pharmacist, a tech and a cashier. They also close at 6pm now so they are always busy between 3-6pm. Seems like they go through pharmacist too.

I was feeling ill and went to CVS hoping to deal with a honest pricing. I bought Mucinex D behind the counter and I was charged $40.27. After walking in Walmart to get other items I saw that the same exact box of Mucinex D was $24. I am very disappointed and want someone from CVS to explain why?

The employees that work at the CVS store are very helpful and friendly. However the employees at the pharmacy are rude and unhelpful. They definitely need some training on how to read their own systems and deal with customers. I advise going to the CVS on Washington St. for your needs.

I went there to pick up meds after an urgent care visit. It would soon be getting dark and after the ice issue we had that day i was concerned after not getting my meds before the sun would be totally gone. I inquired at the desk to Amanda about my prescriptions and delimna. She got she fixed up in no time and i was on the road before it got totally dark! Thank you Amanda and the Pharmacist !

Thank you so much for your time and help!💯😊 Ps if your going to close the pharmacy early on Sundays you should post it! Went there Sunday @3:00 and the note closed at 1:30 which was inconvenient since they close according to the hours posted @6:00 so please let people know by posting on your sight, which I do check before I go there! Thank you so much! Ok 6: not 7:00! So again thank you! You really need to let people know when you're not going to be there! Again it's very inconvenient to go to the pharmacy and pick up your meds when you can't get them suppose somebody was dying and needed it it's getting a little ridiculous y'all should be really texting people or leaving a message on your answering machine! I realized that things happen but you should let people know I need my meds today luckily I'm going to be okay until tomorrow but I really needed them yesterday y'all need to find some proper help there! Sorry don't mean to sound rude but it's a little ridiculous it's either that or I'm going to find a new pharmacy y'all just need to step up your game and let people know what's going on!

On the phone 40 minutes to speak to the pharmacist, as woman who's always rude everyone couldn't answer my question. Funny enough the how busy is it at the store marker said slowest point all day. Transfered to Jefferson Pharmacy where they'll deliver for free.

Picking up a prescription here is always a slow and painful process. They never have enough staff and their computer system is very slow. Avoid if you can.

CVS is horrid but this one takes that to the next level. It's filthy, and it smells like an abandoned Goodwill. The staff are doing the best they can, but it's clear this one has been forgotten. Save yourself endless frustration and go anywhere else.

Nice folks, but the system keeps de-activating my active prescriptions that still have refills left. And then the staff won’t reactivate them. Why is this even possible? I took my business elsewhere.
