Absolute gem! The place is constantly stocked with anything you may need in this genre, and many varieties to choose from. The people are so super helpful and the discount cards are absolutely a plus.

Just left this place, spent 200$, was helped by a very nice young pregnant woman and a darker haired woman, took about 30 minutes of their time, been here multiple times but was my best experience yet! Thankfully there’s a place like this in the Charles town area!

Came in asked for a product what we needed were out of stock, also needed something else but 5 employees behind counter standing around talking no one would come over to help us. Literally 5 employees all pow wowing instead of helping customer's they lost a sale and a customer.

Another Charlie Brown store. And like the other one the original, it's just as amazing. I've been coming to this one since they opened and I've been going to the original one for about 25 years. They really should have more of these locations because they are by far the best head shop in the tri-state area. You are not going to find any better prices anywhere it's going to be hard for you to find better prices online. The selection is massive so if you walk out of that place and you haven't found anything that you like then that means that your own fault.

This little head shop has everything from fun gifts to the exact item you've been looking for everywhere online, but never had any luck with ordering. The store is family owned and operated and everyone is friendly and very helpful. Questions are addressed and you're never made to feel silly or otherwise even if you think the question will get you laughed right out the door :)

Staff almost makes one feel guilty. I dont know. Maybe it's just meWas probably just my own personal hang ups. The selection is great. Prices are good. Management response to my above comment was fast and effective. I continue to shop here. It's nice having this service in the area. I am changing my 2 star review to 4. I like this store but they have gotten rid of a lot of their body jewelry and other items. Their prices have also went up which I realize happens because everything does with time. Just my opinion, the lady that helped me was very nice! Thank you!

I travel about an hour from the Baltimore metropolitan area because they have a great selection. I don't feel harassed when I'm looking around and if I need service someone is always available to help me. I also love the selection of incense they have.

Love the store, they have a great selection, some of the employees should learn a bit more about there selection, they carry so much that I'm sure it's hard to stay on top of it all l, but that is my only suggestion. Great service and a big and diverse selection. Prices are a little high, but that's expected. Parking isn't that good though, if they are busy good luck finding a spot. The store is very clean and well organized.

This place was awesome. The lady at the counter was well versed in the products and their location, they were fairly busy, and still had enough staff that I didn't have to wait at all to be helped. The kratom, and CBD were both of high quality, they had a great selection of "tobacco" accessories, though the prices were a bit high (for me, I live in Baltimore where medicinal marijuana is legal so certain items are more common and less expensive) it's well worth the convenience of an all in one store for cigars accessories (I got a boveda pack too), CBD oil and flowers, kratom, and all the smoking accessories and devices one might need.

The lady working was very helpful and I want to add by far one of the nicer ones that works there. She patiently answered our questions as we looked at things and inquired on some. Other times I have been there the help sometimes seems like it's a hassle to help. But not today.

Alright, so I had been here a few times not particularly looking to buy just curious and interested in a few products. Not to say I haven’t made purchases, I have. Let me start by saying the knolwage that the staff has of there product is sub par at best. It isn’t hard to research a product so you can be useful in you’re work environment or just pay attention. Now to my main point, every visit I’ve ever paid to this store I’ve seen time and time again 2-3 or more costumers being treated poorly. Whether that be that a costumers being ignored. Or talked to like a child. I myself have also experienced this mistreatment multiple times. Let me just say. If you want a pleasant experience and feel welcome at a place you’re choosing to spend your money. Pay the vape shop down the road a visit. It’s only down at the other end of the same street, and I’m now a regular there.

Visited a couple months ago. Very big inventory, could expand kratom inventory a bit though. 3 people were behind the counter but were talking to eachother more than paying attention to the other customer and myself. Other than that, decent prices and well stocked.

If you know what you want this is a great place. The information on product (vape juice) here is very limited, but when you sale items for a discounted price you get 4 stars. Ex I use to buy juice from avail for $30 for a 60ml now I get it for $20 do the math

About 2 months ago I purchased a new Zeus max tank from my go to vape shop Charlies Too. After about 4 weeks a ran through my complimentary coils that come with the tank and went to the shop for more. I was told that they where out and that they would order more and to come in next week. I have been to the shop 5 consecutive weeks in a row and each time I’ve been told the exact same thing and have left empty handed every time. I’m pretty disappointed that I haven’t been able to use the new tank that I was so excited for.
